I just downloaded the app. It doesn't work. When I open the app, I can see a bunch of things to select (Aflac Always, My Policies, My Claims, Settings, etc) but when I click on any of them, it goes no where. All I see is a little picture of a piece of paper and then a little picture of a calendar page---essentially it is trying to "load" the page but nothing happens. It will keep trying to "load" the page until it times out. Developers clearly don't care to fix it...many negative reviews.

App will not let me open messages in message center. It shows that it is loading then goes back go normal screen. Also had a lot of trouble filling claims. It would not let me upload documents. It just closes out of the app entirely. When it does this it submits the claim without documents. Very frustrating! Needs a lot of improving. 1 star is pushing it as it will not let you do anything!

It does make filing easier. However, uploading seems like an old dinosaur. The way you go about uploading takes forever if there is multiple documents. Should be able to select your files, hit upload and done. The other one is that with my first claim, it kept asking me to print a document, however, there is no way to find it. No way to Search for it either on the app or on their website. Needs a lot of improvement.

One star is a bit too high to rate this so called "App", it doesn't work whatsoever. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, I've tried closing the app reopening it, and nothing. When you have an injury and you're trying to file a claim or view your messages or anything at all, the app just tries to load any category without success. It used to work in the past. Now it is completely useless. HORRIBLE.

This app is horrible! When trying to activate the app it stated that they updated it. I couldn't login with out updating, nonetheless it won't allow me to update the app. I had to delete it off of my phone, just to see if I could reinstall it. Once trying to reinstall it, that was epic fail, the system wouldn't allow me to do so... this app is garbage!

[ + ] I like the idea of the app for the ease of submitting claims from my phone. For me, the website is much less complicated & frustrating. [ - ] I have never once been able to open or view any message through this app. I have installed, reinstalled & updated everything, no change or improvement. I have to upload the same documents multiple times for each claim because the app freezes on the upload during the initial claim entry. Sometimes the documents still doesn't upload or send.

I would be a great app, if it worked properly. You have tr o close out and re-open the app several times to get it to do anything. Took me forever to upload documents. And every time I try to read the messages they send to me, ok n the app, the app closes out. It's hard to do much of anything on there, without the app closing out.

This thing is SUPER slow to load pages/messages and when you try to open a message from your inbox, it flips to the Message Center and then flips back to the inbox without displaying the message. It is one of the most infuriating apps I have ever used. Don't even bother installing it. Go to the desktop and cross your fingers that works better.

This app is very buggy. It is slow to load the front page or doesn't load at all. I have to close the program often and reopen it in order to get it to work. I am unable to view my messages because they are in PDF format and the AFLAC app opens another app instead of my Adobe program. I will be uninstalling and going back to using the web page.

I installed the app despite reading other user ratings. I should've heeded them. I tried 4x to make a claim. Each time it got to the reason for the claim and took longer than it should. I got messages from the app to that effect. Next thing - Sorry! Something went wrong. Restart. After the 4th attempt, I deleted the app. I will just send it on the website instead.

Downloaded the app, went through the registration process, and started a claim. When I got to the point to upload documents, I gave the app permission to access camera/photos/etc, but it crashes every time I try to upload a photo/document. I click on upload document, click on my claim, click on choose files, boom app crashes. Every. Time.

This is the worst app! Needs a negative star rating! It is forever crashing and the CONSTANT "oops, something went wrong" messages make it such a headache to try and get anything done! And if that isn't bad enough, the actual website (on a mobile device or PC) is just as bad!!! Once again deleting this app, back to battling the website, maybe. It's almost annoying enough to drop the policy!

Unfortunately this app is borderline useless. Slow to load, logs you out while using it, and non of their "zapps" ever work. I can't read messages or follow links and end up on the computer or using the website in my phone's browser to do anything. It's pretty frustrating ...and honestly the web portal isn't that great either. All that money on commercials may be better spent on some improved customer/user friendly tech.

While trying to file a claim, it kept telling me that something went wrong.on the third attempt, I make it to the screen to upload documents. It wouldn't allow me to upload anything. I had to upload my documents on my computer. Also, it will not allow.me to open the Messages tab. This app needs a lot of work!

Pointless. This app "works" if you are connected to high speed internet. Wont work on public wifi. You cant even read your messages. I tried to upload documents and the app just kept crashing. I deleted the app because I have to get on my laptop to do it anyway.

Slow connectivity! There is no issue with my connection and i have tried both 5G mobile network and WiFi but this app just wont load to the next step in submitting a claim. it says working on it, almost there, just a few more minutes, this will take a bit longer - then stays on this will take a bit longer, indefinitely. Very frustrating and waste of time

I thought the app would make my claim filing process go a little easier but it often crashes at key moments. After using a combination of the website on my PC and this app and calling my agent my claim is as confusing as ever and somehow the online system gave me the wrong forms. The message center doesn't show all of the communication, for some reason Aflac will also use email to the point where I'm not sure where the next message will come.

Not too happy with the app. The Message feature is great when it works. Unfortunately it only let's you open the messages every once in a while. When I select a message to view the explanation of claims, its acts as if it's going to open then goes back to the messages screen.

This app is always saying slow connection. I have 4g and full bars. Your better off using the full site. Expecially if you ever want to see your messages they can't be shown on the app. So if you have tons of time to sit around waiting for the horrible app to load. Then this app is for you.

Set up my account info for autopay. The app gave me a confirmation number on the app but never sent me one in my emails and never took the money from my account so I got a late notice and tried setting it up again. They gave me another confirmation number but again they never took out my payment so I had to call a team member to get it resolved.

This app stinks. I cannot open messages the error code comes up every time. I have tried customer service but end up with a 3-4 hour hold time. The improvements to the website are hardly an improvement. The response was we are still working on the site. I finally uninstalled it . It was just taking up storage space.

My first time filing a claim and the first error message i received was due to slow connection. I then use wifi instead of mobile data and still get the error. Once completing the questionaire and proceeding to upload my files, the app crashes and closes out immediately. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to only experience the same problems as before. This has been the most stressful experience i have had with an insurance app especially considering how i am filing in excruiating pain.

Horrible set up. Everything is SUPER tiny and you can't expand it. I can't even read most of it. And because it's tiny it is hard to select the thing you want if you are able to see it. I was excited for a mobile app but this thing is garbage! Back to the drawingboard guys.

This app needs some work. I have to log in twice to get in everytime. It won't download anything when I click on the files for download. I end up going to their website if I actually want to do anything. So this app is practically useless.

Horrible experience utilizing this app. Total failure of user optimization. You have to log in multiple times, each time. All policies you hold cross over each other in the claim questionnaire. ZERO useful information is given regarding why your claim has been denied, accepted, or in review, and trying to contact a human being is damm near impossible. Glitchy interphase, and frequent page refreshes. Good things? Cute duck pictures. Still UNACCEPTABLE for your customers, Aflac.

This app does not work on the Pixel 2. I have tried numerous times and it just loads and loads. Part of thier selling point was it's so easy to file a claim with the app! Wrong. The online process is fine as long as you are quick and have all your info ready or it times out. I had a very hard time registering as they had my info in the system wrong. I am just disappointed as I expected more I guess.
