Moshi Monsters Egg Hunt

Used to play this game all the time as a kid! Was really excited that I might be able to relive it a little through the app. Unfortunately, the game barely functions. It freezes a d requires me to disconnect and reconnect Internet for it to move along. Arcade never loads and if the same trick is applied, the buttons dont work and back swipe exits the game load screen. Currently disappointed but will be thrilled if theres a fix for this!

I came back to this app after learning the website is closing. I haven't played it in a long time but I got nostalgic and this definitely filled the Moshi-sized hole in my heart. The graphics are good, the minigames are simple but fun. My only problem is that I can't see anything in any of the stores. I can scroll and tap on the items so I can buy them, but blindly navigating is awkward. Same thing for the theater, I just see the background but not the important things.

Updated: I made this review and used the email system and the issue was indeed fixed within a day of my email. My son loves the game and we play it together. However, all of a sudden this evening we can no longer access the sanctuary. It says we have no wireless connection and additional data needs to download. Everything else in the game works fine. Issue happens regardless of use of cellular data or wireless internet at home.

I really love this app. I grew up playing moshi monsters and hearing that its closing was kind of heart breaking, but knowing theres at least an app is actually nice. Its full of nostalgia (every time I get a new moshling and hear their little noise, huge nostalgia blast) the graphics are very cute and mostly remeniscent of the original style. I've encountered a few minor bugs but my main one is that the last daily egg either didnt spawn or is impossible to find...

Hello! I edited my previous review into this one because I want to know if my problem with this game is a glitch or not. Whenever I find eggs and hatch them, I always get duplicates with every egg I find. Sometimes, I only get 1 or 2 new Moshlings whenever I hatch eggs but that rarely happens. If this is a problem, then please fix it! Overall, it's still a good game! Edit: I reinstalled the game and I'm finally getting new Moshlings and less duplicates! :D God bless! 💕💮🎊

Fun and includes various much appreciated nods to the Moshi Monsters website, but at some points struggles to capture some of the original game's aspects. Perhaps it's because I'm outside of the demographic, but it'd be cool if the ice scream game and some other little features got some small upgrades. Nothing huge, but just a little add on to each would make all the difference. Being able to skip the fireworks during moshling hatching would also be nice! I hope this game gathers more sucess.

It is a wonderful app. But only problem is, when I back up my data to another device, I don't see my paintings on the other device. I'd appreciate it if we would be able to share our paintings to other devices with the rest of the data, aswell as having the options to sharing it online on social media or share/save in the device gallery.

I really like this game, I play it almost every day. the only thing I could say is that sometimes (not all the time) when I'm doing the daily egg hunt, I can never find the last egg. I search in every building and look over the map several times to see if I'm just over looking it but sometimes their is just not a last egg. makes me very disappointed.

This is very cute, but I miss the OG Moshi Monsters! I'm giving 3 stars because I wish I had to option to turn off Buster's voice, but also after losing the OG game I feel this is bare bones compared to what Moshi was/could be- I like Moshlings but what about the pet monsters? Oh.. and I dislike how furniture doesn't plop down when placing things like in the original, the rooms are small and don't scroll plus there is no edit mode so you can accidentally move things around too easily.

I downloaded this game to help my daughter who was very disappointed that she opens her eggs to continually get Mitzi however this has not helped because I'm getting scarlet o'haira all the time, the last two days all the sanctuary eggs (hatch two a day) and the four in the morning given to search for have all been the same??? How is this possible?? Is this a glitch?? The other let down is the lack of any Moshi missions which the old game had, so now it's quite boring, mini games tedious

I feel like some of the art doesn't fit the new asthetic. Some of the scenes/art don't seem optimized properly, like blurry. I enjoyed the old game way more, I wish you guys would bring it back. Even if you didn't update it much. Good luck with this game!

Very boring compared to the flash game, hope more is added. There needs to be an option to turn off Buster's voice alone because having absolutely every action explained to me is annoying. It might be good for 5 year olds, but not for me. Changes should be made to make the age range wider on this thing because older fans are playing since flash is over. Also all the animations in the game are too long, make those skippable. It shouldn't take me back to the zoo EVERY time I get a new moshling.

