It would have worked better if I stuck to it! Very helpful for diet, exercise coach, small footprint but useful - saves the cost of a gym subscription and is very useful for keeping fit in confinement! Have to remember, one day we'll have to step out there where everyone will see us! Are you ready for that? No, neither am I! So, best keep at it. This app is your hand holder! Smile!

Okay honestly I don't see why people are complaining about the app! I've been getting great results each day I work out. And I've heard some people complain about the plank but when I played volleyball my coach use to have us hold it for over a minute. I could never do it but working with this app im getting closer and closer to holding on for a full minute!and im getting great results definitely worth trying!

It helps out a lot!! It does exhaust you some but after all its great! And it gives you a break after 1 exercise and you can pause if the break wasn't long enough! But try it out this is day 1 of me doing it so idk if I can really loose weight in 30 days. So I'll come back when I lose weight or like in 29 days!

After every day of exercise I feel confident to be myself. I honestly love it there is hardly any ads. It's really fun to do the exercises. It doesn't just focus on one part you can get a full body exercise, leg exercises and more.

This app is so ❤ i can't tell u. I lost 2 kgs in less than 15 days. I feel so good during the workout and its so much compatible with my busy schedule. It takes less than 10 15 minutes to workout and the results are really amazing. I also started taking lukewarm water first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I can't thank you enough for this app. I loved it.

I love the app but I have just got a new device and all my progress have disappeared!!! I wouldn't mind that so much but my premium membership is also gone and it is asking for me to pay again for the whole year! I have tried the suggestions in the FAQ but that is not helping. I don't think I want to pay another subscription when I still have 11 months left on my original one!

I was very happy when I first downloaded this app because I got exactly what I wanted but I got disappointed when the requested for card number, why not use mobile data or wifi just like other app, I can't make this mistake for the second time, after giving out your card number the will collect your money for no reason I was once a victim I think the best way is to deduct your money from mobile data otherwise people will delete this app the same way it was downloaded

I generally look at these apps, sometimes download, but rarely open. This one I actually did to check it out. I tried the neck and shoulder stretch and it felt amazing. Best of all, it was free. There were some undisruptive ads displayed at the top of the screen. With the spoken directions as well as time announced midway and a three second countdown, I was so involved I didn't notice. I found it very enjoyable. Doing something feels better than nothing.
