Live Nation At The Concert

Bought an expensive ticket and not given an option other than mobile ticket. I downloaded the app and I'm not able log in. I enter my info and it freezes. I have to open Google Chrome seperate and log in that way. The app is useless.

Won't let me log into my account and other technical issues. I shouldn't be surprised that an unethical company forcing you to download an app (to 'steal' your data) wouldn't even build a good product. If you are able to buy tickets and have them emailed or picked up at will-call, do that, and avoid this BS.

Can't login to app or access my tickets. The app does not function. The Live Nation app opens up with a red screen and a Live Nation logo on it and does nothing else. There are no buttons or links. The app as it is, is useless.

This app is garbage. Long load times that sometimes never happen, constantly taking you out of app to sign in, functionality is trash, UI is bad. Much like the company itself, this app is awful.

That latest upgrade you made where the app constantly crashes is amazing. So glad to not be able to look at who may be coming to my area.

Still can't open the app. Have purchased tickets and not able to see them. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same results. Blank white screen!

Tickets won't appear. Every once in like 20 tries, opening my tickets gives the option go view the barcode. Otherwise it doesn't work.

Live Nation and Ticketmaster, blame each other for ALL ticket problems! Bought a VIP ticket, WILL CALL! Was sent a ticket in the mail, charged $4.50, for it! Ticket was WORTHLESS! Did NO SCAN, at venue! Could NOT contact Live Nation! For explanation!!!!

Well it opens but as soon as I select login from anywhere in the app I get a blank screen. So not very helpful of that's how I'm supposed to get my tickets.

Terrible app that doesn't work, which is bonkers when it is used for digital tickets. They have a captured market though, so they don't care about the quality of their service.

Downloaded the app so I can get the e-tickets for a concert. To log in, it tells me to install and update the Chrome browser app. When I click okay, it just says 'error 418 mot authorized'

Won't let me look at my tickets without making me sign in and when I try to it says connection timed out. Tried deleting and redownloading, still doing it.

When I click to view tickets, it directs me to open it on a browser? Then when I pick Chrome, the screen turns grey and nothing shows. Shouldn't the tickets open ON THE APP rather than a browser?

Does not allow me to sign in. I have to clear the cache just to get to the sign in screen, then it endlessly loads once I input my sign in information. Sh1tty app.

I've uninstaller and reinstalled this app, it all won't open. It only shows the home screen, no way to search or log in..... nothing just a red screen.

When you purchase insurance protection on your tickets, it doesn't help you in any way or give any info about the insurance company used to protect your tickets. Trying directly to contact the actual insurance company is a nightmare in & of itself. Since Live Nation offers this insurance protection, I would think it might be a little more helpful in assistance people to contact the insurance co, if ever a claim needs to be mail. Which I have needed. This has been my issue atleast. 💜😞💜

Clunky, w.re/misdirects. Inefficient. Don't understand y app and gui updates....learning curves on levels of nneedless updates, confusion,a distraction and yet further app dowoads or none work in harmony for entering an event. STOP PAYING CODERS/ENGINEERS/DEVELOPERS to continually obfuscate the objective. What once was pretty cool is now a pain to avoid if possible. Secondary market apps are much ezier and require much less .percerveirance. Btw,, am pro on GUI design.and.live shows as well.

I liked the app the way it was. I still have not been able to open it and it's still downloading for the last hour and a half. Not impressed what so ever

Everytime I try to log into my account, the app says "No Internet Connection". I've tried both using data and several different WiFi connections, nothing has worked. I selected the digital ticket option when purchasing, not sure how I can show tickets to a venue I cannot access?? I have a Samsung Galaxy.

Nothing on this app works at all! Hangs up all the time. Can't even spend money if you want too. Customer service hangs up after short message! Lost tickets when I transferred phone over! Seriously, worst thing I've ever put on my phone!!! Would give 0 Star if I could!

This app hasn't worked in over 2 years please fix this issue. How can I go to a concert or buy tickets with a broken app.

Downloaded app only because the show I went to only has mobile tickets, no print out or pdf to save anymore. But everytime I try to view my tickets the app crashes so I had to wait in the will call line to be able to get in. Why force people to use an app and then not even have it working.

Buggy. It always says "no internet connection" and won't let me view my tickets. Super annoying.
