Surprisingly good app. Especially compared to two top-range activity trackers apps. Both were less acurate then this cheap gadget watch. This app is much more used-friendly. I'm not that fond of the watch itself, but I use it now as a sleep-monitor, and I'm happy with it.
App works good, only thing i don't like is having to open the app every day and reset the clock type to 12 hour, not 24 hour, and change my weight to the metric system, the weather app doesn't seem to get weather accurate to my region, it says it 12 celsius but its 3 celsius. The weather doesn't bother me but the time and the measurement system can't stay set for more than a 24 hours at a time than it sets back to the factory settings on just those 2 settings, please change.
Not only do i have to constantly sync my watch by physically going into the app, it does not keep my settings. I have to keep resetting the dial as well as every time I open the app I have to reset my preferences for unit measurements. It does continuous temperatures but not continuous heart rate?!?! Worst fitness app yet!! I wish there was another option for my particular watch. I have no problem with the watch itself, just the app! I would give 0 stars if I could.
I need help with reconnecting my phone with the watch, the phone cannot detect the device, it keeps saying connecting but it never connects. Please assist, until now the app and watch have been so good. Don't Disappoint Me!
It's a bit confusing plus the instructions and the app are not very descriptive so it's hard to figure things out.For some odd reason i cannot change the wallpaper on the watch which is disappointing.Not very impressed from what i've seen.
I've had the watch for a week now and so far it works good for I need it to do. sure I wish it did more but for the price it not bad. As for anyone who has trouble link the watch I have found that you have to let the watch find your phone.
Very bad impression of the app I can't connect my phone to the watch even though I followed all the instructions on the watch manual.i don't have any kind of access to the information synced in to the watch from my phone.
Hands down this is the worst app everrrrr. Had I known this was what I had to use I would have NEVER bought this bebe bracelet. Shame on such a reputable designer to assossiate their product with this 10th class useless app. Doesn't connect at all. Keeps saying you need an app to use this device. What the freak did I just download then? 5 days of trying to connect to no avail. So done.
The devise/tracker watch & the app are useless. A friend bought this and while you might get it to work for a brief time it eventually fails. It fails to work 99% of the time.
I used this app for about 2 months it needs update so I updated the app then after updating it has stop working it does not connect to my band it shows only connecting and no device connected and gets off worst app
In the history of useless apps and watches this one is definitely top tier. The app doesn't work and it does connect to the watch so their information is never in sync, let alone correct. Really weird.
Won't connect to my bluetooth on my Android. It used to work and now it says there's no device to connect, when clearly the watch is right next to the bluetooth. This watch used to work like 6 months ago, and now it doesn't want to connect at all to my device. I would not waste my money on it or my time. If I could rate this watch an app ZERO, I would.
Finally getting it to connect to band. Everything works bur can not enter personal info. It just spins on and on. Is there a permission I have to allow?
Lengthy download. I've been waiting for an hour for this app to start to download! I'm very frustrated right now and when it's finally finished downloading I might edit this review.
Walked away from my phone and now I can't get the watch to reconnect. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing.
Day 3...watch and app wont even connect and both blue tooths on... Watc h doesnt even go to all screens now just shows me steps... When pess help on app its a blank screen... And when u say search for device it gets stuck on connecting.
The thing i hate most with this is having to reset it to 12 hour instead of 24 hour everyday...other then that everything else works on my watch and app.... Ridiculous.
There is no instructions as to how I can change the weather app settings from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I've gone into my data and nowhere in there does it mention the weather unit settings. There's miles in kilometers pounds and kgs, and centimeters or inches. There was also a glitch when I chose one of the custom wallpapers and when I tried to set it all I got was a black screen. You definitely have a lot of work ahead of you when it comes to the user interface with your app.
Ads in the app after you've spent money buying the watch? That's some bullcrap right there. The bracelet continually disconnects from the phone, even when right next to it. It freezes and you have to wait for the battery to run flat before you can reset it to factory default to get it to connect with the app again. It has given me nothing but trouble from the first day. Don't buy this fitness tracker, waste of money. No replacement straps available. I'm getting rid of it.
The watch and app have worked perfectly for me for 2-3 years, but lately, the two refuse to connect. What can I do?
It's def not like my old Galaxy but I do like it. I love that I can download my preferred background pictures from my phone.. one issue, I can't get the time off army and it's driving me nuts 🥺 yikes!! Anyone know how to change that I've obsessed the phone and app repeatedly for a while now 😊
I wouldn't call this a smart watch. It's a "smart" watch. The hour goes to 24hr system automatically. You have to change the settings every day to get normal time after 12:00pm. Would not buy this again, spend the extra 60-70$ to get a good watch. Worst 50$ I've ever spent
So,when I was trying to open lefun health run it keeps on showing me ads then it says "continue to app" with an arrow then when I tap the arrow it just exits the app please fix.
Update to my post: If you don't get data since last update, then you can get back the sync functionality by deleting the app and install the previous version (Google is your friend, I found and used v.2.45). CAUTION: By deleting the app you will lose all data!!! My bracelet SB7+ kept only the data of the last two days. At least it works again. (I now regret even more that the app does not offer to export the source data as a csv file)
