From my personal experience, the customer service is very responsive and active in helping solve your issues. For the people who complain about the time to recharge energy, I would suggest using the app in routine once daily to read 6 stories in one sitting. The slow pace adds for me a sense of familiarity when encountering each character every day, and you will slowly care more and more about the characters over this long period of time. I was devastated when I was at risk of losing my data, but the developer's staff helped me through the issue and it was resolved. Thanks again for the help!

love it overall, but hate the way its set up. the stories are good, i sometimes get lost on where im at in the story because i have to wait for so long just to read a few sentences! thats bs. you made a great game! dont you want to fully show it off! the little amount of energy and the extremely slow regeneration rate makes it so that i cant even get through a whole chapter in one day and that alone can ruin the whole story no matter how good it is! also didnt get my free tickets for doing tasks

The girls are cute and I find the additional sound effects, emotions on the characters and the fact that their mouths move a little when they talk to be nice details but the things that actually bother me is that the first screen moves too fast so you can't actually read what the information says and the game loses connection quite frequently,about every 2 chapters which themselves are somewhat short leaving a little something to be desired. So far I didn't get to make any choices,the story just rolled on without my input, I'd like to actually choose something. Can you fix these issues please? Other than that,this is an entertaining game.

This game is really addicting, an fun, and its got me hooked. The only down fall is waiting for the energy to build back up which takes a while, but it's worth the wait in my opinion. I some times get ancy to play when I dont have full energy, but chosing a story to go though pulls you right Into it has if your there. The game gets big thumbs up, and I cant wait to see how the other story plays once I complete one of them. ^^ I do agree that the chapters are short, in the story, but still doesn't stop me from playing it, and if you guys could add things or change things a bit, then this game really sky rocket up there. Ps. Don't think of this has a hate mail please keep up the good work

This isn't a game. There are no decision points. It's a kind of visual light novel, where you work through a story in very short chapters. Each scene costs a point of energy to read, and your energy bar fills very slowly. It took me about three weeks to read the main story, reading a bit every day. On the plus side you can read the whole thing without spending any money. There are some elaborations, such as a dress up game. They all cost money, so I haven't tried them.

Love the stories but it would be cool to have a choice in in some of the chapters and that would either speed the story up or prolong it. Realy miss this game, almost makes my nistalgic and cry everytime i look back at it on my phone. If you guys do end up bringing the game back, I don't care what you change although alot of the story is good already, Keep the original stories because I only got through 2 of them. This was a time when I enjoyed reading alot. Please work on getting it back up. 😭

it's a great game. the graphics are good, the art is amazing and the story is cool. BUT the game has two fatal flaws it takes 4 hours to regain one energy which is way too long it should be a hour for one energy and each section of a chapter is way too short. but overall its a great game.

The stories and everything is great, but my only four concern's are the the energy, chapter duration, energy recovery and the fact the you cant choose your route. I just find it weird to have to wait up to 3 hours just for my energy to recover even though the chapters last about 30 seconds to a minute. Also only giving us 5 to 8 energy is making this very bad to most people. Also if you have the time add choice's, it would make this so much better. Other than those four problems I give 4 stars.

every time i tried to run this app, it always says "Connection Failure" or something like that.. my network is fine, i'm using a wifi connection. i don't know why, maybe it's the phone since it is an old smartphone or maybe this game's old coding since this game was updated like a few years back.. (yes, i've already re-install it, and it's the same result. i've downloaded this app long ago and it has no problem at all until now)

The story is pretty interesting, if you keep reading you want to know more about the story. But the stories are pretty short, and you have to wait like 12 hours to restore the bar and that is awful. I know that you"ll whants to win money for thw app but dont make the game in a way where the players have to waste money so easy.

It's great, the visuals and graphics are far above satisfactory, but the feeling of the devs just trying to empty my wallet for a game is there. The regen rate is too slow, the cost for getting more energy is immensely too high - I hope there are easier ways to grab crystals/regenerste energy somehow.