I love this game. Both nostalgic and pretty good. But i do get a little mad when the eggs aren't findable or if the game assumes a pressed something and end up losing the egv.

I LOVE this game. It is everythjng you would expect out a computer, or online game but for your phone! You can tell they put so much work into the animations, charcter sounds, and just everything! This game is FREE. It is seriously so fun and cute. Some people say it lags or takes too long to load but it works perfect for me! Maybe it depends on what kind of phone or tablet you play on. But over all really I love this cute, little, fun, collecting game! Thank you! <3

This app would not load, and I tried reconnecting, I accepted permissions, but it still said unable to connect. I did LOVE the website though, so I`m really sad that they took it off :( Anyways, Please fix this issue. This has been fixed, so I can now play it and it is FANTASTIC!!! A definite MUST-HAVE

Really enjoyed this game but can't get past the loading screen says "counting moshlings" then "oops something went wrong" think it may be related to amount of moshling gifts sent to me from another user-as it states they have reached their gifting limit for the day they said. They are not experiencing the same issues as I currently am. I Have tried uninstalling several times and reinstalling to see if that makes a difference but no luck,please can you fix this thanks

I am Pretty happy that Mind Candy is back in Business again! Maybe it always was... I dunno. I am also happy that once you had to pay membership, and now pretty much the entire app is free. Apart from purchasing items with Rox. I am also happy that i can also use my Favorite Moshling in Activities and games. I was pretty suprised how many new updates are coming up recently. It is also quite exciting when getting an Egg, i always hope to get my Favorite Moshling. Since i already have it i am pretty Chuffed, Now i just have to complete the entire Set! I would put the eggs on the map in more different Places, Slowly it is becoming more obvious where the four eggs are. Other than that NOICE game, Good Job Mind Candy!

A nostalgic moment. I remember being 5-12 years old playing the actual moshi monsters flash game, a membership and fully customized everything, a theme for every room in the multi-story house, a friend tree with over 1000 people. I got this game to leave this review, as far as i can tell it's a nice game, if you knew the original you'll know that this falters in comparison, it isn't a bad game, it's a "you had to be there in its first 2007 glory" I miss it. But I'm glad this exists to remind.

This new app is meant squarely for preschoolers. The Moshlings have lost some of the details and personalities from when I was younger. But for 5-10 years old, it's great. Maybe I need the Moshi Sleep app now. If only there were more than one free option, I could decide to shell out. (Am now 17-year-old depressed exhausted high school senior)

So, I know this is meant to be an egg hunt, but its way harder than I imagined. I can't find the 4th egg at all, I've been in every building and have tapped every inch of everything and have searched the map for nearly 20 minutes and still can't find it. I saw that some other people had this issue so I'm not sure why it's so difficult to find the final egg.

I know this game is good because I've played it before, but when I downloaded it on my device it wouldn't let me go past when you were chosing the colour of your first moshling. It said that I need to connect to network when I had full bars of wifi. I really expected more.

A good game. Always good to look back at all the Moshlings added to Moshi Monsters, except for Dustbin Beaver and Lady GooGoo of course (😞). Though after a few days, I have found it extremely difficult to locate some eggs, and the ones I do find tend to be duplicates which tends to waste a days worth of eggs.

Nice game, but i have some issues: 1) IDK why, but every day i always get at least one duplicate, and thats annoying 2) Pls fix the items overlapping in the house 3) There should be a store or feature that allows us to exchange duplicate moshlings even after the pop up saying that you already have the moshling Overall, fun game that reminds me of my childhood 😀😀

This game is great but there are a few issues, at least for me. My sister and I play this and she rarely gets duplicates. For the past 2 days, the only eggs I've gotten are duplicates!!! This aggravates me!! I've gotten the same duplicate 3 times since yesterday!! 5 out of the 5 eggs I got yesterday were duplicates! The one I got today was a duplicate! Why?!
