Terrible customer service. Tried multiple times to have someone contact me regarding questions for use of app. Not one single phone call. Tried messaging, each person had no clue and didn't answer question. Would not recommend. Update: after receiving a response, and getting a contact number with instructions to leave a"note", I did so. Still waiting 3 days after I left the message.

Updated 4.2022: App is easy to navigate and use but now I've stopped receiving push notifications for messages coming through. I've cleared cache and cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I've contacted support directly and they only tell me to do what I've already done. Plz work on a fix so I can get back to getting work offers and responding in a timely manner!

Okay but some difficulties. The app itself runs okay, with a few glitches here & there. My biggest frustration is in actually performing photo audits. What I see as I take the photo is apparently not what is delivered, and several kind people in customer service have had no idea how to help. Everyone I speak with is nice, but try to send me resources I've already told them I've read, and can't see what I see (to attempt actual troubleshooting). It's frustrating since most use this.

I did one day of work to see how the payment goes and weather I would get paid for all my work. The app says all my work and pay was approved but I can't request the payment because I'm not enrolled in open force 🙃 but every time I hit the enrollment button nothing happens!!! So I'm waiting for some one from the app to help me fix that. If I can get it to work and receive my payment I will be updating my review.

Great way to make extra money. App is stable the processes easy, the staff is very supportive and instant response during projects is a reality. Be aware that the payment policy is very restrictive. Do not count on the pay until it's actually in your bank. The pay dates seem set in stone but you cannot depend upon that. This is an extra money opportunity only, not a regular bill paying gig. Update 4/22 Two years later I am still working this gig, this is legit and real.

Customer service reps are very nice and well versed in reciting the script when offering an assignment. Then all communication ceases. Sadly, this results in frustration and confusion for those of us in the field. I've called, texted and emailed for help in store and after the job is completed. No response to my questions, just another job offer. Why accept the next offer if there's no assistance going forward? Please make changes.

My only issue is communication... to be precise trying to call the customer service number you need an extension to get to a worker or get sent to the "main desk"... No one ever answers, it's always voice-mail. If an extension is needed to talk to a representative directly why is it not given or displayed in the app? It's quite tedious waiting for a phone call when you know all you needed was a 3digit extension number. If there's improvement on that front then 5stars

It pays, but audits take longer than expected. I think if you could add the option to only see projects that are within a close distance. I don't want to sift through projects only to see that they are 45 or 87 miles away. The lists are long, so I think adding this option would help. I have other, similar apps, and they are arranged this way so I tend to use them more because of the easier layout.

The possibility to make money and i mean good money is very real and it is entirely up to your drive and availibility and for all other purposes you need access to a car. The staff takes pretty to respond to you should you need help at a store or just quickly usually by the end of their day or by next day but they will help. It does take longer to do a project than the project calls for aswell but you can still make money

They pay out for about half the jobs you do, charge you to take your money out, then turns out they paid you WAY less than the originally said, and once again, that's when they actually do pay you. I don't understand how they haven't gone under like Jyve and all the other fly by night scammers. Also the app doesn't work well, so you end up spending twice as long as they estimate it should. Edit: I did, you don't respond to any messages, You have ripped me off for nearly $100

This was an actual job route. It was for 350$ 24 hours of work needing to be done in two days driving 90 miles having to print 35$ worth of flyers which they don't remburse for then keep going back to redo things because they don't specify the extras they need so that's additional driving and time then demoted to a half star because you don't want to do the additional stores that require more and to boot they blame you because you knew about the printing oh and they don't have protection for new

I've been working with survey. com for just about a week and been work overnight restock The work is not hard,I have a over a hour drive,the pay is worth it,I really like there commutation is 4 star. Haven't good pay as of yet.alot of pictures taking.. I want to thank survey. com,for employment.

They are always nice and understanding. There's always assignments for me to complete. Work seems to always be available and pay is great! I can work as much or as little as I want! So glad I found survey.

Great app. Work when you want to and where you want based on what's offered in your area. Payments are always on time and hastle free. And if you get offered store resets you can easily make 200-400 a week with this app. 💯 Recommend

The app is fairly simple with a great deal of capabilities, however there does seem to have somewhat of a lag from time to time. Since the latest Android update, messages no longer open to the newest received....you now have to scroll down forever to get to the current message.

I honestly thought this was going to be a scam, but it has turned out quite the opposite! I have made over $400 with little effort. I am so glad that I'm able to supplement my income when I need to. And if you show them that you're available, they will continue to send messages for special projects that pay really well. This is one of the easiest ways I've ever made money! I just want to tell the company THANK YOU for doing exactly what you said you would! 😁

The only app I've ever used that actually pays and has by far the best user support team. Seriously suggest using this app and any issues just call the support number they always help!!! I have no idea how it has a 3.8 rating it should definitely be 4.7 at the least

My experience with this app just keeps getting worse and worse 🙃So now They're not even listing the jobs anymore. They're just selecting who they want to do work and sending them the offer. So itlooks like there are no jobs but there are . This app just went to trash .

Great pay friendly people and when there is a job it's not a hard job so I like that about the company. What I don't like is that there's no phone number to call anybody they schedule you without talking to you about your schedule and after they've scheduled you there's no communication really and if you have a problem with the schedule it takes them a day or two to get back to you and by then the jobs already been messed up about the time. The company could improve their communication.

Not worth it at all. They will have you running all over the store, in there for over an hour and doing all extra stuff for 5 or 10 bucks. Never again

the jobs are awkward, and store employees are often not happy to see you. the pay is insulting, especially for jobs where they expect you to be a literal salesman. the app can be very clunky and it's easy for your work to be rejected. jumping through a bunch of hoops to actually get paid was the last straw, I'm done. awful experience overall.

Wonderful app. Just wish there were more reset jobs available so maybe then they would not fill up as fast but other than that it really could not be a better app. It has helped my financial status tremendously, thanks Survey.
