Love this app! Have been using it for a few years, and for someone who forgets things very easily, it's been so helpful to have the app remind me when I have assignments or exams coming up. I do have one suggestion I'd like to make. While it's nothing important, and more of a quality-of-life change, I would find it beneficial to add a "Completed" button alongside the "Snooze" button whenever the app sends reminder notifications, so I wouldn't have to go into the app every time.
I absolutely love the Web app and use it near constantly to manage my entire schedule. However, the mobile app (version 4.3.21) is severely lacking. I cannot keep the two apps synced and repetition seems to be very difficult for the mobile app to process. The setup is not as clean as the web app and the mobile app just seems to make my time more difficult to manage. This is a shame, since I can't just pull out my laptop when I need to check my schedule.
I have been using the desktop app for yrs and have loved it. The mobile app is great, and I love being able to edit my agenda on my computer and get alerts on my phone. That said, I really wish you'd implement 2 things: the ability to set a default TIME for alerts (I never wanna be alerted about homework at midnight. Chances are high I will clear the alert and forget about it by morning. I doubt I'm the only one) AND the ability to customize alert tones. I would even pay for these features.
It works well, reminds me of my homework and lets me fill in all sorts of info. Seeing your classes in a cronological order, however, is locked behind a paywall, which is super weird. That's a basic feature and is not worth paying for. Edit: lowered my score more after finding another app that does the same thing but is more reasonable about what it offers for free and what must be paid for.
I love this app! It helps me so much with keeping all of my assignments organized! Paper planners and phone calenders never worked for me and this app has been a life saver! I recommend it to so many people. I love the simplicity of it, I can easily see what assignments are due when and I like that I can set priority on assignments. I use both widgets for my class schedule and my assignments. I also love being able to view completed assignments seeing them crossed off!
Excellent! All inclusive with color coding and the various selections of tasks ranging from Read, Homework, Lecture, and more. Highly recommend. I personally use it for school assignments. I use a physical planner for the other day to day tasks since this app is more specific to school work. Improve: The developers of the app should make the app look like a sticky note that is enlarged (like an enlarged Google calendar / clock widget that takes up one page of my home pages).
I've heard such wonderful things about this app I didn't expect such disappointment. The homework is constantly moving due dates each time I open it. The due dates are almost indistinguishable from each other in the list view. The dark themes leave you blinded by a white screen. You can't even change the assignment order within the day. There could at least be a small buffer space between the bottom of the screen and the list, and the due dates could use more color variation.
I got it because it's available in the windows store and the play store so I can use it on my laptop as well as my phone which is amazing, the desktop version is perfect. Every function I could need for a planner it has including a class schedule, hw for each class, calendar, list view, other events, school closed. I honestly add things in more on my laptop because I like it a little better but it syncs up great and the widget option on my phone keeps me up to date. Love love love this app.
Damn near perfect. But because of one critical flaw, I had to make the switch to another. Love this app for most things.I do not need to reiterate what everyone else had raved about. It is almost perfect. One thing I truly needed was a visual calendar. One where I could input my weekly commitments and see how busy I was at a glance. Think of a minthky calendar showing your CLASSES, not necessarily homework. Unfortunately, this only had a daily view so I held on for a year before switching.
For a honest review, I use this everyday for school and have no issues. I used to have a major problem with keeping an age day and would have tons of missing assignments along with stress. Starting school this year, my teacher recommended it and I have used it. At first it didn't seem effective, but I guess you really have to dedicate yourself to this agenda. Its a great app and I have seen the results in my grades.
Doesnt always remind me of assignment. It picks and chooses what assignments to remind me about. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. I have notifications on and all have high priority as well as to remind me the night before, yet some dont show up. ive missed assignments because they dont notify me. When I open the app they are there but dont send any notification. Please fix.
This app is awesome! The only problem I have is that it sometimes glitches. I've only noticed two glitches so far. The first being that, the app puts all my assignments in order of due date EXCEPT one. The other glitch is that the app sometimes counts one of my assignments as completed, although I have not marked it as such. Usually after refreshing the app, it goes back to normal.
Great app. All the details you'd want to know about a specific assignment are available to customized. Only issue is that the home screen widget frequently doesn't update if you add or alter something in the app, requiring you to remove and then add the widget again which is most frustrating. Fix this please; syncing between app and widget should be standard functionality.
It's an easy to use app that allows you to manage all the personal schedules and specifics of the homework you're receiving! It's really the main reason I didn't forget my homework during finals👌I especially love the ability that lets you repeat a homework everyday, so that you don't need to add it everyday, this is especially helpful for reading assignments. If you're looking for something to help you know what homework you have and when it's due woth easy access, then this is the app for you.
Its great! I wanted something to get all my syllabus info onto a calendar without hand writing all of it, something I could check easily. This did that! I can see all my assignments clearly & cross them off when they're done. A thing I also personally wanted in an app was a way to see what the lecture for that class was going to be. This app shows class times, which is great but not lecture topics, so I entered them as an assignment. It has a category for letures too! I recommend the app!
A marvelous application! I haven't been disappointed with this app ever. It's not too complex, but still a lot more compared to others alike, and I really love all of the features. I'm in high school and am really unorganized with all my homework, so myHomework is a fantastic app for really any student! It's really worth a go if you're looking for an organizer app.
so far it's good, it organize everything, there's multi classes time function, you can add your homework easily and even label them, there's an alarm but unfortunately it doesn't work and i don't know why. i really hope you can fix the problem about the alarm because i really need it and would appreciate it. thanks, have a good day :D
This is a great app. My only complaint is that there are no alt options for the calendar page. I would like to see my events and classes integrated as an agenda, with homework as a seperate list. The fact that it doesn't go in order but by category (classes vs other) is bothersome if you want to have this really be functional as a home base
You have to watch ads for a wallpaper, which might not even be available, and if you pass a due date you can't mark an assignment as uncompleted. It takes a long time ti update things and the app can't sync on its own. connecting a google account doesn't always stick either and you can't choose if you want assignments or classes in a specififc order. There area wide variety of wallpapers, you can select what you want to call the assignment, set up a special schedule, and more.
This app has helped me keep organized for college and I enjoy the ability to colorcode different classes and the fact it can sync to the desktop version so I can add new homework and have it show up on my app. If they could add a weekly view of the calendar, that would be even better.
this app is pretty cool,but a lot of times it woild just make its own end date for mt repeating homework and I'd be close to forgetting because the reminders just stopped. I didnt input an end date fornmt reminders, and when I noticed there were some on there suddenly, I'd change them and they'd somehow change back,WHAT? not to mention the whole "complete all items" checkbox is totally misleading and confusing.
This app works great. The only issues I have with it are that you can't upload pdf documents or practically any image documents to it. I had a problem with that because the only reason I paid for premium was so I could upload all of my syllabuses to the syllabus page for reference. The free content on the app is good and does what you need it to do, just dont bother getting premium
While this app is essential for me, I have a few complaints. 1, I do not receive the notifications for when assignments are due and while I personally don't need them, it is a fault; 2) I wish that on the mobile you could choose a "no due time" option like on the computer. I only use due time for specific things and I don't like having to put a number in. Otherwise, this app is great and I love the separate assignment catergories and the calendar view.
