The updated app does not work. Cannot sign in, it is giving the wrong security question with the correct profile ID. When you click on forgot answer the instructions tell you to click on log in assistance on home screen which does not exist. Very frustrating. The old app did work, this one is useless!
The app works well but would be better if we could lock/unlock card on the app. Also you should add biometric log in of the app. Maybe a preview of account balance without a login as well.
Basically unable to log in. Even with tech support. Did as they said. Uninstalled it, rebooted my phone & installed it again. Still not working. Had to go to another device to view my accnt. Also, not posting activity as it once did. Do not recommend this app.
Can no longer use the App. It says "check your network connection and try again ". I tried with WiFi and without. This needs to be fixed.
It would be nice to be able to see if a payment is due. It shows the balance to date. You have to click on make a payment to see your due date. Needs to be easier to use.
funny thing. I got my card in the mail today. called to activate it and was told it was on hold for suspicious activity. not even activated yet. then the guy proceeds to transfer me to no mans land where i was hung up on. called back a 2nd time and was told that i couldn't be helped. put on hold transferred once again to no mans land where it rung a few times asked if i was "still there" then hung up on me. called a 3rd time to get tech support. he informed me that my issue wasn't his concern.
I can't change/add a payment method. There is no access to my autopay. This app is a complete waste of time.
Couldn't log in at all, uninstalled, restarted my phone and now I can't even reinstall it. Not a very promising good start for me.
It doesn't work. The security question required to login is not a security question I answered and the site it sends you to is nonexistent.
Login errors,gonna use a different credit for shopping at Kroger. I like to be able to check my transactions.
Presently only showing two months transactions and "tech support" isn't an option apparently.

This is an app to APPLY for their credit card. It's useless otherwise. The app name is misleading.

App is no longer functional. It always displays an unexpected error message when opened. I tried un-installing it & re-installing it & still does not work. It's been broken for at least a month with multiple reviews saying same thing and they still haven't fixed it. I will quit using this credit card if they don't fix it soon because trying to post the payment has become a real nuisance.
