MP3 Converter

I needed an app that would reduce the bit rate for some music files I had on my phone, and also change the format to mp3. This app performed the tasks with no issues. However, the app would be even better if you could tweak a few things to improve the useability. For example, adding a 'select all' option to file pages instead of having to individually selecting each file. Also, adding the ability to quick scroll through folder lists would be awesome.

This works well for single song conversation, but doesn't convert images as well. The Meta data isn't fully automatically transferred. The app crashes as soon as you use the source folder option. It says it can covert a maximum of "1024" songs at a time. This has proven to be false, at best 50 🙄 to prevent it from crashing. I even paid for these so called features. This really doesn't delivered as promised.

An excellent app, easy to use and fast conversion speed on a Samsung Tab S5e running Android 10; I however have two complaints. First off the app hasn't been updated since Dec 2018 which probably explains why I can't save converted files to the external SD card. Probably a permission problem with Android 10; but that's not a deal breaker. Secondly when renaming a file I would like to be able to just edit the existing file name rather than having to retype the whole name. Almost a 5 star app.

Purchased to get batch conversion after trying the demo which worked very well on single tracks copying the metadata and cover art to the conversion. Unfortunately cover art gets lost in batch mode so had to download a separate batch tag editor to add the art. It also doesn't handle directories very well either. Conversion quality is excellent tho. ***** if these niggles can be sorted.

This is The Best App ever! I have been looking for an app to convert qcp. Files to MP3 Files of my sibling's baby recordings from 2009! No BS , straight to the point very easy to use the adds are not that bothersome compared to other apps I use daily! Thank you to the developers of the Amazing app! I highly recommend it to anyone else who is looking for an audio file converter for sentimental purposes!

MP3 Converter has been really helpful in terms of reducing an audio file size and still maintaining it's quality, it's a wonderful app. But the only fault I had is editing the cover picture. It compresses the image and make it look abnormal. I would give it a 5 Star.

I have been wasting my time for the last 2hours (since I purchased the app). I have yet to convert any wma file to a mp3. It just keeps spinning those arrows on the top of the screen as if it's doing anything. Well, it's been around another hour and half. Still not one converted file. It's a shame, I was really hoping it would work.

Failed at first hurdle - wma to ogg file conversion failed :-( There are too many bugs to mention all, but failure to write to sd card is the biggest, followed by esExplorer share to mp3 Converter produces "error: file size is zero" for an mp3 audio file of 3MB! Also, in "Batch" mode - selection of several folders all containing audio files, produces error "whoops, folders contain no audio files" Terrible "Pro" version... don't pay for this...

It converts to Mp3, great but it will not allow you to share it with anything such the desire to email it off your phone. It won't even allow you to open the share option. That's no good to me. Please look into this issue and fix it cuz I find this app useful otherwise. Cheers

I've tried loads of MP3 converters & this one is great for my needs. Converts WAV files to MP3 with out sounding like anything has been done to em! (Most other apps that do this either sound like dial up internet or underwater music!) This is a great lil' app. Highly recommended!

If you just want to convert to mp3 it's probably OK. Anything else results in “Conversion Error!” without revealing the nature of the error or possible causes. The app did prompt me to rate it. Be careful what you wish for.

Excellent, did the job of converting all my wma files to mp3 in no time by converting entire directories at a time!!! Although I may not need the app now, it was more than worth purchasing the app. It has saved me hours of tedious work. I salute and thank the developers.

There is a formula for the appeal of this app. Ads > function = :( And to get more function, you still have to pay, nevermind you have to watch an ad every single time you try to do something.

Huawei mate 9;;It was a joke 😂...to convert video to audio I went in my video folder where I have lots of single video files and a number of subfolders. It showed only subfolders and not the other videos which I didn't keep in any folders. I opened the subfolder to convert one of many videos inside it and there was no video...lol

Keerby apps just work and do exactly what you need them to do, this app quickly converts flac to basic vbr mp3 (you can upgrade if you want better sound quality) but a great free app, their video converter works in the same way, both true 5 star apps.

After paying for batch converting it is the best converter with both good UI/UX and possibility of comfortable batch conversion. The only thing I would made better is an option that source directory always equals output directory. Thanks for your app!

I paid for the 'Premium' version for batch conversion, only to discover that metadata and album art do not transfer during conversion. When converting a single file the app crashed about 30% of the time. Got a refund.

I wasn't able to use some of my songs anymore because the where in media player format. This is a life saver. There are some adds though.

Bought the premium version, it worked for 10 songs, now it gives an error message on every file I try to convert. I downloaded a free app from another dev that converted the same files with no problems.

Wow! Excellent conversion utility! Full-featured, all sorts of automatic settings… Even on the "free version", there are plenty of features!

This app is good but the Ogg format has a bug. In a normal setting, converting to higher bitrates results in higher MB, but the reverse is the case. I personally wrote the developer before but nothing was done about it. Other users should find out

it worked for me on tue free version. i purchased the full version and it would only cause conversion errors. i emailed the creator twice with no response. it doesnt work and terrible or non exeistent custimer service. moto g5s plus

I use MP3 Converter daily. Works exactly as advertised and simple interface. I recommend it to anyone who needs its type of functionality.

Why is this even called mp3 converter when you can't even convert songs and music on it and you don't even get proper sound effect it's all the stuff that you already have on your phone/ipad/laptop

Does the job BUT not intuitive to use at all. So confusing to follow that I ended up deleting a few albums off my phone through this app. Now have to go back to lap top to download my CD albums. Very Annoying.

The whole reason I installed this app was to increase my songs' bitrates to 320 but the app keeps telling me about purchasing it whenever I click on 320. I'm not satisfied at all.

Works great. There was an update that changed storage location. The app used to not read internal storage and only SD card. Now it only reads internal and not sd.

This is a good audio converter I recommend for everyone. It converts audio files very fast and it's easy to use as well. Download and have a feel of it.☺
