Kwik Rewards

App rarely loads correctly...when I first downloaded the app i had no problems setting it up to my credit card. But over the last few weeks I'll try to open it and it will go to loading screen for maybe a second or 2 and just dies...then I get a msg that says kwik trip app is not working properly and asks if I want to close. It is now very rare that I can get the app to function properly and it makes me mad cuz I have been trying to do the virtual scratch off and wasnt able to. Very disappointin

App works wonderfully. However a big inconvenience is when my Kwik Rewards Plus debit suddenly disappears from my mobile ordering (and ONLY mobile ordering). I don't carry the card with me all the time, and I certainly lose my ability to order "on the fly" when it will not save my card info for online ordering. Updating app did not help. Kept card info for in-store purchases but losing mobile ordering defeats the purpose.

Easy to use and timely notifications. The thing I like the most is that they don't send you tons of notifications and fill up your in box. There's just enough notifications to be informative and not annoying. I appreciate that.

The app is good, however the amount of points used to redeem something is out of line. A 20oz soda is 35 points, when it should be 5 points. With all the products being overpriced, a point system should make it feel like I'm winning once in a while. Yet every time I walk into quicktrip I lose. And they new have anything worth while to spend points on. No pizza, no doughnuts, just their horrible tasting burgers and chicken.

May 2022. Please bring back the $10 Gift card for Rewards. October 2020. Last update makes app spin and spin and spin when trying to open. Cleared cache, no help. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no help. update on 4/28. uninstalled and reinstalled and it's now working. 4/25. says not connected to internet, BUT I am. Since last update app does not work. Either errors or notes to connect to internet. please fix.

App no longer loads on Data. Wasn't a problem until about a week ago when I got logged out for no reason. Now when I'm not connected to wifi (literally any time I'm not home), it logs me out and won't load and will crash the app when I try to log in.

Love the Kwik Star App but the Rewards program is not up to par with the stores services. I could stop to get gas, snacks, & a car wash in a single day, only to get rewarded one visit. And I'd still need another 99 visits to get anything significant. Making it nearly impossible to obtain a decent Reward. In comparison Casey's gives me 10pts for every dollar spent. And every 250pts I have the option to turn them into store credit or use them on gas. THAT makes me feel Rewarded & want to come back

When I first downloaded the app it use to work great. But few months ago and today the app don't even open. Just loads for a while and closes and says app won't load and asked to close it. Feels like it's not worth it anymore.

App works great! I've never had an issue. Great fast access to coupons and alerts on deals and savings! If you like to save $, this app is for you!!!

Haven't been able to log in for a few weeks. I have reset my password, cleared memory, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. I enter my info and get sent back to the log in screen.

It's nice to see the daily specials and the instant digital add on coupons! I also can't say I've ever had an app issues also! Smooth and simple app!

The kwik trips I frequent are in Beaver Dam, across from the Ford dealership (The others around I don't get to much) and The one in Fox Lake. That, of course, would be in Wisconsin. I enjoy my visits to both. Courteous and helpful staff, organized and clean stores, and you KNOW the bathrooms are clean at both. I can't count how often I've caught these sneaky employees with amazing work ethic cleaning the bathrooms. Always go to Kwik Trip. I'm pretty sure it's a rule or something.

I always enjoy using the coupons, earning free items and having the flexibility to make instant changes to what items I want as my reward for using the coupons and earning visits.

Honestly the app is garbage it never fully loads and consistently crashes when I try and open it. What's the point of having kwik rewards when you can't even use the app

App used to work well. Last few weeks it won't even load. The app starts and then closes on its own. Will not.even load completely.

Haven't been able to use the app, for a very long time. Asked to log in and freezes. I did not what to make a new account, because of the rewards I had.

Looked up the fuel price and it was 0.20 more at the location when I got there. Emailed directly and got sent a lousy $5 gift card and 5 expired gift certificates for 2021. I think the guys name was chase. I very rarely use kwik trip esp after spending $53 in gasoline that day to get the $5 gift card. I couldn't even get a damn car wash for that!

Edit 5/8/22 The login issues are gone but now a new problem. Ads that play at full volume when my phone sound is off-that should be illegal. Absolutely will not patronize companies with ads that do this. They play with sound even when my phone is on DND. Still 1 star for this reason.

Worked well for quite awhile but recently it stopped working when I try to use earn extra visits. When I try to use that portion of the app, I just get the spinning circle and it will never load.

Kwik trip is my favorite place for good deals on food, dairy, produce,even the meat is good! You can't really say that about many gas station's. And the staff are always nice and friendly 🙂

The Kwik Rewards logo on the Google Pay Kwik Rewards pass is very low resolution. It'd be appreciated if this could be fixed. It'd also be nice if Google Pay was accepted as a payment method when ordering food online.

I don't know if the issue is with the app or my card but my visits never rack up. Build closer so I can go more than once every couple months.

Not too difficult after you use it a couple of times. Track rewards, add coupons, get free coffee or glazers.

Enjoy the extra visits each day just for watching short videos, but i warn not to click on the PayPal advertizement unless you enjoy being dragged along and bumbarded with lots of junk emails, texts and such..

Overall not bad, could have better coupons for items outside the area that they feel aren't selling. Include some popular items we all buy daily.

Love the app but the daily video should not have a time constraint. Just let you only watch once a day in stead of having to wait 24 hours.

This app has not let me log in for weeks on my phone. No problem logging in on a desktop. Please fix the problems.

It's asking me to update, however the app will not update or open. March 25,2022 update. When I had originally downloaded the application it worked fine, it appeared to not have glitches like the ones I'm currently dealing with. Please fix.

Extremely happy with the curbside pickup option! On oxygen and just DON'T like going into stores. Thank you!!!

No better place to go for fuel, grocery and drink items. As well as fresh fruits and vegetables. The pizza isn't that great, but everything is!
