I'm so frustrated with this app. Latest update makes you go thru more steps to get to your list. Now the aisles don't change when I select a different store unless I uninstall and reinstall the app - and even then it sometimes doesn't fix it - and the aisles aren't in order when I sort by aisle. Also, about half the items show up as "Aisle may vary", which makes it very difficult to find things. Someone needs to be fired for thinking that making an app as cumbersome as possible is a good idea.

Clipping has a bug, it keeps defaulting to all coupons after I filter then clip one. Also, to repeat my previous advice- It would be great if I could click on the item in the sale paper and it take me to my options to add to the cart. It would also be great if when they send me my substitutions for pickup, I'm allowed to choose my substitutions, instead of their choice of substitutions. Would also like to add that it'd be nice if I can "click all" on the coupons, that'd save a lot of time.

I am having difficulty when I clip the digitals. I will clip one and it is fine. The second one causes it to go back to the home screen in the app or force closes it. Multiple times it says I need to revalidate my login. And when I do it is a white screen. The filters on the coupons don't work. They will go away also after clipping 2 coupons Everytime. What is the point of a mobile app with coupons if we can't clip them without making the app mess up. For the $100+ I give y'all a week help!!!

This app is barely usable. It constantly duplicates (or triples or quadruples) items I put on my shopping list, it doesn't list things in aisle order even when I select the option to do so, and most recently, it replaced half the items on my list with "product info not available" - but when I went back to re-add the missing items, they all still said they were already on my list. A middle schooler could make a better app.

Much better now, coupon clipping works, but you definitely need to check your receipt. I've recently begun because of 'special offers' that don't come off or ring up right. It's only a few bucks here and there, but it is the principle of paying what is advertised... No longer works. Before the update, it was great. Not anymore. It opens and crashes. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, internet connection, and anything else I could do. No dice. Won't work at all.

By far the worst app I have ever used. Each time I get into it something isn't working properly and it's different every time. This time, when using a filter for coupons, when I click on clip coupon the filter reverts back to another category each time. It's infuriating. It's almost like they don't want you clipping coupons.

When searching for items, I can't type the correct words. It double types letters and it just keeps increasing the number of random letters. I have to completely delete and swipe using only one word. Very frustrating. I shop weekly and this makes my shopping experience for challenging. Please fix this bug.

This app is absolutely infuriating! Every single week I struggle with putting in an order. There are always items missing from my order when I pick it up that were on the submitted order and not on the sub list or out of stocks. It's useless to offer this service via app if I have to go in and shop for the missing items (that are clearly in stock) after I pick up my order.

Crashes regularly, especially when putting together a list or a pickup order which causes several items to be deleted from the list. Also, constantly has me sign back in again which also deletes several items as well. The buy again feature does not work as I would assume as intended do to the fact that it shows a bunch of items I've never bought before.

Digital coupons and store locator are nice. This app stands out when it comes to mobile orders. I just placed a pickup order and it was seamless. Other stores nearby required a 3rd party app and a monthly fee in addition to charges for bringing my groceries to my car. Kroger just gets it done. I feel like I might use more features of this app now that I know how much I've been missing!

New update has problems on Android 11. When using "sort and filter" and selecting categories, it will reset after pressing "apply". For example, I will select to show me only weekly special coupons, and it will still show "general" coupons, turning my list of ~10 coupons I have to go through into ~300. Another issue that has always plagued this app: after clicking on a coupon then going back to the list, it it will start from the top instead of where you were when you clicked.

The app is getting a little easier to navigate, although it still has its pros and cons. It loads much faster than it used to considering how bloated the app is, even without having to use background battery usage which is a plus. So in that respect it has come a long way but it can use a few more tweaks. I still think the cash back feature needs a search box, which would save the consumer some time and money in the long run. At least it's not as stressful to use this app as it used to be.

So buggy! To name a few examples: When searching an item, it doubles the letters. When making a shopping list, it often doubles up those items to make your total look WAY higher. Taking items off the list is near impossible. Super slow! Will only let you clip a certain amount of coupons before you get an error code (doesnt tell you what that limit is either). You have to reclip "cashback" offers everyday, so no planning ahead. Thinking about switching back to paper lists and coupons!

