My Conoco

App is nice and easy to pay at the pump before you even get out of your vehicle. Signing up was a bit tedious, and getting the app to sync my account was a fight, but after it finally got all set up, everything worked very well

This app is nothing but problems for me. I try to add a payment in the settings and it doesn't load. I tried to fuel up at my local Conoco Station and the app says I am 375ft away from the pumps so I can't activate the pump. Wouldn't be a huge deal but it was on a Sunday when the gas station was closed so I couldn't use My Conoco app and save $.25/gal

Very unreliable. In 6 months I have saved about $2.50. That was the first time it was used. Since then all I see is network issue. Even had the app send me to a different station after sending me to the first one. It wouldn't work. Then, the map and description changed while I was looking at my phone. I had the time, so followed directions to a non CONOCO station. Go figure. Cashiers know nothing about the app and the discount is only good through the app, which is extremely sketchy.

Very disappointed with this app. It keeps telling me I'm too far from the pump to use it to fill up. I've only been able to connect successfully one time. I've tried to call the help line twice and even though it was within the posted hours an automated system told me they were closed. When I chose the option to leave a message it told me they were having problems with the system and to try back later.

It's Awesome! So easy to use. You are in and out way faster than having to take out your card and stand there pushing a bunch of buttons. I love it!

Just a gimmick. Will not work! You would think they could make an app that works and maybe it does to benefit Conoco. You go thinking you might save a little money and the app won't work once there.

Back in the day I had to Conoco credit card. Now the technology has advanced to the point of now and app. But this app is somewhat limited and doesn't give you the ring said it did when you had the old-fashioned credit card back in the day. But I still give him high marks so keep up the good work and continue to evolve and do the best you can.

When I read it I thought I would save 25 cents a gal. Looked @ reciept only saved 10 cents and I used the app as well.

App sounds like a good idea, except I am unable to finish setting up my account. It asks me to submit my phone number so I say "okay" and then it won't accept it saying its required for multi factor authorization. I'm like yeah no duh. I've entered it using their keypad and same message. I've entered it using my phone's keypad and same message. I've tried adding the "1" before my number because hey, maybe it's a glitchy system but says invalid phone number. Also email to the address doesn't work

Horrible app if you change your number you lose access to your entire account because of their ridiculous two factor authentication.

I'd give this app zero stars if I could. I had my credit card all set up and ready to pay at the pump. It didn't authorize. I tried two more times, no luck, and it said I had to wait a few minutes before trying again. So I switched to the option of paying in the store. The qr code wouldn't scan, and the cashier didn't know how the app worked. So I said screw it and tried to pay with my credit card without the app in the store, and my card got denied, likely due to the app. Disaster.

Love the app . I don't have to go into store or use debit card all done on phone . Love it. ☺️👍💝

Updated Review: Don't bother trying to use this app. This app does not work at all for me. Needs to be fixed, or I am done with the whole credit card and p.o.s. app. Previous review: I like saving money but, app isn't reliable. It's a bother lately. Have had problems with this app for months. Not reliable. Have uninstalled and installed 3 times already. Saves money if it decides to work.

Good when it works. Very fickle, lots of different reasons you can't use the app to authorize pumps. Reasons include: cannot sign in (even with correct user name and password), not being close enough to the store (even though you are standing in it), cannot stay logged in (even though you signed in 5 seconds prior). Every prompt tells you to wait for a few minutes, but the developers definition of a few must be different than mine.

Easy to pay at the pump, hard to make a payment on the credit card. No biometric option.

I've had many satisfactory experiences using this app however I've also had the very worst experiences. What I've seen is a continuing indifference by Conoco beyond just lip service to fixing the fatal flaws of this app. When it works it's great, when it doesn't you can forget the .25 ct discount! In conclusion a real disappointment, I expected better so I guess that's my bad!

This worked well until this past month. Now says the connection is bad. Local station manager says many have had problems lately and they "need to get it fixed". I say I need refund for past few fills i missed my discounts! I just reinstalled the app and still doesn't connect.😵😓

It's great... when it works. I've just spent 25+minutes uninstalling and reinstalling the app because I would login, then go to do mobile pay and it would say it's logged me out for security reasons and if I want to do mobile pay I need to login. Round and round in circles. Zero success today. It'll be gone from my phone when the possibility of a discount goes away.

I have been trying to use this app for a little over 2 months and have not been able to make a purchase. First problem is that it will not accept any of my credit/debit cards (it says the cards are invalid). I have been able to set up google pay within this app but apparently none of the stations around here accept that payment method.

This app stinks. It is hit or miss with his thing. Sometimes it works and sometimes it times out or doesn't work at all. They only give you 2 attempts at paying with the app and then your locked out for too long to sit around a gas pump. My experience has been the worst with this thing. If it was reliable it might be amazing.

I installed this app with great expectations but was sorely disappointed. It took several attempts to register and when I finally got to the payment selection, my favorite credit card, Discover, was not there. I do not use Google Pay and when I tried to pay inside that was my only option, not worth the 15 cents a gallon for all the hassles!

When this app works it's fantastic. Unfortunately, I have only found one Conoco that it works at and now it won't let me log in due to "security reasons". Everytime I log in it instantly automatically logs me back out. It's a shame because I was really enjoying the savings and convenience...

MEGA-FAIL APP! Gimmick app to get you to drive to their stations, but the app then fails or locks you out. They get you to their station the on idea to save $; then hope you stay when app fails to deliver. 4 stations in 3 different cities over a 7 day period and zero success getting this garbage app to work!

Wlove the app. Enjoy the great savings,its easy and convenient. Not so much anymore it no longer works at any stations in Brookings,Or. ,Gold Beach Or. Grant's Pass Or. All the stations in my home town both conoco and 76. What's the deal I have to use my card and no extra saving really Dissapointed.
