I give it a 4.6. The tabular lists are free and work well with no adds! The indexes are 3.99. not too bad at all.

One of the best app so far for coding as it includes the index. Minus 1 star for not being available offline. Please make it available offline.

I wish it would let us do CPT codes.
App does not work, so I canceled the subscription immediately and then I was STILL charged (TWICE) for the Subscription that I canceled within minutes of signing up for! Can't find a customer service contact either.
