MaintainX Work Orders and Procedures

Needed a better set up for a small Psychiatric Facility, the paper trail, keeping everyone in the " know " was becoming daunting and taking too much time. The App is extremely user friendly. As " Admin " you've so much control w regards to adding and creating context to your work orders. Set my staff all up as " Requesters " the instant notification of me accepting the request and instant notification upon me completing the request is a great feature. DEFINITELY worth the upgraded version.

I use this app for 2 different nonprofits & for my own house and property. I wish I was high enough in the management chain to make it the app that we use at my day job, because it is so solid, so dependable & so easy to use! MaintainX is the best of its kind! I've been using software and apps to manage tasks, projects and calendars for well over 20 years & I've never found a system nearly as good as MaintainX, & I'm only using a free account. I can't imagine how much I'd like the full version!

Literally wouldn't know what to do with out this app lol. It's very useful and makes the job just a little less stressful.

Love the app so far. Easy to navigate and use. Is there a desktop version. Also, is there somewhere that has the pricing?

I would use this product but I have accounts that repeat on certain days of the month. Like the First Monday or the fourth Friday, the only option is the day of the month like the 26th of each month. The 26th could be a Sunday for March and a Friday for September. Doesn't work for me. Everything else looks great, lots of options.

Unsubscribed from mailing list and still get emails asking me to come back, as well as phone calls. I'm stuck with this company for life it seems.

I work in commercial property management and this app keeps me organized. Everything from preventative maintenance schedules to one-time repairs can easily be tracked. The ability to quickly add images and other documents makes it easy to go back and reference jobs. I also like that I can assign my items to another manager when I am on vacation.

Absolutely simplified my work life. Amazing app, really helpful and useful. Updates are frequent and aren't merely cosmetic or bug fixes, as they are adding useful features all time. MaintainX is a joy to use, and by far the easiest (and most useful) app I've used in my 21 years in the telecommunications field for work orders/management/team collaboration. Definitely recomend this app to any business owners looking to streamline workflow and simplify life for administration and employees!

Got to say this is the best app so far to maintain my inventory. Great job! The only thing is I wish there was a column made for the item/part number. But no worries, I mainly just leave it in the description column.

So far it has been a very useful app per creating templates and instructions per order of production for the multiple entrepreneurships on hand.

may need more time when loading work order seem to be halting/hang/frozen need to key in twice

Great for what we need...easy to integrate with existing systems to utilize technology

As an overworked Plant Engineer keeping up with all the paper is impossible! I would spot check work orders once a month. I have tried a dozen CMMS programs over the past 3 years and all were impossible to implement. After trying MaintainX and talking to Nick and his team I've found a package that is perfect for my team. It's simple, powerful, very flexible and they are adding new features weekly. Now real time work order status and communication keeps my team focused!! Try it, you'll like it!

I have reviewed 3 of the top CMMS maintenance apps. I liked this one the best, but it was close. This is a good deal price wise for a larger company. I am a smaller company and I was hoping for a cheap alternative for smaller business.

I have tried close to 90 something work order management apps, this one hands down beats all of them. It's easy to use, covers everything, awesome layout, clean UI. Customer for life Feb, 17, 2021 Still loving this app each update it just gets better, the only suggestion I have is please consider making a downloadable version for windows, the web version is great, but in the field my laptop doesn't always have a wifi connection an my phone runs the app great but it's hard to type on sometimes

I haven't been using the app for long time, however so far the app has all the features I need. The app hasn't crashed or froze. I'm interested in seeing how the reminders for the meters work when based on mileage readings. ( How it displays notifications). Overall this App is Awesome.
