This is a scam of exceptional proportions. I have continually tried to cancel my subscription but it refuses to recognise my password although the same password allows me to log in. It tells me its sent an email when I hit the forgot password button but no email comes although within minutes I get an email with a new "match". Called the customer service phone number - a recorded message - number disconnected!!! My next stop is Consumer affairs and then A Current Affair! Don't subscribe !!
This app is definitely a scam and/or a blatant cash grab. In addition to limiting your activity during your "free trial," they will block access to your account if you spend too much time on the app without paying for the privilege of clicking on profiles you're only mildly interested in.
I can't get beyond password settings ???it keeps saying something went wrong 😭😭
Very unprofessional and 0 customer care experience. Without my consent they deducted 13USD for 2 months and when I contacted customer care, no issue solved! Please refund my money.
This Site just suddenly without notice blocked my account without notice. I wonder if they do this after paying for subscription and have not cancelled auto-renewal. I wonder if they purposely block you out and continue renewing subscription. This possibly is a scam site
Ive just registered and it wont let me sign in. The support is not existent. Its more than a week now still no reply, no phone number at all. This caused me stress right after registration last week. Its like they just put the site there but don't want to be contacted for any issues, the help section is useless, dont make a mistake of subscribing.
Absolutely useless service! Had the biggest issues just trying to overcome regular login issues & more my account is banned for absolutely no reason & they can't/won't explain why, hiding behind their privacy policy. DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING!
Horrible app after I paid my premium subscription for 3 months my account was blocked and there's no way to contact them.
The app needs a lot of improvement, slow processes. Really i got a few match, but i guess one can wait for the girl but cant wait for app to take time showing up, personally in my case. The market runs on options.
This app is a scam. I cancelled my account and they just took another $115 out of my account and trying to find their contact details is a joke. The only phone number is an American one and they won't give you the Australian contact number which you can't find anywhere and don't expect an email back. Have sent at least 10 and nothing.
The worst service I've tried. An absolute rip off. All sorts of problems trying to sign in to change my age being incorrectly displayed. Auto response instead of actual human support. A lot of scammers. The one srltar given was just so I could earn people not to waste their time and money
Just registered today, the app won't let me sign in, it never sent email to retrieve forgotten password (as if I forgot my password), after many attempt, it blocks me. If I can't sign in this evening, I'm deleting this frustrating app.
The App is pretty good. You can see who likes you at a glance and send or receive messages if you are a subscriber. There are no Ads to distract you from what you are looking for. I use the App more than my desktop
Bad experienced. When I put my phone number to be verify it keep telling that my number can't be verified. What a waste of time!
my experience is bad, after i sign up so we were able to scan what's in the app, it automatically sign out, the next time i sign in, i can't sign in back again it said something wrong with my account? i always try, reser password thinking i might forgot but still no reply. until they blocked my account. i did not even browse it for hours and they blocked me.
DO NOT PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I PAID $115.99 FOR 3 MONTH PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION AND WHEN I WENT TO THE 'MANAGE ACCOUNT " SETTINGS TO CANCEL IT SAYS I HAVE TO ENTER PASSWORD.. THEN SAYS PASSWORD NOT CORRECT. THEN I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL . RESET PASSORD, ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.. THEIR CUSTOMER LINE IS NOT CONNECTED... THERES NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM... I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY KEY CARD TO STOP FURTHER PAYMENTS. I WAS ONLY ON THE SITE FOR A FEW DAYS. do not bother with this site at all.

This app denies access to cancel subscription, not acknowledging a correct password, not sending email to reset password either, even with numerous attempts. I.e. the app in itself seems to be a scam. The profiles - numerous episodes of catfishing and attempts at scamming! Summary- even though the platform has a supposedly good reputation, it is clearly not reliable, reputable or trustworthy in any way. Had to cancel my credit card to stop repeating subscription. Users beware - stay away!
