Always glitching. Sometimes randomly doesn't randomly show my passes or schedule and there's no other history of them. The interface for display is terrible - I can only look at one studio and one day at a time. The filter is garbage, I select aerials and it insists there's none when I can see on the studio page that there are. Just overall unreliable and annoying to use.

This app makes signing up for Yoga classes an ordeal. It doesn't let you make more than one reservation, so you can't buy a class for yourself and a friend. It defaults to paying for passes instead of the drop-in rate. It didn't like my credit card information and the process for saving the credit card information is unnecessarily difficult too. Why can't I key in digits for an expiration date instead of swiping through two virtual "wheels" to arrive at the correct month and year? Awful!

Great organization; atrocious performance The apps ability to show a variety of classes from a large amount of different type of studios is amazing. However, using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the app freezes when I try to log in through email. When I try to try to create an account/sign in using Google, no matter how many time I try, it does not register the account.

For some reason this app didn't work for me. A friend wanted to book a class with me, I downloaded, made an acc, added credit info, booked a class. never got a single email confirmation about any of it, called the studio, they confirmed they didn't get it, nor my account info, and now it won't let me book. To the developers, I have emailed screenshots of the error message I get.

Any time I want to book an appointment for both myself AND my partner the app won't let me book them both at the same time. I have to purchase one, then the other. This results in what appears to be a double-charge to my card and my bank refuses the second charge. Had to add an entirely DIFFERENT CARD in order to book one yoga class for the two of us. Please fix and I'll give the app 4 stars. Google Pixel 4

The only thing more buggy than this app is its browser based interface. This is true of both the studios I access with MindBody, and administrators at both studios bemoan the perpetual lack of reliable functionality. It's a disgrace this app is so widely used given how terrible it is.

WARNING: App will recommend introductory offers but does not specify when there is an expiration date to use the class passes. And MindBody will not provide refunds (full or partial) because they are only an intermediary between you and the business providing the class. Otherwise it's a good app. But that's a pretty inexcusable design flaw that is effectively false advertising.

I used to be able to schedule my appts for my freeze & squeeze, but as of the last few months I can't do it nor can a lot of other clients. And yes, I did Uninstall and reinstall and still no luck. I reported it to Mindbody and they pointed the finger at the company. Apparently a lot of ppl using this app have the same complaint. It's your app MB fix it.

I love how the studio I use has their set up! Makes signing up for classes so easy and I can easily add my classes to my calendar! Haven't had any issues with ads. Been using this app for years now!

Could be great. But distance units don't update when selecting kms, and you can't sort search results to show closest first. Specifying to only show businesses less than 50km away does not work. I'm still seeing businesses 10,000mi from me. It's all pretty annoying but should be simple and straightforward.

This app was working well until recently. Now I find that I cannot book a class either without waiting for some time - 30 mins plus? or even at all on occasion. The venue concerned says there is nothing they can do - it is a fault with the app. What does appear to be happening is that the app does work for those customers who are booking on an iPhone but not for those using an Android like a Samsung Smartphone. This is a bug that needs fixing. I uninstalled/reinstalled but no improvement.

The app is convenient but they charge an additional 3% of your purchase to 'improve the app'. I just paid an extra $5 for what? The app glitches all the time and the search feature hardly ever works.

Up until a recently the app worked fine. Now the home screen shows nothing but solid orange. I have to use search to find my gym each time in order to get to where I can sign up for a class. I have re-installed the app several times but no change. It is a hassle, ridiculous and really frustratingly disappointing.

This app has some good features, but is temperamental. At the moment, I am unable to book in to any classes, which means I am not able to make the most of my club membership. Really disappointing.

Love it, makes signing up for yoga class A breeze. I like that I can see all my favorite yoga studios with one click with the times lined out sequentially regardless of studio, and see what time works best for me. Also love that I can see how many people are signed up and how many spots are left.

Cant even book multiple appointments at once, you have to manually go back and do it each time and it takes forever. This long, tedious process messed up my appointment scheduling when I tried to book appointments ahead of time and caused me a lot of trouble.

Glitchy especially when using links provided by studios sent to you in emails. Have never been able to utilize any of the video classes I signed up for. I click on the link sent to me an email and sign in and nothing happens. No support options available. Developers should provide standard text to their customers to use on their websites for accessing video content on Mindbody

Typically I don't rate apps, however this is the worst app I have ever used. The app freezes my entire operating system requiring me to hard reboot my phone. This has happened during 5 different attempts. Prior to the freezes occurring, the app was somewhat "usable" however the interface was not user-friendly at all.

Stupid app thinking it's simplifying my life when it does the opposite. I just want to go to my yoga studio and take a class, but no, I have to F around with this stupid app that doesn't even work right. It took me forever to get situated with it. Then it had been unresponsive for hours to the studio so they couldn't even sign me up for class! Because the damn waiver is there, I couldn't take the class.

Usually a great app but recently the app will not allow me to look up classes slot time or days. Keeps refreshing me onto the main page

Any time I try to log in using my email the app completely freezes crashing my whole phone and I have to force a reset.

Sometimes, this app just opens without me doing anything and switches to be the main app I am interacting with! It is frustrating. It shouldn't have that permission when I only allowed it to add events in my calendar!!!!

For some reason I am unable to book my classes anymore? I hadn't used the app for around a year, so I deleted and reinstalled it and still found it to be the same. Unable to book classes . Frustrating

Terrible app. Can hardly ever open is without an error displaying that the app is "having trouble". Wish I could use it for the intended purpose.

Something has happened with the last update and now I can't book any classes! It doesn't even take me to the class schedule, just the ones that I have managed to book when I was there face-to-face. Whatever you did ... undo it!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!

I can no longer book my classes through the app? Not sure if it is a bug with the latest android update? Please fix asap, classes are filling in and I'm missing out!

A five star when it works. Worked great in the beginning. Now having major issues. Opens and nothing happens. Have reinstalled several times. Have to open from Google store and then it is hit and miss. Shouldn't take ten plus minutes to schedule one class.

I wish there's alternative. Semantic search doesn't work. Search for a type of class is so hard. And very often it recommend courses 1000 miles away. From how the app works you can imagine an arrogant team who ignores their bugs and no longer want to improve because they already got the market.
