I use to love this app, but after the change it is truly awful. It will not let me enter any scratch offs. Then I got a message that I have been locked out for 24hrs for wrong entries & if I continue to put in wrong entries, I will get lock out of the sitr permanently. Before you got points for every ticket entered, now you have to build up a certain dollar amount before you can spin a wheel fot points. This app needs to go back to the way it was. This new thing they have going was a really really bad idea.

Use to work! It was always a little temperamental but I've tried scanning in a handful of tickets and it would not accept them. however it did scan when I wanted to check them, so I know it's not my camera. Please fix it! Also, it would be nice to just be able to scan with out clicking the scan button every time.

i am comparing to past versions. just ignoring the point system ( which is worse ). continues to have issue taking q code from scratch offs. scanning in tickets takes more than double the time do to how the app is set up. while ignoring the points itself, you need more points which means more time needed on this. i can only say rewards works as in getting items but everything else basically got worse.

I don't like the new update because now it's harder to get points. The old app gave points every time we scanned a ticket. Now you have to enter $50/$100 worth before we spin a wheel to get less points than we would with the old app. It's time consuming and a slap in the face to the people who play lottery. Definitely hate the update. Keno tickets used to be like 100 points or more, but now they're much less. The update is just dumb.

The last update was trash. Once you hit 5k draw points (which you gain about 7x faster than prize points) it nullifies your next $100 in tickets; the prize wheel still lands on draw once the limit is met and your tickets are worthless. We enter losing tickets now just to get points for more losing tickets. Thanks guys! Super awesome rewards program.

My app is not working. It worked perfectly until a the new update. Not only is the new app full of bugs and glitches, you accumulate far less points than you did before and the points are split between draw point and points for prizes. So you wind up with less points.....

This is the most repugnant thing the lottery has ever done. That's saying quite a bit. It is now mathematically impossible to accumulate sufficient rewards points because there are now monetary limits on what you can submit, regardless of how many tickets you've purchased. After a month of playing keno I'm only able to enter a handful of tickets because I've reached my arbitrary "keno points limit". Ridiculous. Whoever redesigned the rewards program should be fired for demonstrating such disdain for your customer base.

they call there self doing a update to the app but it's the same way but it just slow you down on getting prize points. this app needs a serious update. It's just not worth putting tickets in for crappy prizes. And fix the scan button, how come some tickets scan but others don't. The app would be better if they would have left it alone and just fix the scan button.

I am NOT feeling the new update at all. I scanned $400 worth of tickets and only got 55 prize points & about 300 draw points. You can keep the draw points. I feel like it's not even worth the time or effort to do this anymore. It has been over 2 months & I have yet to reach 5000 points. I plan on spending my remaining points & uninstalling. PLEASE change back to the old point system!!

Absolute garbage. You don't get to accrue as many points as you dyd before the update. Sometimes the app doesnt allow you to spin the wheel to get points. The version before was way better and more user friendly with no issues.

You had a fairly decent app until the latest update. The enter 10 tickets and spin for points is time consuming and frustrating. It stops adding points after awhile and won't reset. Please fix it or return it to the previous version. Thx

I love that I don't have to type on every single number just to enter a ticket for points. I've got so many free items. I've got a gym bag, cooler on wheels, a bunch of hats etc..... my favorite thing about losing tickets is points. LOVE IT! A+++++ 5*****🤑

this app constantly fails. also you have to hit links in order to do drawings to use points draw or otherwise. is annoying I love the fat that there's 2nd chance tickets and all but come on. a billion dollar industry you would thinkwould have the best app out.

The app prior to November 2018 was perfect. The new app is a slap in the face to customers and a waste of time. App was released before testing. Too many bugs to list. Reward program revamped to benefit the md lottery not the customers. Very dissapointed.

Ever since this new update all it keeps doing is a black screen and coming up as application error. Reported it and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall it. That didn't help and I tried 3 times. Terrible.

it feels needy why do i need three apps to do stuff with scratch offs one the verify if a winner, one for rewards and now because oh god they couldnt fix bugs with the scanner they made a whole new app just for scanning or i have to enter stuff manually. you guys need to get your stuff together

Initially, the app worked last week. Now I can't get it to open or enter any tickets. I receive an error message. Uninstalling then reinstalling has failed also. Still receiving error message😞

Worked fine for years now I get an error page..cant access my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled still doing the same. Emailed the developer, hopefully I'll get a answer. Sometime the page comes up black.

It is no longer fun put in your tickets the system. Why did they mess with the old app that was working fine and give the right amount of points. This problem really Knees to be fix is taken away from fun in something relaxing to do.

This is stupid. Does anybody know where I'm supposed to input my tickets at. I've done deleted and reinstalled the app and it is still not working every time I go to scan it ticket it just shuts down with error codes. That's if it even opens at all before I get a error code. Can somebody tell me where I can input these manually please so I can at least try to get some points with these hundred dollars or more worth of tickets I have here. How do you have an app and it doesn't work

Since then you update, nothing works on this app. Entering tickets takes longer, many errors. Colors are awful and hard to read. Neither this app or the regular MD Lottery app will check tickets for winners. More errors. Worthless. Deleting them both.

I can't log in ! After the I'm not a robot part it takes me right back to the log in screen . I emailed them but they said their servers was fine :( Clearly I know what a bus looks like but apparently I don't .. First time I've ever had a problem that lasted 2 weeks with this app

HORRIBLE new update. Hard to understand. You don't get as many points ad before. C'mon .5 pts for a 50 cent ticket. Cheap. Go back to the old one soon please. Thank God we got our laptop before the change. On the old system you could subtract the 5,000 pts easily and it changed everyday. Now it still says the same amount I need for the past 3 weeks.Please change it back

Tried several times to get this app to work and it doesn't. Won't open fully, stops loading and none of the menu options load at all. Total waste of time and data

Couldn't go anywhere after login. Just kept taking me to the same screen and I'd click a button and it would restart the app back to login page. Password was correct and just to be sure I even reset it.
