Mobile Legends: Bang bang

It keeps freezing, especially in magic chess. I've completed the resources and even cleared my storage. I love the game but this freezing really annoys me. Hope the devs fix asap. Thank you. EDIT: I've discovered the solution and it is to update the game through playstore. I don't know why it shows "resource complete" when it still have an update availabe in playstore, but nonetheless it's problem solved.

Error on opening the file, I almost gonna start my game, but that thing happened. Then you're going to say I'm AFK. Be considerate mooton. It's the fault of your app. How many times I tried to open it again and again, because I want to play, I don't want to lost credit score. The loading time and repeated error on opening the app wasting my time 🤦. You should gave us consideration, or fixed your app. I love mobile legends. but this thing, nope. It's lossing gamers appetite on the game.

Mhm, the game is amazing but can be boring in some ways. Don't worry, it's still fun though but as a Mobile player, I have a common issue which it happened to a lot of Mobile players that played this game. And that's the unnecessary screen freeze / laggy problem. My phone works just fine. I hope you can try to fix it. It just happened suddenly sometimes.

This was the perfect game. But it still needs to be fixed. First is when I play ranked or classic, the enemy is like higher than my rank and that makes the game unfair! And defeated easily. Second is when I claim a prize from an event, most of it's just give me magic dust and tickets and the only way to get skins,here,etc is to spend diamonds and I don't have any so it makes me sad. Third is I can't understand the in-game chats, it's just (****) or something like that. I hope It gets fix.

I just updated the game and I can't seem to log in/sign up/enter.. whatever you call it, it just stays on the pictures of heroes and keeps loading but never seem to go further than that... I've been playing this game for more than 3 years and this same problem occured a few times before. This is the first time I'm complaining about it. And also about the mismatches on battles where players seem to face more experienced players. These are just 2 of the problems I've encountered within this game.

Game is stuck on the event page and will not load after the update. I have tried everything but my game won't let me past the event ad to the home screen. Update: the issue was never fixed and it's been awhile, customer support couldn't find a solution even after I contacted them multiple times and I have had to just delete the game as I am unable to play.

Great game,it doesn't take much space, easy to play good graphics but it has one problem: you can't pause or leave the mach. I understand not being able to pause it. Perfectly normal but the fact that you can't leave is just toxic, especially when you shame the player by sending notifications to all the other players that they did it. I once had to exit the game to call an ambulance for someone and it took all my Mach progress. Please at least don't shame on people, some may have social anxiety

Hope all of the staffs notice this. There's a loading before the game starts, and it's fast. Why, if I am reconnecting to the game, it's very slow. Is it right that the reconnecting is more fast than loading before starts the game. Waste of time to reconnect coz' it takes 3-5mins before you enter. If you accidentally quit the app of ML and you're in the middle of the game. Just don't waste your time to reconn. It will lead you to uninstall the app. Hope you guys fix this so annoying.

excellent game and cool displays but I gotta admit, the game is getting kinda boring itself. even if they keep adding updates to the game which really do kill storage, you can only play with the same thing. sure they add some mini games but those are only active for limited amount of time, which means when it's gone players will have to go back to the classic style.

Ive been playing the game since 2019 or 2018.. As i remember Masha was new or Lylia. I love the game and the characters are nice. Though the prices r quite high...But the experience is nice. Perfect for passing the time. Its just that most players are quite toxic which ruins the experience if you are someone who just wants to past the time and have fun. Thats the only downfall but all in all good.

I like the game. The problem is with the recent updates. I was so hyped when I was informed that a new map will come out- Sanctum Island. My phone is very capable as it can run games like Genshin Impact at max settings. Yet, when the new map came out and I set my graphics to ultra, there were inconsistencies in the resources. The map looked like it was for smooth or medium graphics. The problem ain't my phone, I know. Tried reinstalling too.

I love it, it's so fun but recently the game keeps freezing, it says the game has a bug. It mostly happens when the game is about to start and everyone else loads, while I stay at 8/2%. I have to reload the app multiple times until I can join again. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't and the one playing in the match is a bot. It's very irritating and hopefully it will be fixed soon. Though until then, I'll still be playing Mobile Legends while ofc having to refresh it most of the time.

