This app gets considerably worse, every time I use it. Has trouble loading anything. I have more and more trouble accessing accounts. It keeps separating my two lines, on one account, into two. When it does this, I can't find a way to switch and only get options for one device. When I try any troubleshooting options, for either line, I get nothing but errors. I end up going to the website more than using the app now. It's near useless and I can't even fully uninstall it.

I have been using this app the last few years since i opened my own accounts. It is always slow, nothing loads correct and I get so frustrated with it I get literal mad occasionally. The only upside is you can pay your bill right there and not have to sit on customer assistance forever and you can see everything that goes on in your account. But don't try and make a payment arrangement or something like that cause its going to give you polar opposite options and dates as customer service.

If I could give negative stars, I would in a heartbeat! This is just about the most terrible app I've used: the logins are always difficult, nothing ever loads correctly, and it is so hard to navigate to where you're trying to get to. You would think a communication giant would have something as crucial as a mobile app actually be functional and easy to navigate! This app is most definitely not user friendly, and unfortunately it seems as though they don't care about the awful feedback!

The app is pretty terrible. The only bright side to it, is that all my bill info can be viewed and I can still pay bills that aren't on autopay. Other than that, nothing ever loads properly. The app crashes constantly when I try to click on something. I can't check my appointment status for my repair, and my internet has been down for almost 3 days. Tried calling support, but they are incredibly hard to understand, and the app "support" is just as bad. Very unhappy with AT&T.

My data and text logs are not showing up in my billing at all. I know I've sent messages and not one shows up, only data use. I can't find a way to get actual help the app keeps trying to tell me how to find the log.... I know where it is, it's just blank! And my previous months bill has been deleted when I know it showed activity previously when I login

I have more problems with this app than literally any other app I've ever had. Half the time I have to reload the page because it's gotten stuck. You'll never be able to get to your installment plan details because there's always something wrong. And everytime you go to the website because the app didn't work, it just sends you back to the app. It's amazing that a company so big and confident about their tech has an app this bad.

This app has worked correctly with no crashes 1 time. It's constantly buggin out and just crashes. I thought it was my phone at first but then I got the S22 ultra and it's exactly the same. Honestly that pretty much explains our entire experience since switching to AT&T. It's extremely frustrating. Even more so trying to get ahold of an actual person within the company.

This latest upgrade works better than previous, but for some reason its not letting me use my next trade in option. In fact it won't let me choose anything but pay off my current phone although it is Next up for trade in. So I think its freezing the page. Doesn't allow me to move forward with purchase either. Anyone would think as the seller for these smart phones, you'd be able to have apps that work perfectly. I've not seen even 1 app work like it should from start to finish. .

This app is terrible. It never let's me log in. When I try to pay my bill it loads for hours, literally went to sleep for 8 hours and woke up to it still not loaded. The navigation is terrible, everything is hard to get to having to clock multiple different options to get what you need. It's easier to drive to a store and have a rep do everything manually.

Freezes non stop. Very difficult to navigate. It's easier to use the website vs this app. Seriously at&t, you're a communications company, please update your app to the current technology at your disposal. This app makes me want to switch to Verizon, and I know nothing about Verizon's app, but it can't be worse than this one.

This app is total trash. It's always an issue. I work from home and block certain devices if they are not in use. Half the time I can't even access my devices because AT&T is having an issue which causes me to often be late or at the mercy of AT&T until they get it resolved or talk to an agent through call or chat to get no resolution. I'll be glad when someone with reliable service comes through I'll be getting rid of all this junk.

This app is awful!! It does not show my bill. I only get an email saying I have a balance due the same day the charge came out. And when I call customer support they tell me I am signed up for paperless statements and should be able to see my bill history from the app. It is a very frustrating and circling issue. I should have stayed with Sprint!! But thought merging internet, TV and wireless would be beneficial to a customer not a monthly headache

The app freezes and does not refresh itself half of the time, I just close and reopen. Interface is not really intuitive, hard to find needed information. Impossible to go to line settings, you click on one name and it leads you to settings of another name.

Been with ATT 20+ yrs. Occasional 'hiccups' were always taken care of, Services (PH, TV, Internet) were Great! The previous version/app (No Longer Available) was easier to navigate and accomplish task without the constant STOP to CHAT, Again! Never thought I'd opt for Calling, Holding, Finally someone answers, Gets info, Hold again, Finally receive answers and info to Achieve task Successfully. Doesn't feel like Progress!"

This update is awful. I've been using this six years and now its just terrible. I can't even get on to pay my home phone bill. It's just advertising. The link is supposed to take me to the bill pay options but doesn't pull up my info or anything and takes me right back to the home screen. Plz go back to the app version that worked.

Tried to open the app while on the phone with an AT&T rep and it wouldn't open. My internet is out and she was helping me navigate to hopefully find an earlier appt but that didn't happen and now I'm on my own with ZERO success. AT&T can keep their app and their laughable service. I'm switching to Cox!!

I don't usually take the time to rate any apps, but it is pathetic and ironic that an app from the phone service provider itself, that they want you to use to conduct business with them on, can barely load the initial homescreen. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM AT&T!!! I can not even get the app to load anymore. All of a sudden its an issue, ive never had the problem before, and something has changed. Whats changed? God if i only knew. Its been persisting over weeks and its like it only happens over wifi. I can load over data no problem at all. All my other apps work fine. Internet browser is fine. This app needs a serious rework. But knowing att, ive only ever had issues with their products, they wont fix it. -5 star

The application is slow and it freezes and crashes. It gives you about 3 seconds to choose which account you want before it automatically selects one for you. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it doesn't help. There's no updates for the program.

After MULTIPLE calls and repair men coming "fix it", and after 2 years I'm STILL not working correctly and it's ALWAYS the same thing. As soon as I have time to check into other services and find a competitor that can give me what I'm paying for, then I'm leaving AT&T. Told them last time if it continued I was done, and I'm done. Also I had to ask for a discounted price so she cut $40 off and asked if that is fine. I said yes but then got my bill a few days later and it went up $18 sooooo...

This app is terrible. For being an app for a cellphone company this app sure doesnt work well on my att cellphone. Super laggy and glitchy. Links go nowhere. I had to log into my account online so I could upgrade my phone. Tried through the app and it would only show me iPhones, tablets and smartwatches. Not the Samsung phone I had already chosen in a previous window. Att do better, your app is garbage. If I could rate it zero stars I would

Just getting familiar with it. My rating will probibly go up after i try a few more functions.Well I'm dropping from 3 to 1 because app won't acknowledge my internet account and lists a closed direct TV streaming account which has been closed for almost 2years so I hope att can get it together. Called support and was told that it was handled but no it hasn't.

There are too many advertising channels from this company. They say you have 145 channels and half of them are advertisements. I have been trying to get a new remote for more than a week. No response. They can notify you of a nonpayment of a bill, that has already been paid and notification of payment received, but can't get a remote. The price is increasing and for what? This is RIDICULOUS!

Yeah this app is trash.. several coding errors on login and loading info on account screen and never ending loading loops when trying to load the payment page to pay the damn bill. What's even more funny is the typical restart didn't work And the next step of reinstalling you can't do cuz they have the app locked. Good job att Small indie company at work

Probably one of the slowest, most difficult apps I've used. Sure, it gets me what I need...eventually. It routinely tells me that my passwords (which I just reset) are suddenly wrong. And then, once it's been reset, which is almost every time I log in, it then takes upward of ten solid minutes to log in before telling me there was an error and to try again.
