Murphy Drive Rewards

I was 100% loving this app since installing it last summer. However, over the past few weeks when I try to rev up I get an error. It usually says there was an error initializing or it says reload. Sometimes it will spin for minutes and then maybe it will let me rev up. Even after all of that sometimes the points still won't add up for like another day or so. Really hope these glitches can be fixed quickly to get back to easy usage.

Points are not easy to earn I feel is the only issue. I feel you should be able to "earn" points a lot more than you currently are able to do. Seems like after a few points it shuts you out for a period of time like a week or so. I love the idea of the app it's just not been as practical as I'd imagined it would be. Like take for instance speedy rewards points they allow you to get points a lot more and also redeem them for more things. I like the service here at Murphy's though so I keep coming

For over a month this app isn't allowing me to use my points at the pump nor can I tap on the pedal to earn points. The points I have accumulated don't measure up at the register. This app keeps telling me to reload that there is an error. I have un installed and re downloaded and the same problem keeps occurring! What's the problem Murphy? I think the app is great and earning the points are amazing to be able to save gas especially at the cost they are, so if I have a thousand points and gas is $2.99 per gallon I will be paying $1.99 per gallon for 20 gallons. Talk about a great savings plus the people are amazing and they have great selections of everything. One downside of the app on an Android, it is slow. On my iPhone it is extremely fast to load and open.

This app has been quite useful as far as saving on gas and finding deals on my favorite snacks! My only issue is that since I've had it downloaded, I cannot use the "Earn" function that is next to the "Rev Up" option.. would be super helpful if that wasn't just a one time option!

I love the money I save! With the increase in prices its a relief to know i can save shopping at Murphys. Kudos to all the associates they are so friendly! Love the stores I visit! But the app needs to accomodate a phone that is 3 yrs old. It isnt supported and screen takes about 20 seconds to open.

The app has been rewarding, I have been using it for a couple of years. As of three weeks ago the app stopped working. I have not been able to revup. As a result I feel as thought I have been missing my weekly points. I sent a message stating the inability to rev-up. I have reset my password, as I always stayed logged-in. I am still unable to rev-up. Technical assistant is needed. Help, please.

Until the recent update I enjoyed the app, but since the update the app doesn't open (I get a white screen) and I'm unable to check my points or any coupons/discounts... I'm disappointed bc it's seems as though the recent update has more bugs that needs to be fixed.

I love to save money on products that I use everyday, such as gas,cigarettes,and energy/soft drinks. Murphys always has the best prices compared to the competition. Collecting points for discounts and free stuff is a great perk. I also love to enter the many sweepstakes offers,always exciting!!!!!

I use to like the app when it worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I've even rebooted my phone several times. I even checked the app permissions and all that is correct. All I get when I open it is it looks like it's loading then goes to a blank white screen. I use to love this app and now I hate it. I have a lot of points and don't want to lose them. What do I do?

Ap was working great until 2 days ago, I reinstalled and it still goes to a blank white screen! Extremely frustrating as I am unable to use any of my points ! Ap was working great for 5 years and this week totally stops !

I am at a point that this app is completely useless to me. There there aren't enough discounts anywhere for this thing to even be of use. I could go other places. When I signed up for this app I do remember it telling me that I got 3 cents off no matter what and this was obviously a lie. No matter what I do or say you are not gonna get me to uses again.

Will not let me login. Keeps going back to beginning screen prompt of phone number and zip code over and over again. I can't even begin to use the app, and have been missing out on my gas discount for YEARS because the app doesn't work!

This app was a 5 if not better. However for the last week it crashes upon initial startup. I can't check my points, rev up or manage my account. With gas prices so ridiculously high these day, It seems to be a copycat of the vystar banking app which I know personally is not good public relations. Will someone please tell me if there experiencing this same epidemic with there apps.

I usually like the fairly inexpensive gas at Murphy USA and their location close to Walmarts. Looking forward to earning some points to get discounts on cigarettes. That's one of my main purchases outside of gas. The app is really easy to use and the customer support agent help me get in my account help me update my information so I was able to log in. All together the app is great.

Used to be a great app. Hasn't worked in over a year. I've sent a bug report, but gotten no response. All I get when I open it now is the opening splash screen. It's too bad too...it was a good app.

I have 300 + points built up.. I downloaded the app & entered all my information but when i click the verify / join, it says "ERROR" EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I use Murphys EVERY DAY! MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY!! & would GREATLY appreciate someone helping me get my account registered so i can use my points & get the full use & rewards the Murphys app offers! Thanks

I'm downloading the updated version. I've had the old ap for years, & when I least expected it, there was a savings of .10 cents! I think that is a great savings! In the past, this was a little something that made me smile. I'm in hope's that I will start seeing gas specials again! 🙃

UPDAT: I am not sure what is going on, but I am no longer able to open this app. I have uninstalled and re-installed this app numerous times over the past few days and it will not open. What's the fix??? Always have a good experience when I go inside the store and speak with the representative behind the counter. Very friendly and helpful.

I haven't been able to open the app for about 3 weeks. When I open it, it goes to a blank white screen. I can't rev up or even check my history. This app was good until the last update.

Great app love saving the points for cheaper gas especially in the times we are going through right now. Sometimes the points don't add up though which is a bummer but it's only happened a few times in the year I've had the app. Good job Murphy's. I fill up once or twice a week with you guys and always stop there every time I need to.

Idon't know what happened, but the last few months I CAN NOT GET ON THIS NEW? APP. I had to uninstall and since I reinstalled, IT WON'T LET ME ON!!!! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!!! Use to be VERY positive...now a huge frustration as it won't even load!!!! Alway an 'error'!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MURPHY??!!

Is anybody else having problems with the Murphy drive app not loading it says I have no internet connection but my internet connection is fine I've tried uninstalling that reinstalling the app clearing the data from the app and it's still doing it I even turned my phone off and turned it back on with the same issue

Of all the gas station apps out there (I've tried them all) this by far is the best. Easy UI, not too many ads, love Drive for bonus points. Have had this app since it's inception and have had no problems. One of only a handful of apps I've downloaded and kept. GREAT JOB GUYS keep up the good work.

Downloaded the app and tried several time ( with and without WIFI) to create a account. The result continues to say error/retry. This app is glitchy and I regret downloading it.

I love the app and the store, so far since I have been living in the Mid-South I have only been to maybe four different locations in Memphis or Bartlett TN. I know that there is other's but my travels this time haven't brought me to any others.

Doesn't open. Downloaded the app to take advantage of saving a little money at the pump and it doesn't work. Uninstalled, reinstalled and it still won't open.

I enjoy receiving the point to save on gas at the pump. Especially since Brandon is building back better like people thought! The earning of points os great and there's so many ways to earn them. Easy as 1, 2, 3!

4 the last 3 wks I haven't been able 2 use my app at all or get any of my rev up points either. It keeps coming up ERROR! Please fix this! I tried 2 call my local store here in Lancaster, SC. And they pick the phone up & just hang it up. They don't say nothing at all. I have no other way of contacting anyone about this app not working. I don't want 2 lose all of my points that I have been saving up. Please HELP! FIX THIS PROBLEM! I'm not the only 1 with this problem.

This use to be alright but as of lately this app hasn't been able to open saying my internet connection is weak when I have all bars and LTE showing strong. And there should be other ways to get more points other than waiting until every Monday to get reward points
