Struggling with anxiety? Tired of missing out? There are things you can do to stop anxiety and fear from controlling your life. MindShift is an app designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety. It can help you change how you think about anxiety. Rather than trying to avoid anxiety, you can make an important shift and face it.

MindShift will help you learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and identify active steps that will help you take charge of your anxiety. This app includes strategies to deal with everyday anxiety, as well as specific tools to tackle:

Been using this app for a long time, great app, very cool voice to help you relax, you have a quick calm breathing exercise, then other longer ones. Also a great mental guide along the beach to relax you. Plus other helpful tips , and ways to keep up with your progress. I highly recommend this.

very intuitive, very gentle. its easy to get overwhelmed by the process of CBT and this app makes it so easy. One thing though: the app keeps crashing every time i upvote a post in the community. hope that gets fixed!

I found this app when I was looking for grounding techniques and was immediately impressed. The UI is thoughtful and just the fact that it's free is a huge weight off the shoulders. I highly recommend this app, it's one of the best of its kind.

Great app & excellent tools, plus it doesn't ask for unnecessary access to everything on my phone, bonus! Some parts could be construed as simplistic & I can see how the explanations might sound patronising but the beauty of this is that it's simple. It isn't trying to be so involved that it becomes overwhelming in times of difficulty. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they need to rethink the call option, the numbers are for Canada/US only. Plus it'd be better if you could add personal no's.

Data and Tips what more could you want? It helped me look at my anxiety objectively and make a decision to get help. It is useful and helpful. I have many issues so the ability to be completely honest with your answers is helpful for someone who may feel judged if you tell others. It's got the ability to share info, but that's completely optional. I've been using it for a little bit but seeing things as data helps me make better decisions. I love the app.

I have skills in ACT, DBT, & CBT. I needed to just brush up on CBT as my Derealization (high anxiety) started popping up more often. Ummm, this app gets an A++

I really wanted to like this app as my therapist spoke highly about it and I do enjoy the available meditation audio but tbh there's a lot of 'stuff' in the app yet it's missing a complete 'thoughts diary'. It needs quicker access to coping cards and a better goal setting structure that's clearer... with dates, a large goal full of custom smaller goals to manage it. And kill the goal scheduling, it actually sets up failure.

this app is very helpful. It includes meditations, journal entries, goals, challenges, and cbt exercises. So far my only complaint is that the text boxes limit you to 120 characters. Even when being succinct this is a challenge and i can rarely complete my thought. This is probably to prevent people from using the app to further ruminate, but they've taken it a bit far.

First off, really digging everything is free. Means a lot to me personally. My only suggestion so far is to implement a dark theme, sometimes after anxiety, I am sensitive to light backgrounds on dark texts. I'm sure others can say the same. Otherwise, I'll keep experimenting with this app awhile and really feel it. Will update review when necessary. :)

It's funny that an app designed for anxiety can drive you crazy due to bugs. The app signed me out, then I tried all passwords possible, no response. The "reset password" doesn't work at all, sometimes it doesn't send you any email. When it sends, it says you have an invalid token. Really disappointed with this app.

Awesome free app. Calming meditations, though I wish they were longer. I really appreciate the check in feature, helpful to keep a log and write down what is causing anxiety, helps to identify it. Wish the summary went back father than two weeks to keep a look on longer progress. Great information on types of anxiety and that too do about them. An excellent resource!

Used the app once before. Been feeling super anxious and depressed lately so I decided I should use the app again. I can't sign in to my account that I created when I first used the app. It keeps saying that my email Address is invalid. I used this address to make an account already so how could it be invalid? It's a working email address that can receive emails perfectly fine. If anything this app has just made me more anxious and stressed. Just another thing in my life that doesn't work out.

Really appreciate this app. The colour palette is soothing, the simple interface is frustration-free and the information and exercises are easy to follow and learn from. If this app allowed you to schedule a notification to get specific Coping Cards when you know you've got an anxiety-inducing event scheduled in your calendar, it would be like a little positive reinforcement and would make this app perfect.

My anxiety is under control. I want to keep it that way. This app is very convenient. Fantastic for identifying how I am feeling. The journal and the breaking down of goals into steps and identifying which steps are easiest and hardest are all very useful.

My doctor recommended this app and I've found it very useful! Calming and user friendly interface. My favourite element of it is the "Chill Zone" section which has short audio that leads you through grounding activities. The only improvement I could suggest is more audio, and more CBT based activities - perhaps also activities geared towards depression such as a gratitude journal.

It seems my personal entries in custom cards disappeared after an update, but the error generated resolved itself eventually. Overall, I recommend the app. As a feature request, it would be nice to be able to write more or longer card entries.
