Unable to open or view any pdf documents (ID cards or policy docs) for almost a year now. App is largely unusable without the ability to view any policy docs
Cannot use the ID card feature.
They have been exceptional for me.
This app is a huge upgrade over the previous app.
Has all the information I need about my policy but no where to update/change my password....on my Android or iPad there is no manage account area
Lacks important info and requires logon EVERY time the app is opened. Even though there's a link labelled "Policy", there's no policy language for the auto policy. So there's no explanation of coverage. As an ex-adjuster, this is unforgivable. And, even my banking app (which has much more critical info), doesn't require login every opening. Ridiculous!
