Pathetic experience with this app as I used this to book online video consultation with Doctor. First they charged fees in advance and then allowed to select appointment slot with Doctor which was not available for the same day. I waited for more than 24 hrs to consultant Doctor and when schedule time came, no one called and when I tried to call for no. of times,no-one picked. When I complained about it they started telling that I didn't picked up call. My money gone in vain. Don't use this app
The search result filters don't work. I've had this app for 6 months and the devs couldn't come up with a solution for this bug in this much time? Horrible, It's better to uninstall this mockery of an app that was supposed to "help" people in pain. Massively disappointed.
It is a sham/fraud app.Think before taking appointment or installing this app.One of my friend booked an appointment and was told that "Doctor will contact you in 6 hours".But no one contacted & when asked to refund money,it was refunded in form of wallet balance which is of no use.And now no one from customer care is responding to calls.
Worst app. Booked appointment using this app and after visiting at doctor place. Doctor is told no appointment was booked. Full waste of time. I traveled from mira road to dahiser.
Worst app ever. Doctor won't consult and your money is not refunded. Customer care doesn't work infact it doesn't exist. The customer care number provided just play music for 5 mins and get disconnected no one will help you with your problem. Stupid app .better to go for practo or mfine where customer care actually work to solve your problems. This is a pathetic app.
Pathetic. Do not use this app. I am cheated. Doctor did not responded and asked to refund my money. Now they transferred into wallet. I cannot withdraw it to my bank. Forced to buy their product. And 90% of products shown are out of stock. No option to contact customer service. Stay away from this app.
I had been going through lot's of hair falls, and then one of my friend suggested me to use this app, so i can easily find out problems.. and believe it worked. Uh should go with this app so uh can easily solve your health issue's
Very good app. If you any doubt you can ask you question with your doctor and they will answer you within minutes. Thats the best thing in this app. Highly recommended.

Horrible Experience. I paid for Doctor Consultation for an Orthopedic issue. Even after having paid the fees, the app is asking for the payment again. There is no option in the App to ask for a refund. I recommend that you avoid this App and Service.
The Worst app I have ever Seen. Customer Care is almost Nil. No resolution till now for any complaints. If something goes wrong , there is no customer Care system where you can raise complaints.. Don't take the risk doing Transactions on this App as you won't get any Benefit bcz there are Waste offers which are not useful & you can't avail those offers also.. The most annoying & disgusting company & it's service to loot Customers. So it's my suggestion Plz don't use this App.
When u book a consultation on this app, as soon as the doctor send u a message they just close the consultation. If u have some query regarding doctor's prescription or any thing else, u just can't ask further. It's more like a one-way communication.
Not easy to use for customers- PATIENTS who need speedy solution for their concern. Pathetic user interface..I have to wait for 2 day because of non clear information on app..
This is absolutely fraud. They ask for payment in advance but doctor never available on time. I booked an appointment in the hope of quick consultation but they wasted my time as I will not be able to see the doctor till next holiday. Don't believe in this fraud app.

It is an excellent app. It assists you from the start till end. It makes as your work easy. I used to take offline appointments but the lybrate app has changed my perspective. It is a revolutionary app where one can take advantage of several things at great discounts.

Seems like I should have checked reviews first, even after making payment, its again asking for it, and totally denying that they didn't got any payment, even after I confirmed it from my bank. Worst experience. Please find some better alternatives rather than lybrate.

This is a scam. I paid the amount the text consultation but the doctor didn't respond to my questions. For which, i raised an issue. Lybrate called me and informed me that they are changing the doctor as the doctor I booked is not responding. I agreed to them. But still the new doctor didn't respond. Also lybrate didn't refund my money. A strong consumer complaint will help to give a lesson and set an to example of such online scam.

One of the worst designed apps. Whole place is so much cluttered that one tends to easily get confused. Funniest part - I paid for online consultation and filled up the details on a chat window. After a while, doctor arrived and asked for details in a nonfillable form. Worst part - the typing window can have upto two visible lines, making it utterly difficult to use. A good concept poorly executed.
