I do enjoy the pilot/flying j app thus far simply because of the great deals and promotional items it offers from time to time. I'd give it 5 star's if only it was a little easier to navigate. Also I've had some issues with my rewards vanishing without me using them for instance I had a few shower on my rewards card but once I added it to the app account they just disappeared and no body has given me an answer as to why .

It's ok. Having technical problems trying to reserve parking, though. Plus unable to email tech support, so here I am. I'll walk inside for the parking space this time, but if your website can't reserve parking, it might not be a good idea to have the app make you open it. ...This is the email I get back from tech support. "The group websitesupport only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."

I like the app for the information it shares. But the app is always down for some reason. Super inconvenient. Almost every time I need to reserve a parking spot, I can never do it from the app because the portal is always down. I always have to go into the store but by the time I get there, there are no spots left. So really defeats the purpose.

The app has changed over the past few months, it has become much better. Get Directions actually works now! Yayyy! One thing I think needs to be added is when you try to plan a route so you can see where the truck stops are, it would be really helpful for truck drivers to have the option to show truck safe routes and highways. It's happened a few times where I follow the route and the highway it wants to take me on literally has a sign that says "no trucks". Thank you 🤗

I'm sick of this app indefinitely failing to load the 'offers' so that they can actually be used. This sporadic issue spans years now. Clearing data/cache never fixes it. All you can do is wait *hours* for this junkware to randomly work again, and ofc by then it's useless. I'm guessing it's a corporate server issue, because billionaire Jimmy Haslam is somehow too cheap to bankroll reliable ones.

Awesome app! Easy to use as well. I don't have to go inside to get my fuel receipts! I hate having to run the "fuel receipt gauntlet" anymore. My points are tabulted instantly, and the app explains how to best use the points. Reserved parking, shower reservations are a snap. Well done

Nowhere in the app or my acct online can I find a place to change the default truck number. I have to enter the "new" number every time I use mobile fueling. I haven't had the truck it lists for several years, yet it's still there. It's been the same on three different devices. Nothing I do clears it, so I assume the server stored it. Why did it save that one then, and not save any since? Otherwise, mobile fueling and reserving a shower is really convenient, when it can figure out where I am.

Got a rewards card and installed the app. Went through registration process and could not login to app or website (does not recognize me). Called Guest Services (only support option available). He found my info. "Don't use auto fill." So I didn't use auto fill. Still have worthless rewards card and worthless app. Oh yeah.. there was the awesome suggestion to try again with another email address. But hey... Guess what??? That card is registered to the first email I started with. Good job fellas!

Linked my debit card to the app and it immediately emptied my bank account. I never even made a transaction or did anything involving the rewards card and they still held my money for almost a week. Multiple calls to customer service did nothing to help. I was just repeatedly told I had to talk to another department about the issue (one person answered once) and that pilot was not the party responsible for holding my funds...but I could expect to get my money back within the next 30 days!

Looks nice but crashed the first time I used it. It got as far as the keypad for my pin and crashed, restart didn't help. Edit 4/30/22 App works much better now, I use it a lot.

Good for what the app was designed for, finding fuel, rewards and digital receipts. Only improvement I'd recommend is the ability to reserve parking directly on the app vs clicking a link in the app that sends you to flyingj website. Especially if you have available rewards points.

I only use this app to find stores and reserve parking. Since they redid the app to the plus version, you can no longer select any payment method other than rewards points or the card you use to fuel with. Since that is a company card and I'm not allowed to add any other card through the app, I can no longer pay for anything. Given that it never shows that I can use points when I'm in store no matter how many I have, this app just became pretty useless.

I love the app. It had developed a problem with the rewards tab. Every time I try and look at the rewards tab the app crashes. If they could figure out why that's happening the app would be great!

This app is completely useless. Since I signed up in 2019 I have never been able to use this app. I have paid full price for everything I have purchased at various PFJ stops with no rewards and no access to WiFi. It either says use valid email or characters only in first name when I have tried to login. I have tried the help number and several new identities ,emails etc to no avail. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used our of hundreds.

You can't do much with this app except save coupons that should just be automatically added anyway. You can't pay for parking, you can't reserve showers, you can't even change your password. Everything for es you to call customer service and I am SURE they are getting tired of mad truckers just trying to use this poorly coded app. Do you all need a better coder? Send me a reply and I'll send you my info. Otherwise this is a terrible app.

when you're on the road and you're in the middle of nowhere it just works we do not just stop at any random truck stop or gas station we only stop at flying j pilot and 19. yep itself is very intuitive and it's regularly updated. the rewards are not fantastic but they're adequate.

This app is GREAT! IT allows you to access the pump right at your fingertips! After entering all your information for fuel. The app generates a 6 digit code which you enter at the pump. Enter the code and then select enter, the pump turns on! No need to go in the store for fuel. After fueling the receipt goes directly to the receipt section. This app is hands-on! You can also reserve shower 🚿 and parking spaces when using the app! This app also shows the nearest store to you while driving!

I'm giving it 3 stars because I do like the app but there's never enough is there enough rewards or reward point to keep going and the stuff you do offer you know it's not really interesting you testing you still charge too much for the stuff you offer that needs to be improved it's to be improved give us something that we can use on the road And for the fact that you only give us up to 4 cents per gallon I think you guys could do better and having them expire every 30 days does not help T.Y...

Keeps you updated on points and when you have available promotions. Never had a promotion not register at check out. I have been having issue with the rewards tab however. I've uninstalled and installed again, still closes the app.

I use this app to search for gas stations on my route of travel. When I go from details back to map it scrolls back to starting position and I have to start over. also not all the stations show their gas prices.

The rewards are ok. They run the same ones all the time but they aren't bad. My BIGGEST issue with this app is the Reserve Parking feature. You might as well take it off the app because I end up having to call most of the time. It almost never works, especially as of recent. Now it almost never works. I think the last three times I've had to book it, it either took forever or I had to call to reserve a spot. FED UP with the Reserve Parking feature that never works.

So first I use to fuel strictly at love's. Their point system is better. As long as you hit a bench mark the previous month you get 4 points a gallon. Pilot makes you start over every month plus you have to opt into it. Why isn't it automatically done? Also the shower power thing is a joke. It's still operates on the credit system whereas love's again, you reach a benchmark. They are all free. Then you have the reserve parking. Pushing my company to open an account with the loves.

Y'alls app is truly horrible. It constantly has issues with the map. The offers won't even load without it crashing. Mobile fuel and showers have occasional issues. Y'all seriously need some better programming
