Will not let me in to my lottery account. Says webpage is not available or has been moved. Contacted Mo. Lottery about the issue. The last email I received said that they did not know of any problems. Update: Contacted Lottery again. Gave them the exact error message I was getting. They said their techs were not having any issues. Uninstalled.
The only thing to make this a any better would be a scanner for all my losing tickets to add my points up faster and to let me enter more than 5000 a month. I have tickets over a year old I still haven't entered because you limit the number of points a month and it not fair especially if I've spent the money on then there should be no limitations
This is a nice app that has all the games you can play in MO. It would be better if you could enter your tickets in prior to a drawing and then get notified if they are winners. And being able to scan in non-winning tickets would be a lot easier as well. But it's a nice app that syncs up with your online account.
I agree with other reviews- the app is useful for seeing current winning numbers, and little else. A scanner for non-winning tickets is not an unreasonable request, considering how ridiculous it is to attempt to enter them manually through the app. It is in need of a major update to make it more functional and user-friendly.
I installed this app. thinking it had a scanner to check my tickets. I get a little frustrated trying to use the one a the local convenient store cause most of the time it won't even scan the tickets and when it does, it tells you to enter the bar code. Really? I should've read all the reviews before installing it. Way to go Mo Lotto!!! Once again we are behind the times! Step it up like Ar and Ky.
Have Arkansas and Tennessee lottery app and can scan losers. Missouri is decades behind with this app. Possibly some Misssiori law not allowing it.
This app is okay but I agree with others it needs a scanner to scan your scratchers and computer generated tickets. If there was a scanner it would be quicker and not so frustrating to input tickets. Also it would let you know if the ticket you thought wasn't a winner was a winner because it won't scan it for points!!!!!!
Would gave 0 but 1 is lowest could give. can't scan and when entering tickets - other copies to next space and even deletes on own. molottery come on man
Need to fix the issue when entering scratchers tickets...it automatically puts in numbers and deletes the numbers that I just typed in so it takes forever to get all the numbers entered in since I have to keep going back until it let's me enter the actual numbers that I'm typing in. It's really annoying!
There's a easy way to put losers in for points take pictures of the losers send over to cpu then have CPU auto type. You can thank me later. But it works so fast so easy. Plz fix loading error I'll give 5star for sure
It is a great app, but like everyone else I agree it should definitely have a scanner also. Sitting down entering tickets for 3 hours isn't exactly awesome, other than that it's great.
I have no problems with the app itself but, with what it doesn't have. If i could just scan my tickets it would be less time consuming and would make app a lot more successful.
My only complaint it is hate having to put in all the numbers for the points...it would be perfect if I could just scan the ticket and get my points. That would be amazing.
1st you have to create an account to scan ur tickets or do anything and 2nd, ive tried for 3 solid days to create an account and keep getting a message saying ERROR!
:-( WHY CAN'T WE SCAN THE NEW WHITE BARCODE ON SCRATCHER TICKETS TO ENTER THEM FOR POINTS ON THIS APP LIKE THE KY LOTTO APP OFFERS??? IT WOULD SAVE TIME AND A LOT OF FRUSTRATION!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WITH NEWER TECHNOLOGY SUCH A TICKET SCANNER!! I WOULD ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD THE APP AGAIN AND USE IT IF I COULD SCAN TICKETS IN. KY LOTTERY'S APP IS SOOO MUCH BETTER AND EASIER TO NAVIGATE MAYBE MO LOTTO APP DESIGNERS CAN GET A FEW POINTERS FROM THEM JUST A THOUGHT...
So I can add my points, I play lottery daily and it would be easier to scan them in.
I get an error stating that the web page could not be found. But on my home computer, that web page address works just fine so FIX THIS APP... Please!
Love it works great and have never had a problem with it next upgrade though a scanner have a 100 tickets to enter.
Needs to have a scanner for losing tickets. I was trying to add some today (6/4/17) and it kept doubling and tripling the letters and numbers I was trying to enter. I would have to go back and erase it all and start over. I'd rather do it on my laptop instead of using this app. The app is good for checking winning numbers is about all.
Why should I have to log in to check numbers. Also it's 2015 I should be able to scan the tickets. Guess they don't have enough money to pay tech guys
Crashes before I can login and crashes on most of the available pages. Deleted immediately.
Get with the times and add a scanner! If you just want to make entering tickets harder you shouldn't have a rewards program.
In July 2017 they're adding a scanner finally. Also why When I go to shop store all I see is drawings. Not only does it double and triple the letters and numbers on the app it also does it on the website. I have cleared the cache in everything and it still does it
Just put on phone. Have tried different ways. Still says secure login isnt working. Please fix!
Application error when trying to enter tickets. Come on you make enough money of us to make a better app!!!!
makes me log in every time i get on the app even though i chose the option to keep me logged in. had this problem since over 3 years ago. BS
