Horrible App. wish I could give it a zero. Designed more to get you to pay than redeem points. You have to go through the entire process including putting in all your personal info, before you can see how much points/payment required. The redemption rates for use of points are ridiculously high. Several times I've gone through the long process, then the app says flight no longer available and takes me back to the start point with all the info lost. Really horrible choice for your programme FCB
Worst App Ever. I have been trying to use this App for months, since July 2019. I have only managed to get part of the way through before getting a message that Juniper tried too many times on my computer (this is like after 10 seconds of the App trying), or on my iPhone just eventually timing out after the message "wait for a few seconds, do not touch any key." As others have said, it is not user-friendly, time-consuming, very high prices, a grand waste of time and just seems to be a hoax set-up by NCB and whoever else is responsible for this site/App. For about 3 or so hours now I have been trying to book a flight, and no doubt will end up paying for a flight elsewhere, AS USUAL.
The main issue with this app is the User Experience. I feel that I should be able to see exactly how much savings the points redemption will give me upon selecting the flight, car etc. Unfortunately, I first have to enter my personal info before I can see this. That's time wasted if I decide not to redeem. If they can make this change in future iterations, the app will be a winner.
It's quite stupid that you can't see the amount of points a purchase or transaction will use until the last step. It's almost as though the app is trying to trap you into making a purchase. Flights are 3X more expensive than the carrier in some cases and the range of hotels are 2 and 3 star. Rubbish.
Apart from the poor usability and CX, this is a bait and switch model and I will ask my bank to change my credit card rewards. This is intended to be a preferred customer app outside of your standard card limits. After booking a holiday in this app the customer service is horrendous and full of FEES even with the pandemic issues and travel advisories now. Much easier/cheaper to deal with airlines directly. This is not a bank issue but rather a VISA company issue. Thumbs down!
App is literally a waste of time. One has to enter all info before fare pricing or redemption allotment can be had. No info on existing offers i(n all categories) until you fill in all info as well... Not a well though of app... Not in the least user friendly or intuitive!!
Useless App that is now trapped in a loop. When I open it, it says to update. However, Google says it is the updated version and puts me back into a loop. So I can't even get to a point to access anything, far less get the option to use the card on PayPal etc.
This is the worst app ever. My fingerprints expires regularly...this is such a useless "security" feature. It never accepts my password so I'm continuously resetting it to the same password! I have no idea why banks partner with this company. Worst app ever! Still asking to verify my fingerprint access! Totally worthless!
Everything said below is true. This app is subpar. It is not user friendly and the prices are higher. It does not show points needed until the step just before payment and times out quickly. Now I am locked out (who knows why - I know my password) and must wait 24 hours for a reset..and time is off the essence. I will be formally registering my complaint with my bank. This is unacceptable.
The app doesn't work properly. Menu items doesn't show (it's just blank). It freezes. Buttons doesn't work. Not user friendly.
I have been trying to login to the app for the past 4 day and has been unsuccessful. Keep receiving a message saying "it's not you, apparently something is not right" can someone provide some guidance as to how to proceed past this.
I have upgraded my previous score of 1. The problem was not with the App it was a problem with my phone. When I used a friend's phone I didn't have a problem signing up
The bot does not help! I am yet to figure out how to use my reward points to pay my Netflix bill or add the card to my Paypal. There isn't enough information on the site or in the app.
did not work for me....tried to put in my email address and it said data invalid. I tried the upgraded version as well and still the same msg about data invalid. Yes I used the same email that I provided to my bank and still nothing works.
My fingerprint keeps expiring as if I would just grow a new finger..its very slow..never lets you log in..terrrible terrible app..about to try reinstalling hope it starts to work a bit better..but i have little hope
This app is asking me to update to the new version but isn't allowing me to do so. When I try to a access the updated version via Google play store it's telling me it's not available in my country. ?? Make it make sense!
Don't go for this program. The app is garbage and the customer service will take weeks to solve your issue and they don't care to provide alternative solutions. This rewards program is trash.
I forgot my password and requested that it be reset... The app said a link would be emailed to me. 3 requests and 2 hours later, I have yet to get the email. (And yes I've checked my spam folder.)
This app does not work properly. A text box pops up to "Update for better experience" When clicked it is not updating
Uninstall - reinstall repeat. Try the bot on whatsapp. Try a different device...no option to reset password. Try the web version - enter the email to get the reset password...tried TWO different email addresses...NOTHING WORKED!
Where do you save your password? I put my email address and my password and keep getting "invalid data". This is ridiculous and frustrating.
I am so frustrated with this process. it has been almost three weeks that I'm trying to resolve this problem with NCB and their new platform. I have visited the card centre on three occasions and only to hear that a rep will contact me. NCB I'm still waiting on the call.
As everyone else said, this app is not user friendly. You have to enter all your booking information before viewing the oroce/points required.
App is not user friendly. For what should be an exclusive card and opportunity, it is very disappointing
Really poor app. Hardly functional and definitely not user friendly.. I highly recommend NOT using this app unless you've got some time to waste.
I'd rate this app higher if I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall periodically....it's annoying!!
Worst app ever.. needs a new provider for such activites. Never works.. better than that first citizen bank. Months and counting still no access
Horrible. It does not allow you to obtain assistance from someone. My query was outside the scope of the chat bot.
I was able to install and register without any hassle. My points did not show up until the next day. I have two concerns: I searched other sites for hotels, flights and cars. In all instances, the prices shown in the this app were the most expensive. Some price differences were significant. Next I was not able to see how many points a purchase would require. You have to enter all traveler info before getting to a Pay Now button. I did not click it to see what happens.
