Lottery Ticket Checker

Scanned first set of numbers successfully after several attempts. Failed to scan any additional sets of numbers on the ticket. Uninstalled app. EDIT: In response to your response... You aren't paying me to beta check your application. If it doesn't work, why would I use it? Frankly I don't have the desire to assist you in making it work. If it worked and needed some minor tweaks, then feedback would be justified.

So, I just tried this on 3 different mega millions tickets. It read two tickets correctly including the draw dates with no problems but the third one it didn't scan the mega ball correctly. But overall I think it's a better app than the other ones out there. And I actually paid to remove the ads too since it's just $3 per yaer and I think it's worth it.

So far so good. I scanned 2 tickets so far, one Powerball and one Mega Millions. App correctly informed me that the date of drawing for the Mega Millions had not come up yet. It also correctly scanned my numbers on the Powerball and informed me I was not a winner. I will of course double check this at the store and will continue to do so until I am 100% sure of accuracy but it is working as advertised at this point. The ads are very irritating as always but the paid version is only $2.99 a year and since I buy 1 lotto ticket per week it would save me approximately 52 trips a year to the store (no I'm not looking for other ways to avoid the trip, the $2.99 way will work best for me) so that seems like a no brainer once I am confident with the accuracy. I am never the type to think people owe me anything for free, just want to make sure it continues to work correctly and then I will upgrade. I will also update my review at that time.

Doesn't work all the time. Have to sign out and restart to get it working again.

I used this app to check 2 Mega Millions tickets that had 10 plays each. It will scan 5 rows of numbers at a time. It's a bit awkward to scan and you must double check the scanned numbers, because they weren't always correct. It would be easier to find an app that scans the barcode on the ticket instead of the rows.

Well I was hoping this would work and make checking my lottery tickets fast and easy, but I installed the app and then read the tips for accuracy and although I did Try to scan five rows at a time, it had trouble reading the numbers and I never got all five rows to scan and be correct. The time it took to do this and still not have Read the numbers, I can just go to the lottery website and compare my numbers just as fast. So for now I can't give it a good review, hope they make it more reliable

Quick and easy scan tool. It does give an incorrect number at times but for the most part the app does what it advertises. I can even tolerate the ads that pop up after I check my tickets. Good app to have if you play the lottery.

I get lottery from many states and usually I've moved on before the drawings. There are ads on the app but they are shorter than the ads I usually encounter. The scanner can be hard to focus for a shakey hand but overall it worked well.

Alright since they want to get technical it does not scan the ocr code nor works as a scanner as it claims you are able to scan your Powerball, Mega millions ticket, etc. You'll get bombarded with advertisements as well. Easier to just go to the store and have them scanned than use up phone storage space.

When I tried to scan the numbers from my powerball ticket I just kept getting a message to "scan the numbers and not the barcode." That's exactly what I was doing! Very frustrating.

I think ill keep it on my phone. 4 stars because you have too keep the camera VERY still while it scans the numbers, was a little tricky but thats alright, my very first ticket i scanned was a $10 winner! and the 2nd was $2!

The ads are way over the top for what this app does. Just feels like they tried to big it down as much as possible to make people pay for premium. And for every ticket I scanned at least one number was wrong.

takes more work. - pick date - how many rows of numbers - scan the numbers, NOT THE BARCODE. I would have to start the process over because of a ticket meant for a different date. edit: in response to developers comment, I have multiple tickets that span multiple dates, I would have to set the date everytime. it's a hassle.

Doesn't work. I scanned powerball and Mega millions tickets. I tried scanning the numbers. This did not work. I tried scanning the bar scan code. Then I tried the last bar code at the bottom. It said failed in red letters at thr bottom of the screen.

It worked great. yes there is ads, but hey it's part of generating revenue for the actual work they do. read all three lines of my ticket just fine. thanks everyone who worked on the development.

This lottery checker does not work with my Samsung note 9 phone. The numbers are never captured correctly. If I have a 5 line ticket there will be some wrong numbers on every line & missing numbers too. It's easier just to find the winning numbers and scan the ticket with your own eyes since you'll be doing it anyways. Maybe it's the note 9?

I have know issues with this app . It scans super fast . And its actually pretty simple

Works great (even if we didn't win). We can check the numbers right after the drawing and not have to pick through the different lottery web sites to see what the numbers were.

This app doesnt work is just a waste of time, it always gives me this message: Failed to retrieve lottery results server too busy try again in 1 minute. Piece of trash.

This app is fairly easy to use, however I did notice, there are no options for checking older tickets from the calender same year. Would be a nice upgrade.

Quick and easy to use, removing the element of human error

I guess it is only checking the ticket you scan with latest winning numbers because ever winning number was the same regardless of ticket date. 100% unimpressive, like something you'd make for a beginner app programing course.

Barcode scanner is horrible. Brand new phone and it just sits there telling me to scann it lol. Pretty worthless, have it quite a few tries. Update: No your correct I didnt read it. It said scanner so first thing i did was SCAN my barcode. It didnt work. No need for your BS sarcasm.

I enjoy using the app, it's very useful in allowing me to check my tickets.

Does not read the numbers correctly at all. You spend more time correcting the numbers and double checking than if you simply checked the ticket manually, line by line.
