Every person complaining about USA not listed as a Country during inital set-up and MasterCard has still not fixed this issue...Horrible service & very disappointed that a simple issue still hasn't been addressed for over 6 months.
App gets stuck with loading circle everytime I open it. Simply unbelievable that an established international company such as Mastercard has such a poorly developed app. I have uninstalled it again to save myself from further frustration.
Does not work in the US or even include USA as an option, same for Priceless app!! Bad experience and service!
Difficult to navigate and even set up. I just want something to access balance, payment and other basic info and I could not do that. Waste of time.
Website link goes to US site, address listed in New York, but you can register if you're not in the middle east. Does not say middle east only anywhere. So it's useless and a waste of time. Maybe add that you limit usage to one area?
The worst card ever put out. Can only pay with moneygram in person, if it's not in your town, you have to hope the mail is fast enough to pay your in time. Terrible customer service. Every agent has a different story on payments.
Useless app, no functions and not able to buy things online. Hoping they were going to give an online card. It is useless, and i don't advice installing it. It is waste of time downloading it
This app was awful!!! Nothing works like it says & if you're not foreign & live in the US ...it's useless...don't use it!!! There are other Master Card apps that work better.
Useless... country/city filters are duplicated many times, does not respond to input... Old Priceless Arabia app was better!
This is only a regional app since it gives only some MENA region countries in drop out menu! My master card is issued in India but residing in ksa, where I have to use it.
What is this garbage? It doesn't even show my country in the initial setup. This app is useless! Come on, MasterCard! This is pathetic.
The worst! Pay some kids and get a decent app... Sitting on the phone to pay a bill is insane, can't even pick U.S.
Completely Useless. The app is overdone it has way to make details and won't even let you use a us feature.
I am not sure if am enjoying the service. Because I have been loosing my phone card to the automatic teller machine an instrument popularly known as ATM card . How are you going to help me try and make it secure and safe. Although I have little enthusiasm with the card before I lost it.
Not sure of what the purpose of the app is and we can't download our country.. Not sure I even want the card anymore.. Its expensive anyways..
Latest Updated screwed everything up. Cannot even search anything. App keeps hanging just after opening. What have u guys done
App does not work. Only shows me countries in the MEA markets. Why is it available in the US then?
Where's. Easy-to-use no directions or nothing every app should have some kind of directions this was this you're not helpful at all
This app doesn't have U.S.A for the country, how can users in( u.s.a) be able to use this app. It's not working for me .
Absolutely useless if you're in the US. It doesn't even offer USA as a choice during setup. This really should have a big, noticeable disclaimer that it's only usable in certain countries--not including the US.