The game is good, its awesome to play but there are problems when you enter the game , sometimes you can't enter the battle no matter how many times you tap it. Another one is the connection problem when i check my signal its 4G but when playing it is like a christmas light turning green.yellow and red. It causes me to lose in the game. I hope there's something you can do about it. Please work more on connectivity optimization.😊

This game is addicting and challenging. It's great for play with friends & making new in-game friends. I love that there's a design team constantly updating it, adding new heroes & stories & fixing bugs. They send you surveys and ask for your help designing the next part. There are also events. I'd love to see them fix the matchmaking system in classic and ranked mode since it's unfair and unbalanced. You lose star$ because of bad pairing. Please fix the falsly reporting eachother too.

I cant play anymore!!!!! Updated the app still not working. Clear cache unistall install. Everything! When it load, it suddenly freeze in the middle of the game / in the middle of loading the game and even after opening the app - and then all my credit score are gone!!! Very frustrating, tried to escalate thru email and all no one can resolved the issue.

I didn't want your app, it's so much useless! Even how many update do you make, there was a problem that never solve, 2problems you didn't know 1: While I playing/clashing, it lags, while we have strong wifi, more space of storage/RAM but it lags forever 2: this is the most unsolved problem While I playing classic/rank, I suddenly know that my all teams are AI and the enemy are so hard, I want normal, not a Hard mode, please remove hard enemies in the game, that only 2 problems you have to solve

The new update has three major issues, the first one being the game get frozen in the middle of the game, the second one, the game gets restarted to the beginning/ to the Moonton splash screen, and the third one, the game got a black screen, no sound no movements, just blank, please fix this issues immediately, I have 110 Credit Score and get straight down to 70 because the game gets these three issues and I counted as AFK.

The amount of pain this game caused is unbelievable. I thought it would only be on my old phone where I would get stuck at loading screen and no matter what I do, it wouldn't work. Even clearing the game wouldn't work. Now with a new phone, I encountered this same bug and nothing could be done with it. Edit: 2 hours after download, I was able to play and enter ML. I played vs. AI for two games before I stopped playing. An hour later, I entered again and I couldn't even get past loading screen.

Although, this is a very good game, but 2 problems, when i downloaded a few months in 2022, i downloaded a voiceover pack, it worked until i reseted cuz no more storage, once i downloaded again, IT DID NOT work all i hear is English, and the other problem is, that the game has so much resources that i do not have enough storage. Just wanna say, fix the voice thingy.

I played this game since August 2019, in the beginning it was all good and I was at low graphics and changed it to high and there were no lags or frame loss, but last year it all started to change it losses frames and crashes when a big event is happening and after an event it is still crashing and losing frames even if I was at the lowest graphics. Now I contacted a GM and asking how to fix this problem it gave me steps on how to fix it but nothing worked:( .

I love the game and play it quite frequently. However, seems like lately the app crashes a lot especially in the loading screen when it freezes and I have to turn it off then back on numerous times until it lets me back in the game. My credit score in the game dropped down drastically due to me getting random red pings in the middle of the game which I try to relog back in but it won't even allow me as it keep disconnecting me until the match ends, resulting with my team losing and I get penalty

As of last updates,there is some technical issues that'll wasn't fixed yet. When i'm in the game it get a higher fps it totally stopped and freeze. When the game is over then I click the return,it keeps loading and loading. Is not because of my internet connection but because of a technical problem. Please creator fix this problem and show as a good moba game. That's all thank you. I hope you fix it in time.

Been playing for 4 years already and the game has improved a lot from being a copycat to a unique game! The controls are easy, the heroes are balanced, and lots of skins! There is a problem with the game that I have experienced for a long time alr, I get random ping spikes even If I have a stable connection. Before the project next 2 was released, my MS was stable around (6-12ms) unlike rn which is around (16-282ms). The ML Devs should focus more on Connectivity Optimizations. Thanks! 🔥

I will uninstall the game because since yesterday it has been lagging and unresponsive. I have to close the app and launch again three times before I can even play. Sometimes I can't pick a hero because the app hangs and I have to restart it. Even magic chess is hangs in the middle of the game and it is difficult to win because time is crucial in magic chess. I am sure it is not the internet connection because I am using fiber and my mobile data is on in the background in case the wifi fails.

Big request. Can you add a SLEEP MODE? This helps the players (especially the ones who 'fell' asleep), saves their phone from draining the battery. This is also for the ones who went AFK or left their phone on the Home Screen of their Mobile Legends app. Make an interval around 15-20 minutes before the phone locks. We can't wake up a player who's deeply asleep but we can help save their phone instead, of course, the penalty of being an AFK is still there. Thank you. Play moderately people!
