FINALLY. After the update I wasn't able to access my account because i had been logged out. When trying to log back in, it sent my phone a code that i couldn't type in. Emailed support with no response. On a whim, I uninstalled and reinstalled just now and ITS WORKING. For those of you who are frustrated with this app, I hope you see this.
The app will not allow me to login. I enter my phone number and request a text but after entering the code, the button will not respond to my click. I have updated and restarted the phone.
So far I am so frustrated with this. I got a card to link in to the app and it won't let me put the 16 digit number of the card in. I leave my phone on music in the car, I'm not going to re arrange myself to take my phone out to open a stupid app to get points. I wll for now just go to a different gas station.
I love this app but the things they offer extra points are not at our local marathon but when I her enough points taking cents off (with points) amazeballs I can save 25 cents per gal up to 20gal of gas.. Thanks make it count
Be careful! You'll rack up points then they'll disappear to an account you don't have linked! I do not have Wyndham linked to my account, yet ALL MY POINTS keep going into it. Emailed five different times and still haven't received any reply. Going to attempt to disable my account and redo one, but it's hard when it goes off your phone number. Not happy at all with this.
Used the service, u know had the lady scan the barcode, hit the cents off & they did not take anything off original price. I've emailed and called, and yet to get a response. All it would have taken was for them to reach out to me and make it right. Nope nothing. Sun Stop reached out right away, but not much they could do but apologize. Couldn't even get that from (MakeItCount Rewards)
Still not letting me log in after the update. Says network error on both data and wifi networks.
I love this app. It really does save me on fuel. With the price of fuel right now who can afford NOT to save money anyway possible!
Robbery of Points! Your rewards program is one of the BEST. I'm in it and use it faithfully and get robbed every time. All the gas stations NEVER wants to scan the name of the rewards items so the points can AUTOMATICALLY be added to your account. I personally email my points so you guy's Maybe will give them to me. This is so UNFAIR! I have complained to the gas station and you guys. Please Fix.
I like the app. Til now. Can't get into it. I've had at least 6 codes sent to me. Wanted to tie in the rewards card....how am I supposed to let people know about the new card etc when I can't get it to work. Uninstalled app
Signed up. Don't work for me. Couldn't finish input data.
After I updated the app it signed me out and I typed in the code it texted to me but it just sits there and won't let me sign in.
Today I tried un-installing app and re-installing and still won't let me log in. Number works at the pump but can't access my account. Rediculous. Tried again today 3/1/22. App still doesn't work. If you read your comments I'm not the only one. Fix your App or I will be shopping somewhere else.
Hit or miss. Not all stations have the updated pos pumps and around here, some stations have owners that do not speak or understand English to inquire about MakeItCount promotion. I will look for Marathon stations that have the newest pumps with the video displays, I never had problems with those but many times with the older pumps that have worn-out displays or older in general, I have input many times and lost the discount.
Love the fact you can get 25 or 50 cense off but my car only has a 12 gallon tank wish it would allow the remaining gas discount to be used
My points are not being added. I'm right at 4,000 points to unlock the .25 off and now it's "stuck". This is such a RIP off. You need to be reported
App just upgraded and sends a code for 2 factor authentication. The screen to enter the code isnt allowing data entry, so now I cant get into my account.
Was a 5 star until Yesterday's update. I Can't log on since The last update yesterday. When I log on it asks for a pin. After I receive the pin it will not let you type it in at all. So I cant log on. Please help!
Cannot add southwest account number to have points transferred. App needs fixed called Customer service about it. a supervisor was supposed to call me back. nope didn't happen emailed customer service and guess what? no response.
Most of the time I stop to get gas, the pump doesn't prompt for member id, so am unable to get or use rewards. Should be able to just scan code, not have to manually enter #.
After the new update, it asks for my number I type it in, to recieve code, once I get the code, the app want accept it. It just stays on the screen no matter how many times you tap enter.
This app is about the worst. Never loads. So bad hucks bucks is looking like the way to go. Their app has always loaded. Plus better deals at hucks with points.
After new update. I cannot log into app. Cannot enter verification code. App froze up . Anyone else with same issues??
Maybe I'll update my review if the app gets fixed. Currently when I try to sign in to my account the "sign in" button doesn't do anything
Having problems trying to use update. Entered phone number and received code but app won't let me type code. Have emailed support for help.
Kind of a useless app. Doesnt tell you the prices at the station like other fuel apps, just how to get there. Also doesnt like you add your favorite gas stations.
