At first the app was great. After a couple updates, I quit using it. The code scanner is a great feature. After one update, it generated a code after I scanned, but not the code I scanned. After another update, I was logged out and then my password quit working. There were too many hoops to jump through to log back in. After 3 times having to do this, I quit using the app. I see the point of limiting it to 30 coded/month, but I have a backlog of codes to enter bc the app bugged out.

I use this app all the time..I get 4 monthly coupons, collect points, take surveys, and redeem points, all in one place! I have had log in issues, but I just uninstall, then reinstall again, and that seems to fix it. I'm looking forward to the next Marlboro Ranch getaway contest.. hoping to win a trip there someday..it looks amazing!

Code scanner couldnt read a barcode if it slapped it in the face. A very unskilled worked designed it, clearly. The app worked wonderful for a while. Now, after I log in, it will never load. Even left for hours on end. Will never load. Uninstall, reinstall. All my coupons and reward points are forever lost. Not a well designed app.

I can't create a shortcut and half the time I try to login it says my credentials are incorrect. Even though today I was logged in an hour ago it's now saying info is wrong. Only being able to enter 30 a month hardly makes it worth saving and entering them. As far as the rewards, they are very overpriced and many of the items seem odd compared to the selections a few years ago.

The most frustrating app on my entire phone. Doesn't usually open on the first try, lags, camera to capture code works 1 out of 10 times. Overall annoying. Two stars only because the rewards and coupons are useful but this app is so bad I literally tell my friends, "Don't bother with this app if you don't feel like being pissed off." Almost fully convinced they purposely make this app terrible to make you want a cigarette and keep you shmokin The Cigs.

I STILL can't get into this app!! Now I get an email saying my points will expire if I don't login. I can't use the app, it just spins and never loads. I can't use the scan feature on my phone to get my points. I have SOOOO many codes it's not even funny. I save them, just waiting for the app to be fixed! Plus with the limit of 30 codes per month, I will never catch up which is not fair. It's not my fault you guys won't fix your app! This is so frustrating!!!

It's easy to use for the most part the only thing that gets irritating is that the scan feature for the reward codes ends up putting the wrong code in the box when it is used & bout 80% of the time it's got an O at very beginning but rest is right but you still gotta erase the whole thing to fix it. If those issues could be fixed it's be awesome & make it so much easier & faster. Coupons work fine & have never had issue with them or any other features other than the stuff I done mentioned.

I love this app. Only reason only 4 stars is because I redeemed my rewards for the one hand warmer/ portable charger. Once I received it it wouldn't work, contacted customer service they said they'd send another. They did but same thing that one didn't work! Contacted again they sent a third... IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!! So I have up on trying to get another and just lost out on all those points. Other than that I love this app.

Never loads have to reinstall all the time. Can't access settings from the app have to open webpage. Totally inconvenient! Rewards are nice! Points add up fast no delivery or shipping cost for gear purchases with points. Great quality earbuds and other electronics offered. Apple isn't a speaker company, JBL is!!! Good Job with the gear choices.

Used for years and cannot login. Says it is sending a verification email and I don't receive any email. Called customer service twice. Hung up on me after 15 minutes the first time and the second time said it would be fixed in 3 days. Denied they would hang up on me, is like denying the app doesn't have a problem to login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, checked my spam folder, etc.. Next stop BBB.

Same issue that many seem to have, worked great... I built up a lot of points, now I can't log in.. even using my biometrics finger print... It just hangs in the buffering sping circle and will not load or open. I even tried calling the number for contacting them. I got the recording saying the representative was busy and to press # to continue to hold.. it asked that every minute or so.. after 15 times pressing the # to continue holding, I just got fed up and hung up. I still can't log in.

Worked great a LONG time ago. It stopped working for me well over a year ago, and still today, even after updates, it just sits with the loading symbol but never loads. I have tons of points from before, but this just irritates me that it can't be simple. I use fingerprint to log in or a pin, I don't remember my login info to utilize a desktop for it, so basicly I saved up for nothing and might just give up now, it's taken too much of my time trying to deal with it. I don't recommend trying.

