Midnight Castle: Hidden Object

got to level 24 and nothing I do seems to advance the game. Tasks are completed but score does not improve and am not able to craft items. Have uninstalled once before hoping to start from scratch but still comes up with my profile and score rather than a new start.

Yes, I'm having the same loop problem and I'm sick of it. I play this game everyday and I luv it so plz fix this ! I only give one star right now too and we should be able to sign into Google or Facebook on any device and be able to pick up where we last saved our progress, it's not right especially when we put a good amount of money playing game. It's awesome when it plays without freezing up, etc. Please make that small but very important change, me & my friends will delete it if not fixed

This is one of my favorite games. I love the adventures and how each season is displayed. Can't wait to be able to sync my progress on my Android phone to match my laptop, currently cannot save progress to Facebook.

The graphics are awesome! It's cool having multiple characters to interact with and I've been playing for years until my laptop my laptop croaked!, then something amazing happened one day, my twin boys bought me a nice tablet, I saw the game again and downloaded it, and I have to learn how to not get lost in the game, coz I have a real job! Luckily I'm off for 2 days

I love this game, find it addictive and a wind down when I finish a shift at work! Recently when I had issues and lost everything, the support team were superb 👍😀

Horrible. No Facebook login. Says I need admin approval. But when I go to Support and fill in a request, tells me I need to put in my name and email address, which I already had. Don't need this kind of bad behavior, Big Fish.

Thoroughly enjoying the game. Tasks hard but not impossible! Graphics are brilliant.

What a boring annoying game...boring,takes to long,confusing and all you do is tap your screen to find items which you can't see....bad bad....stay away

I love this game... HOWEVER earning enough coins through HOS becomes increasingly more difficult. It would be nice if previous event rooms could be kept open, that way players could earn more coins as well as items needed to create past event pets.

I truly enjoy this game, but I still cant figure out how to use my inventory help it has been a few months since I started playing I still enjoy it but have no clue what my inventory is. good for. I got my inventory under control. I love this game enough said. I'm still playing takes a lot of time to get enough coins to make a difference. Ditto..

Fantastic game. Never had this much adventure before, many places to explore, I love it.

Great game. Been playing it for years. Only it doesn't transfer all data from one device to another.9/22/20 when I downloaded the new version it tells me I downloaded to a newer version & to install the newer version & when I try to do that, it just takes me back to the same thing. Need to download etc. Also, it does not transfer the data over in its entirety. I'm 77 on the Samsung & 80 on the iPad with a lot more stuff.

The game is continuasly losing my progress. Again today, I was almost done fulfilling the charactors requirements and the next time I go back to the game I have to start over. This sometimes happen a few times before I can complete that level. I like this game and I spend way too much money as it is and won't continue playing if you can't compensate the losses I keep having. This game takes way too much coins then it gives. Very expensive game.

Love the game but got to level 35 and now it won't open and keeps telling me to download. I've done all the trouble shooting recommend by BF but nothing has worked. By reading the other reviews this seems to be a common theme. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall as I don't want to lose my progress. Also. I wish the special events started two to three weeks before leading up to the holiday instead of two days before and then going on after the holiday.

I liked the story, the characters and the settings but too many repetitve tasks transform Midnight Castle in a boring game. And if you want me to spend money on it, make it work properly! What's the point of connecting with Facebook if it doesn't save my progress and I have to do all those stupid tasks all over again? Why should I spend time or money on things that annoy me? I think my sanity is more important. Uninstalled.

Game had numerous bugs. Wants to update on a daily basis but nothing changes. Will not sync with Facebook game. Very irritating. Just downgraded from 2 start to 1. Game has gotten worse. Keeps telling me, "Changes are afoot in the castle and the game has to restart. This now happens 2 or 3 times in one day. I'm retired so I sit and play the easier games. Will stick with Criminal Case games.

Poke around for hours trying to figure out what the goal is. What's the difference between a crystal ball and lightening and hint? You have to collect all the pieces of the goal to put together in order to advance. I've been playing for 3 days and have yet to see the story go forward. The SAME puzzles in different modes. Then you have to pay for gems in order to NOT have to do puzzles to get pieces. "Help" is under "Options", no link to a guide. Boring.

Started this game when it first came out on another iPad, and now it's stuck and won't download previous upgrade ( before Christmas). Now they did another upgrade and it is still stuck. So I started another game on another iPad and it wont give me the items I click on for like a minute and a half on each and every item. It's bad enough I had to start over since I was in the fourth land on the map. I am so fed up.

enjoyable games frustrating at times but that adds to it. there's great social media group for help & support as well. I just wish that there were more consistent update and new levels as I get to the end and have to wait 3-6 months for the next update that is generally only 2 levels so it gets a bit boring not being able to do any challenges

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME TONIGHT? SAYS NO INTERNET CONNECTION.... A COMPLETELY WRONG STATEMENT. GET IT SORTED. Love this game but have marked it down as it has started stopping & saying 'unable to connect to server'. I have checked all settings & the internet connection is A OK. Wish it would stop this & let me get on with the game. I also think that the rewards on completion of each task should be more. How can it be right that the rewards are the same at level 35 & 10.

Great game with a few frustrations. The most recent came after an update to fix a few 'bugs' set my progress back. I am too tired to repeat this tonight. Shutting down and hoping for a better experience tomorrow. ** Radical idea: have a 'save' button so players can save their progress instead of losing it

I've played and enjoyed this game on and off for several years. I recently started playing it again and was loving it. I made it up to Level 31, and started investing my own money, and lots of it, to purchase large sums of coins and diamonds. Then the game started to lock up and shut itself down. When I'd reenter the app large sums of coins, my money, was gone, and the app had sent me back at least an hour or so behind where I had been. I lost too much money. No more Midnight Castle for me.
