Absolutely terrible. Waste of time and storage, does not work. I keep getting "server not responding, please try again later." Well I have tried again later and it still doesnt work. Taking the time to download an app to essentially be told "you cant contact customer service", is horrible, what a colossosal run around for nothing. There is no normal online chat, or even a number to call. Ill be rethinking Asus products if support is nonexistant.
Can't find the app on my ROG 5s app drawer anywhere, even though I just downloaded an update for the app. What? Also my ROG is having the fingerprint, air trigger, vibration, and WiFi and hotspot issue. None of these features are currently working on my phone. Having to use data to use internet. Highly inconvenient. Firmware updates are done to the latest ones as well. No change.
Very worst customer service ever had, no response to any complaints made. Forwarded number of mails to support nothing done. My product is already registered error I am getting. Unable to register with my email ID. Nothing gets resolved through customer service. Got to just forget & move on. Contacted with Pawar kundan & Kunal through customer support. All are same nothing gets resolved. Will be moving on whatever may be the issue. Thanks & Regards Your low preferred customer
I have been using ASUS ROG-5 for the last 4 months. It is the most useless phone I have come across. It has 12 GB RAM but is unable to load images from from File Manager app. Any task, it takes for ever to do. I'll have no option but to switch to some device soon. Even this MyASUS-Service Centter app is not visible in the list of installed Apps
There is no way to contact anyone for any service issues. I have a laptop with non removable battery. There are no pre written instructions and the only hiven option is mailing. Calls dont reach nor does the chat feature work. I dnt know what to do with this app
Dire theming, malfunctioning sign-up and seemingly little functionality. Nor does the app make clear what it is for.
Using Rog 5 and trying to get support for the Rog Z13 gaming tablet since I can't live chat from a PC for some reason and it tells me to get the app but I can't even access the app on my Asus phone ... Smh, great work Asus
Dont bother yourself getting Asus phone, many bugs, problems cant even find a solution for it on google, the play store says the app already installed on the phone but i cant find it, i put it in phone search and nothing shows up, so many problems with this overpriced phone wont recommend it for anyone
Both the app and website are broken when attempting to access support. All I want is to have my new laptop's faulty touchpad repaired while under warranty.
Hi team I have a asus rog 2. Recently i got Android 11 update and after updating i found a bug in sharing any thing like image on other media.. screen stuck for sometime and sharing options is not showing. please take a look at this issue and release new update
It's almost 3 years ago I buy Asus Zenfone pro Max 1, it's battery🔋 5000 mah. After full charge I spent 10-11 hours , but suddenly during some weeks it's full charge finish with in 3-4 hours. So please give me solution.

In Your list of products there is no Vivo book model X515EA present. I am not able to register for support call in your App. Please update all models of laptop. (i5 11th gen laptop) purchased on 18th January 2022. Also your server is not working or not reachable always. Useless App
Recently I had purchased Asus rog 5 It's works fine upto 2 monts after 2 months it's starting to switchof suddenly After 3 month suddenly it's gone to switchof and I can't on the mobile I had already tried volume and switch off button also no use what I have to do know
Thus far, the app breaks connection and leaves me stuck, or it routes me to someone who says I'm in the wrong place. The first time I came here was when the website didn't work and the phone experience was equally buggy. The second time was because I couldn't get through a buggy page I'm required to fill out for an RMA. This second time died and left me with no options to resume or get help.

No updates for the last six months. Still using outdated software with an year old features. Seems like Asus has no intentions in adroid mobile users....
After few days of Android 11 update I can not share my data on pc. It shows only charging but no data trasfer tool.
I don't know what this app even does, since I can't read it. It is one of only two apps I've seen that doesn't adjust to the orientation of my device. I use my tablet plugged in when I'm at home and it's charging, so I have the plug at the bottom, since the power bar is on the floor. This app opens upside down and stays that way. And this is the app FOR my device? Really.
I'm writing to let Asus know that My Asus on PC DOES NOT WORK. I can't understand why it is installed. I've tried, for uncountable times, using it to solve the slow system 👢🥾 but it reads "PLEASE RESTART THE SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE FUNCTION WORK PROPERLY". I've done it several times but it never ever works. I've also reinstalled it but nothing's happened. Come on, guys. Quality matters.
Once you start the app for the first time it requires you to input your birth date. The calendar screen opens and you can change it month by month backwards with a tap. But the starting date is now, so if you are 40 years old you will need to tap 480 times to get to your birthday. I have never seen a worse app design than this. Unbeatable really. I have given up immediately, so Asus is spared of service work. Maybe the design has a purpose.
unable to find the app in my ROG 5 phone, but stated as installed at play store. However, I can find it in my ROG 1 phone. Would appreciate if I could get some assistance to solve this issue.
Where is this app? It's strange because you can't revert to an older version because it'll force update you and when you do update, it disappears from the app drawer and you can't open it from the play store either. I'd assume that this is an important app to have... Shouldn't this be fixed? UPDATE: Strange... I managed to get it to work by going to Support under Settings and tapped on myASUS. Now it can be opened via the play store and app drawer. Bumping rating to a 3 until further notice.
My Family bought me an ASUS tablet. I had it less than a year and had to send it in because It would not hold charge and typing was off. It would also out of the blue show me a grey screen. I always had to turn if off and wait a long time to start it again. It was sent back with no improvements. It loses battery charge from full to empty in less than an hour. I won't ever us an ASUS again. Not recommended.
The app is not opening in the app drawer neither it is reflecting from my end.After opening it in the app Store the only options I m getting is update and uninstall. My hotspot is not working and I am not able to fix this issue even with the help of customer care. After an update it stopped working. It seems there lot of glitch with the software updates and ASUS is doing nothing to fix it.
I haven't a sus Zen tablet. Upon pushing the icon it tells me that I have a update and can be installed. When opening it it takes me to the Google Play Store and has open or uninstall. It also says I have it September 3rd update. When opening it just says confirm but yet doesn't do anything. It just flickers and that's it. This is a big problem
I tried to send you email but bounced : I have ASUS_X00P, powered by Android v8.0.0. which has developed some issues. It was sent me from Japan. It worked ok for a short time . 1. Home screen changed without my knowledge. I want to restore original screen. 2. Touch pad is erratic: sometimes one has to tap several times before it can sense like it is insensitive. This problem started when home screen changed automatically 3. Scrolling can cause it to jump to open another widow like touch