Like the others have said, the servers are down which is pretty sad but it was inevitable after all. I remembered playing this back then and it always made my day but I never got to finishing any of the stories except for one so I thought about trying it again and topping up to thank the creators and to finish it for good :( Edit: Its has been almost a year since my review and there is still no sign of this every seeing the light of day again :(

decent game, but for the length of the chapers, which is massivly short, and have to wait 4 freaking hours for a single energy bar to restore, which you start at 5 and then work your way to 8, thats a long time...Also waste one eneegy repeating previous chapter if doing the same story, its a very severe down side with the both of them. otherwise 4 or 5 stars.

Please, bring this game back, i really like the idea of this and after all this time it shutdown, I'm still waiting for this game to return and brings me back in 2016-17, I remember the first time playing this and it's so nostalgic (The sound, the music and the designs...good old days) Please... hoping for its return. It's closing for its 3rd year of being shut down, I can still wait... :)

good story but it is soooooo slow to do anything. it takes FOUR HOURS to read for 30 seconds unless you spend money or spam adds and app downloads, which eventually are replaced with "download other apps and get super far in them to get a reward on this one." it's an obvious cash grab and a massive tease. not even a game it's just a visual novel that'll take you 3 years to finish or hundreds of dollars... honestly it has so much potential but the slow wait makes it not worth it

This is an amazing game . Ive played this game for awhile now and the story is really starting to get interesting . If i could i would give this game more than 5 stars . Sadly the only thing i dislike is how long it takes for the energy to replenish . I recommend maybe you could decrease the timer on the enrgy to 2 hours instead because it will take a month to finish each story for each girl if i had to wait 4 hours for the energy to replenish . Hope you continue to make amazing games such as this one and goodluck .

It's clear that its main purpose is to make money. I can understand that to a certain extent. A 4 hour waiting period for 1 energy is a long time, but bills don't pay themselves. I'm ok with that because it offers a choice: pay or wait. I appreciate the offers to earn bronze tickets. However, I just "finished" Aki's story, and now I have to pay for the epilogue. I've changed my overall opinion and gave another star. I didn't realize the story keeps going. Hopefully, I can finish up Aki's story.

This game is the love of all video games I have played. Sure, the episodes are short but you connect with the girl over long periods of time. I feel like when I wait, the character I play as is doing something while I'm gone and that all the events are random. Trust me it's pretty good but they need to tone down on that picture stuff, it takes too long to get even 1.

When I first installed Roomies, it was just kinda to pass time and I didn't really think I'd get that into it. Boy, was I wrong! The more I played the game, I got so caught up in each of the girls' stories and couldn't wait to hear them all! It's a shame to see the game go, as I had about one and a half more stories to go. Nonetheless, it was quite an experience and an all around amazing game. I hope the team decides to re launch it later on, even though I know it's not quite on the agenda.

I can see this has a few (lot) bad reveiws so here I come the defence Yes the sections of the game your playing are way too short ( should probably fix that make were we can play one whole chapter at a time) BUT in its defence It does offer some ways to easily get bronze tickets to fill up the energy bar. Whine all you want but it leaves so many cliffhangers that its nearly worth it (if you find this unhelpfull to the defence of the game sorry for wasting your time)

It's not bad, it's just a little boring. Unlike most visual novels, you don't get to make decisions through out. You just play and you'll get a good ending. Nothing is at stake. And considering how long it takes to progress through each story (given how long you have to wait when you're not paying for it), it's a bit of a let down.

I just want to read the story man. The crystals are too expensive! And the story is short per chapter. also many times it always has an error and i was reading halfway, then the story just restarted and no refund on the crystal. That's a big problem!

I beat all of the girls after playing for several months. I didn't pay anything so that's how long it will take you. Lots of clicking though stories here without any choices. It's an ok app in the end. I didn't pay to see the epilogues. Recharging energy takes about a day. Nice graphics with some motion and cute girls.

This app was enjoyable until my energy dropped from 8/8 down to 5/5. Although the stories are set up without the possibility to chose the direction in which way it goes, theses stories are still interesting and fun. In all, I would still recommend this app.

Absolutely fantastic, inventive and thoughtful story arcs. Tangible, interesting and lovable characters with their own beautifully- written heart-strumming storylines. Customisation is a nice added touch. An absolutely wonderful app with lots of potential! I will get hours of enjoyment out of this in the future.
