Kum & Go &Rewards

Recently, when trying to fuel up with the app, it just constantly loads over and over. It constantly pops up points I've earned over the past month, and when I finally go to try to fuel up, it just loads and stops, on repeat. Lots of bugs it seems. Can't use my rewards the last three times I've used the app

App has crashed upon trying to open for several weeks now. I just got notice to update the app, and did hoping that was going to solve the issue. Nope, still unable to open the app although it crashing during opening. Hard to use an app that won't open. *** update *** Same issues still persisting as of May 7, 2022. At least one app update since original review, no sign of improvements. Lowering my rating as a result.

Love the fuel better and the rewards. Just wish there were more in store rewards where you didn't have to buy 4 things to get a dollar discount. Mobile ordering has made it easier and it's convenient to pay from your car even if you've forgotten your purse/wallet. The phone recognizes you're at the pump and you're good to go.

I love my app. I put my card information on my app. I use it EVERY time I fill up. It is so easy. I don't have to stand out in the weather & put multiple cards in. TIME SAVER! The rewards card is already on it which is nice. I just get out & put the nozzle in the tank & when it is full, return it to the cradle. I get my receipt sent to my phone. Thanks Kum & Go!

Just trying to use some rewards before they expired. $.70 off a gallon of gas. Tried twice at pump to use but each gallon cost full price $3.589. Tried going through app but still cost me full price. Not sure at this time if it used my rewards but did ask on app if I wanted to use so I will assume it did at no advantage to me. Girl at check out said she could write a help ticket for issue with first two attempts. The pump did not offer to print a receipt when 20 gallon transaction was complete.

Amazing app, only complaint is that 5G on AT&T doesn't work sometimes in random spots that it should and then j can't use my fuel rewards. The fuel rewards alone are worth it. I get a drink there and earn 3 cents for each drink. Totally worth it. Love it. ❤️

This app can sometimes be erratic in that it may work at some Kum&Go facilities and not others. Still problematic with selective engagement. This is a fixable glitch if all Kum&Go are using the same app.

This is perfect for several reason. 1st when it's cold...self explanatory. 2nd I drive fleet so sometimes the pumps dont give receipts, never fear it gets emailed to you WOW. 3rd the app doesnt take alot of space you can go in and change the settings to what you want, so don't give me "that's to many apps" BS. & 4th this one is for the introverts out there you all know who you are...😉 it's perfect.

A steaming pile. This app is junk, it signs you out, which apps do, but when I try to use mu password manager to auto enter my password and email it says I need to enter a vaild email. I use a manager so I don't have to memorize all my passwords. When I try to verify my age and enter my email manually I also get the "not a vaild email" error for the email I signed up with and get emails from Kum & Go at. Frustrating and not worth more than a single star.

Easy to use, Convenient. Recently I can fuel up but I get an invalid loyalty card on the pump screen. And doesn't give me points or I'm not seeing any.

I used to love the app, but now it crashes instantly. I hope they can get this bug fixed soon.

It shows all the best deals our store has to offer you ca also pay at the pump when you link your bank card to the accunt it is ten times safer than putting your card in the machine at the pump you can also ordee stuff from the app and pick it up at the store as well

They have pretty good deals inside the store. although, I don't feel like the rewards are very clear at all. I can never tell what is actually going to earn fuel rewards, or how much rewards I'm earning... Also has saved me a few seconds out in the cold this winter, but the only thing it's shaving off is actually putting my card in the pump. I still have to do the rest of it, so it's actually not helping all that much.

Every time I open the app it tells me I get 1 bonus point. So what?! The funny thing is that the point never gets added to my total.

When it works it's great benefits but their card reader frequently does not work and the put a $100 hold on your card so you have to have $100 plus the amount of gas your purchasing available to get the gas.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, I have to go in-store and use the same card that is connected to the app... I get 2 times the points on the app and 10 cents off a gallon... So I want to use the app for the perks, if I'm not goin to get them I might as well go to QT

This app really does save time and money! I enjoy how quickly I pick it up and able to add in my schedule. Thanks for keeping up to date easy to do so much!!!

1/4 of the time I don't even get the rewards because their "system" is down. I will say the app is great to fuel up without entering the building, trust me, you do not want to interact with their employees. 🚽

Needed fuel tonight everything on the app seemed to work except the fuel button would keep cycling after pushing it and freezing up. Newest version of Android if it matters 12 I believe

Pumps right now are only giving 1¢ off a gallon at a time instead of the 10¢ it should be. Issue was promptly resolved and I was credited for the lost rewards.

I love it it's the true real rewards card and I'm not one to use rewards cards maybe two. This one really helps with the cost of fuel inquire with them for moe I also like the free rewards to

I use the app 3 - 5 times per week. My number one complaint is when I click on my scan and pay icon (for the cashiers) and often, a promo or pop up ad invades the screen and I have to clear it away. Very annoying as these pop up could happen from the launch of the app instead.

I use the app primarily for fueling up. No pin number or card swiping at the pump. It's quicker and safer. The reward system is nice, but I'd still use K&G and this app without it.

App does not want to take my CC anymore it says it has an error on the info when I triple check the info and it its correct they just destroy this app as it was working fine before. When they fix it I will review again but for now STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP

This app double charge me for Fountain drinks I got two large fountain drink there was supposed to be $3 and some change and they ended up being 576 and I found charges on my card where the I hadn't even been to come and go that day and they charged me different amounts y'all need to check your app or pull it because people don't like the money getting taken

I was able to get my fuel discount after I turned on the pump and then activated the phone. I was a little unclear how 🤔 to do this. But doing it in that order mission accomplished.

I have appreciated the easy way to pay and select rewards from the app. One thing, I would like to see is a current gas price from the app.

Doesn't reward you with the 250 it's supposed to for paying thru the app. I have done it 2 times now in the last week and have gotten NOTHING. I should have 500 points.
