So far this app is great with the bare minimum of pain management. If someone has multiple issues this app won't help fully. I have fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, DDD, DJD, rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, situational depression symptoms, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetic symptoms and a few others. I need an app that can help record everything I need to let my doctors know about but haven't found an app for all of it. I know there isn't an app that will let you use all functions.
Love this app! One suggestion to the devs-- the checkmark looks like you hit it to enter the data, but when I do that, the thing goes away and I have to re enter it. I would like to see that button more intuitive. It's simple to make entries, and helps me feel a little bit more in control of my illness! We'll see how it goes trying to show my doctor these records, but it helps to have a day - in / day - out look at things at a high level.
Very comprehensive and user friendly. Sends reminders to use which is good for some pain conditions that cause memory issues. I love the report section where you can see your timeline, very useful when seeing your specialists. The option to add in daily reflections where you can focus on the positives you have achieved is also lovely.
Really like the app but when I purchased the Pro licence from the basic app version, it wouldn't update my subscription on the app and so I ended up getting a refund and sticking with the lite one.
This app is great! As someone with ME/CFS, Sjögren's, and other chronic pain issues, I often find my symptoms are left out in tracker apps like this. But MMP is fully customizable! I love it.
Amazing tracker for pain!! My only thing is it doesn't have a dark mode but i can live without. Would be perfect if it had a night mode tho!!!
Easy-to-use. Easily customizable. Fast once you get it set up. Went ahead and bought the Pro version. Great app.
So far, I'm really liking this app. It's only been a few days. I really like the history calendar. My ADHD makes it difficult to remember how I've been when asked by Dr or physical therapist. I like having a clear visual record.
Love this app. Would be more helpful if you were able to add symptoms to each body part instead of as a over all feeling. Sometimes my whole body hurts and some symptoms last longer then others and not all pain levels or symptoms apply to each feeling.. Otherwise great app.
Enjoying it. I keep a pen and paper journal as well, and have a FitBit. Between the 3, I'm able to give my medical practioners very good information. Seems like the more specific I can be, the more targeted my caregivers are able to treat my symptoms/conditions.
Great program, I've tried other but nothing nearly as good as this one.. dr has been after me to document my days and until I found and tried this one I would never stay consistent. This program is just what I needed. Give it a try you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
I have only had this app for about a week. But it is helping me to think clearly about my pain and has helped bring awareness which has made me try other methods of coping. I would recommend it to those who have fibromyalgia. The note section is great and the charts help you to understand your condition and manage it better
Handy. I had a pen-and-paper system before that I would often lose. With this it even reminds me to check in once a day which is perfect. I like the price system it's a la carte rather than one size fits all which is good since everyone's experience with pain is different. All in all positive so far - only wish would be for a dark mode :)
Tentatively a 4 - just downloaded and it seems useful, but I was very disappointed to see that it doesn't provide a description for the various pain levels the way migraine buddy does - that's essential info for me and is going to make using this app difficult.
This app is helpful for seeing a scale of where I'm at daily. The only thing I can think of that I'd like to see change is maybe adding some kind of metric to the pain scale instead of just the numbers (ex. 0-no pain, 1-very mild pain but can still do tasks no problem, etc)
