It is almost good... Please add fingerprint authentication as an alternative to pin authorization where applicable.. As entering pin every time is tiresome. Not saying it should be permanent.. like an individual should be required to register for the fingerprint authentication every 30-45 days or so.
Works fine, though it seems to cycle at 15 sec past the minute rather than on the minute. When generating a code is case of seeing how much time of the minute is left before seeing to use the code.
This is one of the worst authentication app ever had.. App crashes most of the time.. Even if your app is up-to date updated.
Edit: after update app is working correctly. Original 1star review: After opening it instead of giving a pop-up requesting a authetication through fingerprint it crashes. Uninstalling and installing the app seems to resolve the issue for a few days until it returns. Due to company policy I do not have access to email without this 2FA so the only way to do this for me is by visiting the office making remote working impossible for me.
Very simple to use application. Like the fact that it locks up the UI and asks for authentication

Generally does the job, no issues with authentication so far. However I had login via fingerprint enabled, which seems to use the fingerprints already stored on the device for unlocking, then added more fingerprints for unlocking. MobilePass now insists I've added new fingerprints each time it's opened and will only accept a login via pin. Would be 4 stars if not for this issue.
Great app for authentication. Been using the app for greater then 5 years now and have never had issues with it. Rock solid and easy setup.
Better it could have a call option to get PIN. Call option is usually useful on low/no network situations like duo app
Initial set up little tricky . Because we need to do with web browser not with app

When it works, it works pretty well. The App has crashed on more than one occasion and the only way to restore functionality is to uninstall and then reinstall. That includes setting up the OTP with my IT folks. I've requested help / support from SafeNet but have not received any replies to email.
It is quite possibly the worst authentication view ever. You can't even see your code. You have to copy it and paste it somewhere else just to use it...sounds super secure right?
App is continuously crashing. Even not able to open the app. Previously it was working fine. I am very disappointed.
50/50 chance on whether the phone will show up with a request for the pin. The notification also only sends the unlock about 50% of the time. You still need to open the app.
It's a single use application but it takes longer for me to obtain my passcode than to stare at the splash screen, just throw the logo somewhere that's always visible and don't splash it for us for 3 seconds
works better than the fob but why was it not offered as an option? only found out by seeing a supervisor using it. everyone has a phone stop adding to the gadgets we have to use and carry.
Regular crashes. Our IT department thinks that I am an idiot because of multiple requests to get a new link. I mean, this app is a disgrace.
Most of the times there is no push request to approve that you are waiting for shows up in your phone. And have to enter code manually. Slow working of their auth web site
No updates since September 2020, even though hundreds of people have noted that the biometrics on this application are bugged. No longer works when biometrics and security settings are enabled. The application will open and immediately force close. The only workaround is to remove all credentials and biometrics from my phone... Which means I can no longer log in to any other applications that relied on fingerprints. This application is absolute garbage.

not setup for adjustments of font size, etc. I have an increased font size on my phone. When i go to the app only 3 numbers of the verification code show clearly. The other 3 are on the next line down & only shows the top half of the number.
