Trying numerous augmented communication apps for my daughter and this one was the closest to what she use to have on the ipad when the device died. Awesome app. Very easy to set up, a lot of setting options to customize for the needs of the individual and it does not matter how long she pushes the button, it will say the word. Speech can be a little odd but this app gives you the ability to use other voice apps to change the sound. After trying quite a few, this is the one which fit all my needs. Will be donating money to the developer as soon as I can. Great job and thank you so very much!

This app has been a life-saver; we use it to support our communications with our child on the autistic spectrum. The app in itself has to be personalized, and it is NOT easy.. It is time-consuming to get the personalized images (although they have an extensive generic image bank) up, as well as the pronunciation you wish on specific names or words. And, it is nearly impossible to transfer a profile between android devices. Yes, the app could be better, and it is a shame there is no more technical support offered for it, but I am giving it five stars because it is free, and it has been a massive help to us. Thanks!

I found this yesterday and have been playing around with it-I have 18 years experience working for children who have execptionalities. This is a wonderful app for anybody who may need a voice at times but do not have professional supports in place yet. My son has found it easy to navigate and loves that I was able to personalize the labels. The only issue I've had so far pertains to rearranging the pictures, they didn't stay where I put them.

Best free AAC app available for Android! We used this before we moved to a dedicated device w/proloquo2go (which is only on ios for $250). LetMeTalk uses a great easy to understand symbol set and you can add your own images too. There aren't any limitations to get you to upgrade, I love that you can export profiles. It's a full communication app; free. The voices are good and you can adjust pronunciation. It's great if you're just starting to use AAC, we still use it on our non-ios devices.

Great application! My daughter is non verbal and uses this to communicate. We would be lost without it! The only 1 feature it is missing, which would be superb,is the ability to copy or move buttons. Great app!

Great FREE app. No ads. Easy to use. It can be personalized with words AND pictures! I can't wait to see how fast my son picks this app up. While speech therapy has definitely helped he still can use this while working on expressive language.

It's a great app. with core vocabulary! You can form sentences, edit/customize pages and pictures, add pages and pictures, and it's super easy to navigate! Anddd it's free!! I highly recommend this app!!

As soon as you press something you cannot access the other choices. There is no back button to return back to the previous page. Back on my phone only causes it to close the app. I kept having to exit the app just to get the other choices back to continue trying to communicate. I was testing this out for my niece with cp. Disappointing.

I have recommended this app to schools to test as a substitute to proloquo2go when seeing if it works well with nonverbal students. My only problem is that it lacks a "break" card. I had to Google a PECS break request, but an update with a few more cards would be excellent

I have larangytis and can't speak going on 3 days, this is really helping me talk to my family when I need help. I love being able to customize the buttons so I have essentially a soundboard of things I would say. Would definitely recommend for even those who have a short term need to talk.

This app is AMAZING and so easy to use! My son is 7 and has Autism along with other disabilities and this app has helped him in so many ways! Thank you so much for allowing this app to be free it is such a blessing!! I have one question, could you possibly think about adding boy voices to it? This would make it perfect!! thank you!! God bless!!

I have this on my phone and my son's tablet. It's great. I donated. And I'm not telling you that to hear you say thank you. I'm just pointing out to others who read this that if you completely personalize this app with real life pictures it becomes a PERFECT communication system.

I am a speech therapist and am so impressed with this app. I will definately suggest to parents as an option for supporting their child's communication and brilliant they don't have it find additional money to give their child a way to communicate!

So so so so so grateful for this app!!!!!!!! For a being a free app it has helped me and my clients so much - can't believe people worked on this and developed something of this quality for free. Of course it has things about that could be better, but for being free it is incredible and I am so grateful!!!

Can't complain too much since it's free. Kind of buggy though, can't move buttons around too well. Delete button needs to have a delete whole phrase option. Delete button should not be right next to the "share" button.

I usually never leave reviews. But I looove this app. I work in the ABA field and this app has helped me with so many of my kiddos. It's easy to use and all my kids have loved being able to use this to tell me what they need or want. I highly recommend this app for anyone with non verbal kids.

Takes a while to work out how to use it, but it's adaptable. The "sentence bar" setting does not seem to work. That is the main thing I need to use, so I hope it gets fixed.

I changed the language age into Spanish and the pronuntiation is terrible, far away from what it should be. The robotized voice pronounces the words with English accent and as should be read in English, not in Spanish.

I have a Samsung S6 and unfortunately only the basic categories load and therefore I am unable to get the full benefit of this app when I have a fall or episode when nobody is home. Is an update for this planned?

I'm too old to figure this out.... Need something that lets me use the keyboard to type and then read that out loud. Maybe have a library of phrase I've input.... Communication outside of my computer is too tedious no matter what.

Perfect. I have been looking for an app like this for a year. My wife has HDLS and can no longer speak. This gave her communication back.

Needs the ability to save the combinations for later play back. Like a bookmark system of combined phrases.

I think this app is brilliant. my partner is a learning disability and epilepsy specialist and this would help her patience so much you need to talk to to NHS.

A. G. u. Feb 10, 2019

would like to be able to edit the names of the search items, other than that it is very good app, handicapped daughter is learning it now

Cat. Sep 19, 2018

Very useful, love how great it is. There's no need to spend hundreds on an AAC app when this is available for free.

The. O. Nov 2, 2018

Definitely good for the price. You can do a lot with this app. But for a person trying to learn to talk, this is not the best app. Words are not pronounced correctly.
