We can not say enough good about our Longhorn experience tonight! EVERYONE, from the lady taking us to our table to our extremely efficient & very personable waiter (nice to see that these days!) we felt treated, pampered and indulged! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. We could cut it with a fork, so tender, the flavor so delish!!! Cannot wait for another "date night" at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Jackson, TN! It was memorable to say the very least!
I love that this app is so easy to use and to make modifications to your steak with add on options and ability to remove toppings from side items, soup & salads for those of us with picky appetite. This is what I hate...ordering thru app today gave earliest pick up time 2 hours from now when there is no waiting for dine in. There is warning that calling the resteraunt they won't be able to get your order sooner but I called anyway and mentioned the no waiting and my order then done in 20min
Every time I go to the app, it does not recognize my password. It says "Sorry, there's been a problem completing your request. Please try again later." Then I have to click "Forgot?" and make a new password each time. Not worth the trouble!
Restaurants always say the app is never right. It told me there was no wait time and would not let me on the list. When I arrive there is a 30 minute wait and the app still says there is no wait. Just remove that feature

Works most of the time. Why can't I order a full rack of ribs though? Only gives me half rack as option. This means I have to call and I hate calling.
Usually says there's no wait time, when there is and it only lets you select max of 4 for your party for Joining Waitlist. Should allow more.
I not really complaining about the app. But what good is it to download if the restaurant won't do a wait lists?! So I don't see the point. I don't pay by app with anything.
What is point of being able to do call ahead seating on the app if it doesn't hold your spot? I put my name on list, 30 to 35 minute wait, arrive at place in 25 minutes and check in just to be told the wait time starts when you check in with hostess at restaurant. So have to wait another 30 minutes. Makes no sense. Food, drink, and service is awesome.
Used the waitlist feature and it completely dropped us. We waited an hour and it said we were third in line so we went in and they couldn't find us. It says we'll hold it 10 minutes after estimated wait time but it doesn't show it on the screen. And why bother showing number positions if it's meetingless.
I love the app and the pickup to go ordering is awesome! Every since Covid I detest going into restaurants when they are busy. This makes it much simpler and enjoying the experience eating it @ home.
Horrible app. Does not allow one to review the menu nor find my place in line. So we wait out in parking lot twiddling our thumbs. I sure as hell hope the good is better than this worthless app.
LOUSY!!!! When you imput your zipcode it says its invalid! Worthless, dont waste your time downloading.
Super fast and easy to use. I only have a 30 minute lunch break at work, so this just makes it more efficient for me to quickly place an order. The interface is simple and straight forward, however it never registers when I check in. It tells me my check in was received and that a To Go Specialist will be out shortly, but after 10 minutes, I always end up having to call in to pick up anyways. This has occured three times now and puts me close to the line of being late back to work.
Quick and easy once setup. Had to change my review because of the dozen times I've used it twice it submitted some of the wrong items. The first time I thought I was crazy. The second time I screen shot my order and compared it to what I received. Two out of four items weren't even close to what I placed. The manager told me to call rather than use the app.
It would be a great app if it actually let you place the order. Instead, I got an error that the pick up time "was no longer available". After trying various pick up times, I placed the order on Longhorn's glitchy website. Lo and behold, my original pick up time worked and my order was confirmed. I'm uninstalling this, it's not worth keeping an app that can't place the order like it claims it can.
Display of the menu is great! Organization and pricing are easy to follow. My first two selections of steak (Flo's Filet, then Ribeye) were unavailable, with message to try again later. After selecting alternatives, and entering my credit card data, the site would not complete the transaction. The message said that the checkout and payment did not match my login. The name and all info were the same but the website did not make the match. I had to old school telephone to make the order.
Use it often, very convenient! Nice website design! Good food for a reasonable price. Steak is their specialty and it's always good, as are the baked potatoes. The to-go side salad is not as good as dinning in at the restaurant, so, I usually get an extra potato instead of salad on the app. Easy to customize your order and add instructions. Please don't forget to tip! The app provides options of tip percentages or a custom amount so its super easy quick but not required.
The first thing the app did was tell me they were experiencing high volume and to use the website. The reason I DOWNLOADED the app was bc the website was so bad! Neither worked. I tried ordering food for over a half hour with no success. Wish I could have just called but I guess w the quarantine they have the phones off the hook. Very, very disappointed.
Shows "No waiting" when there's a 30-40 minute wait. Very frustrating.
Great food, great service, every time! I absolutely love the Longhorn here on MI!

Android verson ALWAYS wont allow login. I have reset my PW on the web site, then tried to log into the mobile app on Android latest version of app and OS, and like it does every single time says could not communicate try again later, and when it does connect says user name does not match PW. It's been like this for ... 10 months or so. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and it's a cryin shame because our LH restaurant is excellent. You App devs need to pay attention to the non-iOS side fixit
