Started playing since 2012. The app was so much better then. The user interface, variety of tables, even the gameplay was more realistic. Now, the game freezes/crashes and hands are insanely unrealistic. You'll be in a winning position after the flop and BOOM, river and turnover dishes out the EXACT cards to make you lose. Pocket Ace always loses! You have a 2 pair? Someone else will have 3oK. You have a straight? Someone else will have a flush. Full house? You'll lose to 4oK. GARBAGE!

worked great when I first tried it on my new phone as a visiting player, except after download, it didnt give a 'shortcut' icon. Then once I created an acct, malfunctions started happening. From screen blacking out, to the game freezing in the middle of play when you finally are to be dealt into the table.

There was no experience. I got dc'd from my double or nothing game and there is no mechanism to get back. i registered for 2 more games and was sent to a black screen. Lost both buy ins. This app is horrible and I wouldnt recommend it even to my ex. I would give it a zero if i could.

I've played this app for years. It's been crashing consistently for a long time. My complaints go unnoticed and I never get reimbursed for losing because of the crashing game. They don't care about the players that have kept them in business. Terrible

Free Coin Scam!!!!! I opted to do some of the challenges that would give me free coins, but when I completed the required steps I did not receive any free coins. This is a rip off, do not attempt. One star unless they can fix this issue.

I liked this app for 5 years and suddenly I couldn't raise my bets anymore. The raise button just stopped working. When I tried to contact customer support I put in my correct email and password and it kept saying invalid. So I clicked "forgot password" and it said it sent a password recovery email but I never got any emails. So very frustrated I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Then it couldn't reopen my previous account which had over 30 mil. in chips on it! I'm so mad I could spit nails!!

My roomate has different play options then i such as cash tables and double or nothing. Fast fold does not work on either of our devices and if we accidentally hit it we habe to restart our phones just to make the app work again. Also, this is my 3rd time rating app. Ive contacted customer support and have recived no feed back.

What has happened to this game app? I have loved this for many years. After getting back on after purchasing a new phone, I am now playing with difficult graphics - can hardly see my avatar to know when it's my turn. Also, only high stakes tables. If the programmers cannot tell me how to get back to the tables I was playing, I'm going to uninstall this app and find another! It used to be worthy of 5 stars, now not even 1.

Have been playing for years. Stopped working correctly about 6 weeks ago. I am looking for a new pastime. Please fix. I will check back later. Worked hard for my 5 billion chips. Hate to lose them by not being able to play anymore.👉👌

App will not update on Samsung note 20 ultra the updated version is not in the playstore I emailed them to set up a new password and they never sent a password back and it took all my chips 6 almost 7 million worth can't get back into it. This is the only texas hold em game I play. Very disappointing 😞

On october 29, 2019 I made to purchases of chips for $5.99 each and received only 1/20th of the chips I paid for. This is the first time this has happened, I am wondering if they have been hacked and corrupted although I do use google pay for my purchases.Has anyone else beenripped off or affected with this app. And is the google brain team aware and looking into this matter. I am going to my financial institution to cancel those 2 transactions . False advertising screws everything up.

I've played this since 2011 and really enjoyed it. ***** Stars! Starting late 2018 had difficulty playing the tables I enjoy. Now in 2019 it won't let me play at all! Very disappointing! I have over 800 million in chips that I have been building for years.....very sad and frustrated

I loved this game, but for 3 months now I've been unable to play. It tells me that "Connection couldn't be established property. Please make sure that your device is connected to the network and try again" My phone is connected to my wifi network.??? I have been playing this game for 3 years and this is never been a problem.

I love this game I've been playing it for years but it has been crashing on me 😡 so much in the middle of a game my cards either won't show during the game or disappear 😒 or it would just boot me off the table it does it repeatedly please fix it I even uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times
