This app is very unstable, unpairs on it's own, and freezes all the time. Honestly I have had more issues with these cameras and app then any other. It is super frustrating and they appear to not work more than they work (if you can get them paired successfully). Update 4/14/22 - This app is still completely awful. By far the most difficult and complicated to pair and operate. It still freezes, and hardly ever opens (if at all). No change from previous review, just more frustrated and irritated. I really wish I knew at the time I purchased the 6 cameras a year ago, This app has had the same problems since day one. I highly recommend choosing ANY OTHER brand and platform.

Love the easy and quick setup and the cameras are top notch quality and the quality is literally impossible to determine which is the super expensive one and which is momentum bc the quality and performance are mind blowing bc they're just as good if not better than the expensive ones and that's unbeatable. Highly recommend momentum. I have 5 cameras and will be completely satisfied with them for the future. No question.

Updating my 1/2 review to a 1 Star review. The latest app update has been much better for the camera feature; until today. All I want to do is change the WiFi they are connected to. You have to re-pair the camera; why? Re-pairing is not happening. In hour 2 trying to get thru to Customer Service. The cameras are 7 inches away from the router. What happen to scanning the QR Code? The Camera WiFi does not show up in my WiFi settings.

Not exactly sure why, I've tried making an account but right out the gate, it won't send an email verification. I've tried multiple times and since i exited the app i can't seem to sign back in. I check my spam folder but there is nothing. Is there a delay? Verifications shouldn't take this long.

(4/14/22) Android 12 is out now. Nothing new since the Android 10 compatibility fix. We had to wait nearly 4 months to get that and for the app to work again back in Nov 2019. App still has horrible colors, reading the text is awful. Where's the dark mode that's been supported by Android 10 for over 2 years now. I Hope you don't pay your "developer" a lot of money for this bad software. How about a website interface to access the camera feeds or direct IP access to the cameras on WIFI network?

This app won't work on Google Pixel and hasn't for several months. It works fine on my iPhone but on the pixel it always says that the camera live view is unavailable. I've tried every trouble shooting step imaginable.

Ever since I got a Google Pixel 6 and 5G, the app has become unusable. It cannot load the live view of any of my 3 cameras. I've reached out to support and have been provided no solutions to fix the problem. This was never an issue on my Samsung Galaxy S8.

Love it and was working fine but after years it stop sending messages. Change to Att and it started working but then I change back to old internet provider and it stops working again. Other than that it's fine.

Would give it 4 Stars. Which I can't b/c of the problem I am having with the App. When I get and view the live video feed from my Google Pixel 6 Pro, I keep getting camera unavailable. I have to use my Pixel Google 3 XL to view the live feed. I can view the recorded videos on both devices. I am disappointed that this issue hasn't been fixed yet and I got Pixel 6 Pro in December 2021. When I can start being able to view the live feed on my Pixel 6 Pro, I will change my star rating and review.

None of the cameras are working, live view unavailable and the internet is working. Multiple camera resets, updated and not working. Very very disappointed and not good app, cameras or service. 😡

Since updates if I am in the house with the cameras it picks up feed back. Wouldn't connect to video. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now only one camera will connect to app. Still no video and still have feedback.

I had difficulties setting up my camera since the first day I took it out the box. After I finally got it paired, I constantly had to keep re-pairing it. Since I moved, I haven't bothered to set it up because it's such a pain. It's over a year later and I've decided to try setting it up and of course it's not pairing. I'm trying once a day hoping for a lucky day that it decides to work.

great camera and app. I bought to watch over my fur babies as I was gone to work because they tend to always be up to something lol. I love I'm able to talk to them over the app. So the min I get notifed of sound or movement I can get on there and tell them to stop doing whatever it is their doing. It's funny to watch them because they have learned where the cams are located so once I'm on there talking everyone goes and hids out of the cameras view well least the think they are.

So again I am getting late or no notifications when people pull in my driveway and park right in front of the camera. Live feed is also spotty. Now recorded video will not load for viewing or download. Worthless as a security device.

The setting is very limited and bland. Not many options. Not the best motion sensor technology. Revision, this product is really not good. Won't connect anymore and youthb can't reach anyone to help. Revision 01/04/22 i have sent any email to service at momentum to only get an automated response not addressing my issue at all. Still no number i can really reach anyone or direct response to my issue. Why my devices no longer connect to my Wi-Fi? I have since trash the devices.

Security cameras that never work. I'm unable to see anything on the SD card only get red error message. The app needs a good update fixes all these bugs. I have had the same problems as everyone else that left reviews. I have contacted customer service, it is the app. Now I'm just waiting for the reply from this review saying "thank you we need to look into it further". You don't need to look into it further, you need to hire people that will fix the app properly before I cancel.

I really want to like this. The cameras take high quality video and are fairly easy to set up. BUT the app keeps freezing when I try to delete the previous day's videos. No matter how I set up the cameras and adjust the settings it records every freaking car that drives by my house, so every minute it's taking a video. I've contacted support and followed their directions but if I can't get it to work the way I need it to, it's going back.

The app is constantly having issues. It won't connect, it won't load, it force closes, and the alerts are sporadic. This latest issue about it not being compatible with Android 10 has yet to be fixed and it has almost been a month. The only response from the company is it will have an update soon with no definite release date. What's the point of cameras when they've been out of service a whole month? Update: Three weeks later and still no update to the app for Android 10 compatibility.

The app has been unusable for weeks now, crashes during start-up. And no, I don't have Android 10. There are plenty of people with the same problem. Reproducible: 100% I was traveling and used this Momentum garage opener to open up for my friend who was watering my plants. The app opens once after reinstalling. Have to uninstall, reinstall and decide what I want to do the most... because I have one shot!
