Lookout Security & Antivirus

Well I can describe it in a few short words safe and secure Good looking out for me but I've been with Lookout just about every phone that I could download your app to. I've been with Sprint forever and Verizon wireless, I've been through a number of service for your cell. Now I'm with T-Mobile, so I downloaded the free app like I always had with you! I love this app it's very secure, it detects the things that are necessary to protect your cell phone, laptop whatever the case may be! E. Evans

Great program, especially the Premium Plus (for identity theft protection, something necessary in these crazy times!). Support team is incredibly responsive, with a can-do attitude. Look forward to working with them in the future, though with the way this program works, unlikely to have to do so!

It's not reinstalling the app up dates quick enough. It is taking a long time to update. I can't tell if it's working properly or not. Please fix it for me. when it won't install it keeps running and my other apps can't up date!⏰

Lookout is a decent security product and has worked for me. Though, I can't help but notice that Lookout hasn't submitted itself to be tested by an anti-malware testing organization in a while. The last time AVTest tested Lookout was in 2016, and it only detected 77.3% of new samples. Lookout should really get tested again so consumers can be confident in its detection rate, cause 77.3% is not a good look lmao, and I'm pretty sure it's detection has since improved.

The battery usage on this is insane. My phone went from full to flat within 8 hours and lookout was responsible for 20% of that. All of that background use. More than double my actual most used app at the time.

This is a preinstalled app that i just upgraded to the premium package for 9.99 VPN connection at the moment no problem but I do have some problems believing that this app is worth the premium price with some of the e-mails and the leads just don't tottal add up something a little fishy don't get me wrong I believe they will pay up to what they say and know not to go on the internet to unprotected site,it's just some of the little things but I keep it far little while and see how it goes,it's go

Thought it was working automatically as I had downloaded several apps of various types in the last month and no problems. Lol but just this morning I get a notification that a few apps have had their permissions removed for not being used in more than three months. Funny thing this was one of them...... So now I'm wondering if a few things. 1 why did it say not used when it should be working automatically? 2 should I turn the permissions back on? 3 if its not actually doing anything why keep it?

I've found Mobile Security-Lookout to be the best software in the genre. Even the free version is great. I especially enjoy the security of never having to worry about if I misplace my device or it gets stolen. Mobile Security-Lookout has me covered as it locates and allows me various options to recover my device. Thanks, and good lookin out!

Great App it works in the background and this appears to be done randomly. I say that because every so often I will get a report on my phone stating the number of Apps which are safe. Last report I had 600 Apps I didn't realise I had that many Apps! I feel secure with Lookout running in the background and you can do a manual scan whenever you want to. All this is free unless you want to go one better with Lookout Premium. I have thought about maybe moving to Lookout Premium with all the scams.

The services offered for the free version I am using DO give me a greater sense of security and the app is in no way intrusive. If I could afford it I would opt for the paid version. (Been using this app for easily 3 years)

Great, doesn't get in the way, tons of security features for lost devices. Not too expensive. There's good free software but you get what you pay for.

I've used lookout security before I tried Norton 360 and had all kinds of problems at 14.99 a month Norton 360 security has way to much inturuptions plus the Norton 360 freeze's your phone up you have to turn off your phone and restart it now I'm starting to dislike this app to keeps freezing up my phone the app won't let me update

This is a really great app to have. It explains the threats that it has found and has kept my phone safe for years. I would highly recommend getting and keeping this app on your phone and on your computer.

Cannot create account. Downloaded for first time, and when I tap the "Sign up for free" button, the app gives an error message saying "Email and password do not match." Note that I am just trying to sign up, not log-in. I get the error whether or not there is text in the email/PW fields. Useless app if I can't even create an account.

I'm trying to open this app, it keeps telling me to sign up for this on this device, it is a new phone,so that's understandable but it keeps saying, invalid email address??? Something is wrong!!!😦🤔🤬

I appreciate the web protection but it would be good to have a list of the sites that were flagged and more info on them. Also the functionality to scan all files on the phone and SD card would offer some peace of mind.

All I did was get a new phone & now I can't access my acct. I can't reset my acct because there's no option for that. I can't get into my old acct to set up my new phone. Please help me. Ok, since this 1st part of my review...Lookout has updated my new phone & is working great. I even tried Norton & it was garbage, so when I went back to Lookout everything fell into place & now my new phone is protected. Lookout has saved me from so much...I applaud this app...2👍🏾👍🏾

Lookout mobile security: is easy effective reliable sufficient timely conveniently work is excellently fine tune. & Tht's jus the basic format. Bottom line jus rite "Perfect" If my, money was rite? I'll, hate 2se, wht the premium level up grade will do. Can't wait. But rite now til than I'm perfectly comfortably satisfied. Appreciate it thanku 4this fine excellent product it's really amazin thanku.

Been using this app for years. Can't tell you how many times I have used it to find by phone. Even helped me recover it when it was stolen. Recommend hiding the app if your devise has that ability. That way if your devise is stolen they theft won't know it is there and running.

I gave lookout a 5 star cause I really like the app but now since I upgraded my phones and I have 4 devices and and I do recall that I have 3 devices being protected, I tried several times to log in to my account and I either get wrong email/ password do not match or have too many devices and delete one or all devices I should not have to delete anything and I even changed my password and even that does not work , so my devices are not protected what a shame

Lookout is the best! I have a problem, they are quick to help with a solution. I'm very pleased with Lookout and wouldn't switch! Great job Lookout! Thank you!

They fix my problems right away.I will always use this app on my computer and tables it is very safe.My nephew told me he have use it forever And told me to try it. I have had no problem at all except gave them the wrong number,and they fix it right.I wouldn't recommend all my friends on Facebook and Instagram that this is a wonderful app.
