maxim: order a taxi

UI is so confusing. Maxim is cheap of course. But because of that, you'll get sketchy and shady drivers. Some even outright try to outsmart the system by telling customer to cancel and pay by cash. Some even will try to push out more money from you but will try to find a shortcut to shorter routes or tell you to cross roads yourself even though route clearly shows to arrive in front of that particular building. Its very.. sketchy so Maxim please do better and enforce stricter rules for drivers.

So difficult to find a place on a map and they gave us bonus that never work at all besides the drivers are hard to find.

i like this app probably better than grab in terms of price its cheap but yeah imma for now im a little bit ok with the searching drivers(its too slow to find a driver anyway) but imma hope for more from this app

Food panda is much easier to use than this app. I am uninstalling this.It takes forever finding a shop that i prefer and searching the food that i want.

This is the worst app. When i order a cab and the driver took it but after two minutes it has been cancel. When i want to call back to the driver i couldnt call back. When i reorder again it is taking me such a very long time for me to wait for the car. At last it says that unfortunately there is no driver. Such a hopeless app and it doesnt get me to connect at all. What kind of services is this

Maxim need to improve the system. My first experience is not that good. The pin and timing of arrival plus waiting is not match in real time. Technical error and the passenger have to pay more than usual price. It is not fair for the passenger. Please check your system properly. Thanks

Update: May 11, 2022 Maxim Website always crashes. Still cant search our store, we always end up trying to find it in the map. Please fix. I've sent my feedbacks about this, still no change. Let your drivers bring their insulated bags or provide them. Let them drive and transport the items with ease. It's important to us to receive positive feedbacks regarding the transportation of the item/s in very good condition.

it is funny to put the bid system there.if u said this is the cheapest e-hailing service, it is not. I've tried compare the fare between the other and this. yes at first it is said maxim is cheaper but the driver dont want to pick us up althogh there are near. and after we press the bid, the price is same as the other app. and then the driver accept. Like what? dont claimed as the cheapest if still want to do the bid system. It is like a scam to the customer. Always happen.

Absolutely horrible service. Uncomfortable paying ways. I tried ordering taxis like 5 times in last two months but cars never come, it just says "looking for driver" and then tells me to stop searching. Might as well delete it, waste of time

as a first-timer using the app, i found the service was excellent. i've made booking in advance and the vehicle arrived early, which was good. the app however still needs development here and there. Still too "plain" and slightly confusing for me.

I had booked ride twice and both time i have to cancel my ride because they are taking long time in searching drivers. Whereas on rapido driver reached me in 1 min. Price for both app is almost same after applying coupons. Moreover mcash is not of much use.

Good price, but why you use an outdated maps??? also,why the route suddenly change in the middle of the ride?. I do a recheck of the route a few times beforehand, but suddenly in the middle of the rides it take turns to somewhere that nowhere close to the destination. Please fix that.

This is my 1st time to use Maxim.. I am well pleased with the service and definitely helpful for urgent and emergency situations.

👎👎👎 I really like using this e-hailing service before as i never encountered any problem.. But yesterday this app not functioning well..so bad👎👎.. It took so long to find a driver and when the driver did found, he chat me to ask whether i'm still around but i can't even replied to him... I feel really bad that i need to cancel order but this app crashed a lot and not responding!! Wasting my time and the driver's time as well !!i really feel sorry for the driver.. Pls fix this ASAP

This is an extremely unreliable app. Poor interface, slow response. Keeps asking to fill in details over and over again. Extra payment had to be made in cash and i ended up double paying

I really love the lorry / truck option,very useful for transporting big items that cannot fit in my own car ; fast and cheap, just that sometimes they don't assign 4x4 car in the first request ( axia / saga sometimes got assigned even though I choose lorry option ) ,so need to cancel and request again multiple times until I get 4x4 vehicle. Hope your team can fix this in future

This app is ridiculous! I am extremely upset with my experience just now. The driver is so far away from me yet the apps shows that he has arrived when he's almost 10 mins away WTH? trying to charge customer more or what? definitely not using it anymore. please, the drivers also are rude and ignored my cancellation request when they are obviously still far away!

I am from nagpur few words are mentioned regarding today very bad experiences is maxim auto booking. For the first time I wanted to book an auto through your maxim auto drive, I had a very emergency, so I downloaded the apps given by you and wanted to book it, then I have not got any response in it, it is very poor service of your maxim. My family members.

Slow service👎 not a single maxim driver sincerely wants to send and pick up passengers. most want more payment. after that, they don’t want to pick up passengers when the road is congested and in the evening. very embarrassing service. hopefully everyone doesn’t use maxim’s services anymore. I think the grab service is better. please remove maxim immediately

Slow response sometimes. You have to book at least 30 mins before you want to 'pabili.' it recommends you to give tip to speed up. Still slow. Sadly this app is only good if you are ordering alone or not in a hurry.

This apps is very2 teribble in many ways.. u dont have any idea how i experienced in this app. i never given any bad rating in other app.. but this.. this teribble. Login always failed and never send any message for authentication when login, even im in good internet connection.. but this app cannot function.. in the end, im always appologizes to driver who came who i did not know supposed to come... it happen me twice u know.. please your team review and upgrade this app again and again.