Overall experience is great, however, the Kroger app seems to have issues after every update. Yesterday I submitted an order which is pending, modified the order a few times (yesterday), and today I can no longer modify my order using the app. I had an update on 2 separate devices at some point yesterday and now I keep getting error messages on either device.

Update They changed the app yet again as of 5/2022. I can't even log on anymore. This is why I'm shopping more frequently with other grocers. Since they've made some changes to the app, it just isn't as good as it used to be. the problem I've encountered today is that i'm adding coupons to my account, but the coupon total isn't reflecting the new additions. sometimes I can't even view coupons or weekly ads. it's not as user friendly as it used to be. I don't like the changes at all.

Unable to sign in to the app or using an internet browser. The following message comes up on Chrome & Microsoft Edge: "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers & try again." Pop up/ads are enabled in the settings. When trying to sign in using the app, it gives an "access denied" message.

This app is painfully slow. And no, it's not my phone, because every other app runs great, including more intense apps like games and video. This app is essentially the store website and yet it runs like it's on dial-up. It freezes and lags at every step. It also does not sync well with your account. Sometimes I add an item to my cart and it saves; sometimes I edit my cart in the app and the cart doesn't match the next time I'm on my PC. I wouldn't need both if this app worked consistently.

Looks like the weird keyboard issues are back. Random double letters, exclamation points, or sometimes entire words are inserted when you try to search for an item. Incredibly frustrating, especially because this has happened in previous versions of the app.

This app used to be a godsend. It had its bugs, but I was able to make lists and go shopping by aisle. It was especially useful for scan, bag, and go (when they had the scanners which they've gotten rid of unfortunately). Now, using this app has become painful and annoying. It constantly drops items off of my cart if I do pickup. It never sorts aisles correctly, so it doesn't save me ANY time when I go shop in person. Seriously considering switching to Walmart pickup if they don't fix this .

It's a confusing app! Way too many options about simply grocery shopping with coupons. The shopping list should have an option to select digital coupons for items selected instead of having to go to a different option in the app. On a different note, what about people who don't have smart phones or don't know how to use the app, such as the elderly or poor people?! Digital coupons are ridiculous!

Convenient. Glad to have this app in times of Covid-19. I shop at Kroger and like being able to buy my usual brands safely. The app is okay. There are items saved for delivery instead of in my cart and end up not being purchased. Wish coupons were applied automatically. Some items seem to be unavailable almost every time. To get the substitutions you want, you have to type out instructions for each item. Placing an order takes time, but pick-up is great.

There is an awful glitch with the search bar where when you type a letter, it automatically repeats whatever the last letter typed was. For example, typing "butter" in the search bar results in something like "bbuutttteerr", its a nonsensical issue and ive never seen any other app have this issue with simply typing

The aisles are never right and not off by one. Very off. When you search through coupons, and look at an individual product, when you go back, it clears your search filters. Kroger should be embarrassed by this app. Stop adding features and fix the functionality issues.

I'm never notified of substitutions or out of stocks nor given the option to choose a substitute and am always surprised by what I bring home. Not sure whose fault it is but it makes doing a grocery pickup with Kroger not an enjoyable experience. I have a Kroger 2 miles from my home and would rather go across town to get a pickup at Walmart because of this. If it was fixed I'd go there often. I know I could shop myself in person but this feature is supposed to make it easy for busy people.

*update* from 1 to 3. Excited they finally listened, & the coupons don't reset. It stays where you left off, & doesn't take you clear back to the beginning - THANK YOU! However, sad to say, nothing has changed w/ the Cash Back. There's still no history or way to see what you've redeemed (I honestly can't even count the number of CB items I've never been given credit for). Trying to remember to take screenshots of my current balance & what I'm buying is very frustrating

I have uninstalled and installed several times now and I still can't clip any coupons. It keeps saying coupons 'Not available on ship orders' and to 'refresh' the page. I shop in person at the store but app keeps saying the same thing. The app is Worthless now! If I'm unable to save by using Kroger coupons then why bother shopping here at all. Looks like Walmart just got a new customer.