Doesn't recognize password! Just accessed profile from browser. Now I remember 'why' I'd uninstalled it previously. Your app seriously sucks. Only installed it again after not being able to access coupons from website. TRULY WORTHLESS. Need to kick the habit anyway!! Thanks for the extra push!!

This app worked fine for the first year I had it or so and lately it will never get past the initial loading screen. I uninstalled and re-installed it twice and nothing made a difference. Please fix this!

The app is a bit temperamental for me. Sometimes it loads fine and other times, it never loads, just has the circle going round and round and.. y'all know what I mean. But could be a problem with my phone service so I will re rate as soon as straight talk replies to my message to them!

Completely useless about 70-80% of the time, app will either never load fully or never recognize that you are standing in the location the coupon is for, more often than not I have to pay full price for my cigarettes even if I do remember to use the app because it won't work anyway.

I love that Marlboro found a way to bring back "Marlboro miles" in a sense. I used to love collecting my miles to see what I could get out of the catalog. When I found out that we could save our codes and go online and order things from Marlboro, I was estatic and signed up right away. The only thing is that there is a 30 pack limit per month and that is not right. We spend a lot of cash on cigarettes each month and we should be able to use unlimited boxes for reward for sticking with Marlboro.

The app will randomly glitch when I try and redeem a coupon at the register and when the timer comes up it will go all blank and not show the barcode so even though I scan my points to redeem the code it will randomly take them away which is crazy. Also a bunch of stores won't accept these coupons because the company doesn't honor them with the stores so be careful with the app ask the cashier if they specifically accept these coupons before you try and use one or you'll look stupid like I did.

Works fine for a couple of times. Then after a handful of uses the app will no longer load using 5G data. Have 2 delete & reinstall app over & over again. This has been going on for years, & it based on reviews a lot of other ppl have same issue, but Marlboro doesnt do anything 2 fix it. If u r not brand loyal & want coupons i advise using another brands app.

Fabolous app the only downfall is sometimes it takes forever to load or doesn't even want to load at all. The prizes are awesome and come through the mail pretty quick. The coupons are great as well 👍

It's an awesome app and helps one earn more points than just from entering the packs. I wish that more packs of cigarettes than just 30 (300 points), could be entered and counted for the rewards that are trying to be earned. I really like that Marlboro® rewards extra points for voting on cleaning up areas. I also like that one can redeem rewards that help to clean liter, etc. up in the community. Also, it was nice to receive extra points as a gift for my birthday.

Better off going to the web page. Not going to keep reinstalling the app because they can't get it to work. It worked great until the update in March, then just the spinning wheel of death.

I would have chosen 0 stars if was possible.. This app used to work to enter my codes but the last 6months it hasn't and I have to go online to enter. Why have an app if you're not going to make it function properly? 3/31/22 update. Uninstaller. Will try reinstall to see if helps

App is trash, it rarely loads anything after signing in, making it impossible to access and use the coupons. App forgets your credentials often and reinstalling it does not always correct any of these issues.

Updated 3/26/22 same thing again. Deleting and re-installing. This gets old. Like everyone else, all I get is the spinning wheel. I'm also deleting the app and will check back for an update in hopes that it is fixed.

I have only positive feedback about the app. It's easy to use and there are some interesting stories. My favorite thing, is the caring for the Land. I Appreciate/Respect Mother Earth, as we ALL should. And I Love Free Stuff!!

Haven't been able to use the app for nearly 3 months- app just circles/freezes and never opens. I have to open through Google. Something is definitely going on bc I used this app a very long time.

I loved this app at first but I have not been able to sign in for 3 months now. Everytime I try it takes me to a page to verify email and when I do, it doesn't even send me an email confirmation. And yes I check my spam. Fix this and I will give it 5 stars!

Great app to use if you smoke Marlboro cigarette. I like how I can point the camera at the code on the inside of the pack of cigarettes and it automatically inputs that code onto my Marlboro account. I also like the fact that it gives me four coupons to use when buying a pack of cigarettes.

Overall it is a good app but the issue is that it consistently crashes and won't load. So I have had to Uninstall and reinstall at least 3x to get it to work.
