LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum

Can be a little addictive, I like playing the challenges, I just dont like having to try and get the new tsums to play some of them. It can be frustrating not getting them with the freebies that I earn but even more frustrating if I pay money and STILL DON'T get them. It would be nice to maybe win those particular tsums in the challenge before the challenge we need them in. But thats just my wishful thinking

Ever since I got a new phone and updated to Android 11, the game is trash now! I have played for many years, and spent time more of my money than years!! Game is glitched on my screen and won't allow me to tap where I place my stylus on the screen. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, turned my phone on/off, etc. All other software/apps on my phone operating just fine. PLEASE FIX THIS!! 5/1:prob STILL there😓some ppl depend on THIS game 4stress-relief I have had way more anxiety AND more depression!

Fun game but tends to be un-fair. buying characters - even when stats are higher for getting new ones they give you upgrades. In game play - if its a score challenge for ex. you usually get 10mil points, they drop it to 6 so you have to use more hearts, Support is lacking, game freezes & crashes, you lose coins, tickets etc... they don't give any of it back. Lost my account last year with over 300 characters, tons of coins & tickets - got ZERO help. Don't even know why i still play tbh.

App crashes and you lose coins/lives or tasks that have been beat reset. I live this game and have played for years please fix it! I think we all deserve somethting back for all that was lost. Just a thought.

I've enjoyed the game for a long time, but since possibly about 6months ago, the game has become extremely laggy & I end up losing time because of the lagginess? Please fix the issue. It's getting really annoying.

Great game to play. Love the tsums. Suggest to have a search button which we could search the types of tsum easily. Example: just type mouth, and all the mouth type tsums will show up. That would be a great enhancement feature! Thanks!

I really really love this game but why is it that every time I have an upgrade that it won't let me open it has to be a way that it will stop doing that please help!.... thank you for fixing it after the last update still really love this game but I have been getting a lot of repeat characters and not any of the new ones to play the most recent games

The game is fun but the recent experience has been quite bad. It kept crashing on me in the middle of the game and the hearts and coins used are all gone!!! So annoying!!!

I have been playing this game for years now and i like it a lot. But recently the game keep giving a glitch, and will shutdown when in in the middle of a game. Heart is not restored when log back into game. Right now, I'm working on the new event and I wasted my score and coins when it shutdown. Disney Tsum Team, pls help to fix the issue.

Been playing this for years and enjoying it, but recently it has became very laggy, delayed response whenever clearing tsums. Please do fix this. Now the app can't even be opened, it crashes constantly. Please fix this.

I did have a 5-star rating before I changed it a 1 star. I love the game and never had any problems until the recent update. I just had an extra download done in my game, and ever since it has been force closing during a game, just today, about 15 minutes ago, it finished updating. Within that 15 minutes, it closed several times. I will change my rating once the issue is fixed.

Really enjoy the game, there's new characters and events to keep it fresh and long term goals that are there between events. Just a really enjoyable time sink

Developers, please fix the glitch in this game. It keeps stopping in the middle of a game and completely blanks out. I have seen other reviewers complaining of the same glitch. Please fix the problem!!! 2-26-22. Again...this game is shutting down in the middle of a game. It makes me upset because I was using bonuses to complete a challenge. Please fix this issue!!

The lucky time does not seem to be really "lucky time" per se as after using so many coins but still unable to get the tsum tsums for the month. It's so annoying! It is worst when during some challenges, it can only use the new tsum tsums during the month to play, so if we can't even get the tsum, means we can't play the challenges at all! Think it's about time to uninstall this game 😫

The app is crashing since this new update. You need to fix it quick before you lose players. I just tried to load the game and it's not letting me. Fixing to delete for good.

I've played this game for years and have always found it enjoyable, but there's been a glitch during the last two months or so where I'll be in the middle of a round and the game just closes out and shuts down. If you go back in, it doesn't replace the heart it closed down on, so you lose one in the process. VERY frustrating!

I love this game, but there's a serious glitch. Game crashes a lot and when you notify them they say that it's our problem. Nope. Look how many say the same things! I've been playing since 2015 and it hasn't done this. I bought a damn premium box and it crashed. Bologna.

Fun when not glitching. The game crashes in the middle of play and any life and coins used are just wasted. The coins are not easy to get so to have them disappear with the crashes so often really takes away from the game.

I did have more stars for this game, as I love it! But it keeps force stopping and it takes all my coins. I spend real money on this and that is a rip off! Additionally, I emailed this company and I never got any response. Lastly, when the bubbles are off the time- kind, it does not give me the extra time! There are a lot of glitches and it straps the cons, which in my case, is actual Monti!

I still love playing this game but it's ridiculous how often it force quits on the user now. I've already had the game force quit on me three times this morning. Fix this issue - it's been at least six months where the game just shuts down in the middle of playing.

Game glitches mid way thru playing completely closing the game out. Making you lose whatever money you spent for that round. It's happened constantly since the newest update.

Update: Finally fixed some time ago and not crashing, happy! Have been a loyal player with over 30k plays but changing to a new phone gave me the crashing bug and now even after the recent update, its still crashing! Is it just me? My phone has no memory or space issue, why is it still crashing on me????

Game keep crashing and losing progress and hearts. Customer service also no help when you open a ticket. All they keep saying to make sure your connection is good, app is updated. Repeats everything that is ready in the help link.

I just installed the update and is not working right!! Keep kicking me out, so disappointed and frustrating. I wonder when they're gonna fix it! My "killing time" of the day just dissapeared in the middle of winter 🥺

Started the new easter event but it keeps crashing before I can finish the first treasure chest,I've lost coins and hearts for nothing. Unacceptable.👎

I've been playing this game for years and I love it but recently it has started to freeze and shut down right in the middle of the game. When I go back the heart is not restored and I have to re do the same mission. This is very upsetting. Please work on fixing this issue.
