Game is still difficult to play for google play players. Got to sign in in a roundabout way. Tried contacting tech support which is highly difficult/still have not gotten a response and it is about 3 weeks later (I included the usual identifiers: server name, account id, and description of issue.) Most players in the game would like for gameplay to be fixed and just stop any new content until it is fixed. Also noticing that it trends toward spending, thus i have cut back. Rather spend elsewhere.
Lately, your service is bad. You keep updating but doesn't fix the log in system. Everytime I log in, I need to switch back to my server because it starts on a server I didn't play! Every damn time! Now, I can't even log in back to my main server. Please fix this..
This game is good at start but as long as you start level up, it becomes harder and harder to get recourses to become stronger. It's very pay 2 win, If you can't pay it, you can't do anything but stare at them destroying your castle. VERY Not Cool
It's super fun since I'm able to fully understand the game but I'm having a hard time on binding my account to any social media platform such as Facebook and Google. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible, Moonton.
The game is fun but to do thing in this game you have to pay. You get stalled in the game because leveling up not an easy task as you go along. Legend heroes cost too much and star them up takes a lot of money. Which you keep adding to the game people struggle to power up with what you have in the game because you need to pay to advance heroes. You need a lot of different heroes for different part of the game so trying to keep up us a struggle.
I've been playing this game for 6 years and I'm done. Mostly because it takes a massive amount of money to be strong. But now I have to go through some annoying roundabout process to even get into my account. It's very frustrating to have spent so much time on a game to have it developed so poorly.
Im a 5 year vet of this game. At first it was alot of fun. Now its total bs. Even if you spend money, when servers get annual merge it sends you way down. If you arent paying the most you are a target CONSTANTLY. Go do something better with your lives than fund these vultures. Btw it costs between 10k and 16k diamonds to even get a legend hero. 100 dias =1dollar after discount packs are bought... soooo yah. Also my data got randomly deleted cause i havent been on in 2 weeks so theres that too.
This game used to be fun. Now I can't log in to my facebook account. Spent so much money and time on this game. To just lose everything. They need to start refunding people if they can't fix their game log in issues. "GOOGLE" needs to step in on this issue.
Would love if I could get past the loading screen.. all it does it stop at 80% and then it stop and it won't open.. please fix the bug
I was playing this game since 2014. Sometimes I played rarely. I lost all my progress. So I uninstalled it. Guys do not install the "in game patch for smooth gaming". You will lose all your progress.

I have been playing this game since i was kid .. i have been long deactivated but .. when i install magic rush back .. they telling me that i dont have ANY ACCOUNT TO SWITCH!!!!!! WTFMAN!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE NO ACC TO SWITCH !!!! Can you imagine .. after spending so much time and i got no ACC TO SWITCH trash .. i dont wanna play this game anymore ..
Super fun no ads doesnt ask for money very often but when it does it offer tons of rewards, although the cuaracters are rather sexualised if you ignore that it is a fun game
EXTREMELY p2w, game was decent years ago, but it's massively P2W now, not even the most basic of features are free. Save your time, play something else.
awesome game, one small issue... theres an account i keep loggin in automatically which isnt binded or saved to any of my emails yet i have to switch it to my main account everytime i open the game
Not a free to play player friendly game. Every game has payed stuff which helps but they also have some good things for free to play players too. But this game is way too much. Nothing I say NOTHING good is available without paying. progression is really really slow unless you pay and pay. Every over powered character unlocks iff you pay that gives spenders way too much advantage on free to play players. So overall pretty bad game Would like to give negative stars if can.
Very dissapointing game! I was playing this game from last 5 years. I was on level 100. After spending so much money and time , one fine day I was reset to initial level after an update. It was so frustrating that I uninstalled the game immediately..
I was addicted to this game and spend a lot in here. But suddenly the facebook switching and binding got error, I can't open my account. Please fix this immediately, i cannot do my dailies. I'll change my rating after the bug was fixed. Thank you!
