MasterCard Concierge

I can't register my card (it gives a useless "Cannot get data" error) and support didn't know anything about the app.

Piggy backing on all the other 1 star reviews. Citi Card World Elite doesn't work saying that some banks are not eligible. Unless it's really a problem on Citi Card's side I wish the app developers had a solution or a response to this problem.

App does not get past the verify the first 6 digits section on registration. Terrible

I am able to log in on the concierge website, but the app does not accept my credentials. Support has been of no help.

Tried using my Citi Double Cash World Elite Mastercard, but failed. Was able to get in using my Capital One Walmart Rewards World MC, not World Elite. Looks like the Citi problem is a known glitch, eh? Please fix it.

I'm concerned that my new card will work as well as this app.

This is a discoverable find,

I know my card is eligible but the app doesn't recognize the 1st 6 digits, so it doesn't work. I've spent hours on the phone with my card issuer as well as MasterCard itself & I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours, but it hasn't in over 6 months. Disappointing. I was looking forward to checking this out.

When I first installed, it recognized my citi aadvantage world elite mc. Changed phones, installed the app, now won't recognize my card

Is this app ever going to be updated? This could potentially be a good app one day. Seems like it's abandoned. Outdated look, there's glitches and sometimes it crashes.

Have a World Elite card from Citi but it wont work.

It only works ony Barclay card, noty Citi card

This app makes it really easy to access the concierge service and see what types of offers and insight, such as city guides, that they have available to me. I see that much of the negative feedback that some Citi and other banks cards are not accepted. Some banks have opted out of MasterCard's concierge service and they might subscribe to different concierge services other than this one, so call the customer service number on the back of your card to find out.

Doesn't recognise my Citibank World Elite card.

Does not recognize my CITI mastercard world elite. What gives?

I have a citi card with world elite status. The app gave me a message saying some bank cards are not eligible for this service. So obviously can't use it.

I've had world status on my MC for 5 months, the app has been updated multiple times to add new BIN. Apparently, Comenity Bank is being left off the added BIN every time..

Saw the cool ad during the ball game and tried the app but many features just don't work. And no where as helpful as other travel apps. Just disappointing.
