Lawfully USCIS Case Tracker

Not particularly helpful! If you have set up your uscis account and email and/or phone no, there is no added benefits. The annoying thing was all the solicitation of lawyers. You need to turn off the notifications. Good thing is that you can keep only the case updates. The last thing is the time counter is horrible. It is not helpful to have a counter that shows in "months". It would be more helpful to have them in days.

They have a three-day free trail and said you can cancel their paid service at any time. So I tried their paid service. I would like to cancel the subscription at the 2nd day. However, the app kept crashing. So I disputed the payment to my credit card at the last day of the free trail. My bank returned the money the next day. I thought this issue was already solved. However, after about one month, the money was charged back. Lawfully said I did not cancel the service. I tried many times, but the app always crashed when I cancelled the subscription. Actually after I disputed the payment to my bank, I was not allowed to use their paid service. I tried to talk to lawfully person. At the beginning, they seemed polite and appreciated my explanation. After they got my account information, I can not send them message anymore from the app. I sent them email directly. They just told me they will not charge more in future but did not mention any thing about refund. I tried to talk more with them, no reply since then. I paid them about $33 for the quarterly subscription, just used their paid service during their "free trial" days. I do not think they would like to pay the money back. The app crashed not because I used their old version. I downloaded their version in March. Their "You can cancel the subscription at any time" means you can cancel it at any time but no refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app notified me of every change for my application. Very useful. Update: gonna have to give 2* until i can change notification to only show me updates regarding my cases. Currently i am notified of ads and services I don't need, and i cant turn it off. These notifications makes me believe my cases are updated when it's not.

Not helpful in anyway.. to make matters worse, my account was debited even after I have tried unsuscribe within 24 hrs of my subscription but they made it impossible to do so. Tried their help center but they made it impossible to communicate with anyone. No contact number . Please I want to unsuscribe.. I don't have need for it. And I want my money refunded back.. thanks

Excellent app. They have to fix something regarding notifications. But I don't really care to much about it. The service is excellent and they give a lot of free features. Highly recommended.

Not helpful at least in my case,for i90 info purpose they have same info as usci..they cannot predict a date for response or when the case can have an update just an algorithm data that is not helpful...I paid one month but definitely not worthy to me..maybe others cases can be different..I will stick with others free apps and the ussci info website

Please, do not pay for this app, the paid content is not worth the money, the backlogs are currently making any attempt to predict when your case will be processed next to impossible, this app predicts it according to data from 2018 until now supposedly, but at least in my case the predictions have been wildly inaccurate. I just keep it for the convenience of getting a notification when there's a change in my process so I don't have to F5 the USCIS site every day

The whole point of the app is to notify you when your status changes, but it does not do that. I changed the settings to only show me updates to my case but I still get notifications advertising me other services and offers every day, and always get false hope when I hear my notification sound. Its not any better than logging into your USCIS account and checking the case yourself.

This is a great app for all immigration needs and the notifications feature to track your application status is awesome. Great work by the developers and the lawfully team to come up with such a good app. I'm sure as the data gets matured the predictive analytics will be pretty accurate

An excellent app!!! It will definitely get rid of that anxiety of constantly checking the official website for any updates. Even though sometimes it does send you a notification about other services, once there is a update about your case it notifies you immediately. Plus, there is a community in which you can ask questions and see how the other cases similar to yours progress.

Best tracking app in Play store. Premium may be pricey, but it works really well

I had problems with this app..Kept giving me the run around...it blocked me out ..had to call customer service to fix the problem..payed my money ..still saying make a payment..yall need to update yall app

This app charges you for guesstimates based on free information. It's not official and only bases the estimates on cases submitted to them. Plus, they just changed their Icon and name in the app store to impersonate another app that does not charge fees and provides more useful information (Case Tracker).

My experience with the USCIS was an awesome one. The environment for the interview was very conducive and coupled with the highly intelligent staff. The best to provide update on status, my predictions were on point also, my journey has ended with the app but I will continue to recommend it...deserves a 10 star in my opinion.

It does not update your case status anymore, its the whole point of this application. Its been 4 months of this issue, they are not resolving issue.

Lawfully has been of immense help in my immigration journey. It has been especially helpful in giving me timely updates and advice on my immigration status as I progress in my pursuit of my green card.

Nice app. Status notifications help avoid frequent visits to USCIS Case Tracker. And they appear as soon as there is a status update by USCIS. However, I am unclear about the logic used for predicting the dates? It is a hit or miss. In some cases, it was true, while for others, it changed to the next date range when the decision didn't arrive by the original prediction.

Best app ever. Clean, well designed. The only changes I would suggest is a different icon for notifications of case updates and offers. Got mini heart attacks when receiving notifications thinking they were about my cases, but was disappointed to see they were about offers.

This is the best case tracker that I have seen so far. Wish I had seen it before.:-)

The predictions are far from accurate. The app just changes the date when it's past the initial prediction date. Besides it's determined by how many persons use the app so not accurate. The up side is that you communicate with people going through the same thing as you are.

The app is intuitive and easy to use, however the estimates are wildly wrong. It's nice that you can check your cases in one place. Don't pay for this app, I'm tracking 10 cases and the data and estimates haven't been right for one of them. Just don't pay, it's not worth it.

This app basically copies USCIS updates. For example, three days ago, I got a text update on my phone from USCIS, then literally 20 minutes later, I got the same update from this app. Today, the same exact thing happened. It seems that it just pulls the data off the USCIS website, then copies it on the app to update and "predict". Therefore, you get updates from USCIS faster than you would on this app. And, if you've dealt with USCIS for a while, you have a rough idea on the processing times.

Apparently the update had a bug in it but they seem to have fixed it in less than a day. useful for tracking multiple cases. like the social feature as well. impressed that they responded in less than 12 hours!

An amazing app that keeps you updated with any new updates to your case. I love it and very much recommend it

It's fake. It's just analysing the data and perfecting the dates. It's doesn't actually shows anything. Don't waste your time or money on this app. If you are familiar with USCIS process you can easily figure out your application timings on your own. Good luck.
