I love it Ive been wanting to change my hair for so long but I was to scared fearing I wouldn't like what I would look like after I change it so this app really helped me come over my nervousness and get my hair done not only because I got to see what I'd look like with a changed color but it also asked me some questions about my hair like what my hair color was or if I could see any grey hairs now or in the past and once I answered it gave me some amazing suggestions for my hair,and they gave me such amazing suggestions just by asking me those two questions! Anywho, the bottom line is I love the app it helps alot and I'm gonna be keeping it for a long time, the only thing I ask too fix is the hair outlining thing where you outline your hair. Everytime I do it it's really hard to zoom in and out and move around the picture too make it easier to do the outlining so if you could fix that please that would be great and I feel that it would make the app easier to use I don't know if anybody will actually read this noone usually cares about anything I have to say but if you do read this and you made the app,or helped make the app,then I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading all this and I hope you have a good life(and sorry for writing so much😅isometimes get carried away😅😁
I hate how all hair colour apps don't know what colours even are... Just a big face palm in your face, thinking how can you even make such a bad app... Black isn't black at all, just a dark colour as if you turned the brightness down. Same with all Reds, one looks like peach instead the rest for actual red hairs aren't red at all. The only 1 close one they got right was 1 blonde and that's it.
Just installed. Step 1 is agree to terms and conditions. Terms and conditions WILL NOT load so only option is to tick to say you agree to use of your images and data without any info. This is a data blank cheque. Now uninstalled.
not about the app but hair dye... used light Auburn and turned out to be washed cinnaberry.... not what i was looking at all... in the app it looked exactly what I wanted And my hair dyes always like in picture... not using again
Same comments as all the other 1 stars plus when I scanned the barcode for the Clairol 6W Light Mocha Brown I literally just bought it said it didn't recognize it. I the app because it was mentioned on the box.
maybe it just me but I really don't care for this. it is complicated to get your photo on. and change hair colors
It's ok. Shows too much of your Current color though so not very accurate.
Wayyyyy better than other apps I have tried. AMD it gives me the brand and exact color that I like best!!

rubbish. my hair colour hardly changed and it didn't even cover my roots!
Couldn't tell where my hair was in 3 pictures. Awful app.
Needs an update with Clairol's current hair color products.

I cant view the terms of use, so why do i have to "accept" what i cant even read? Please fix it. I want to be sure it is safe to use this app.

this app is awful everything's translucent you look like you have a a haze of color on your head

It worked for me! My hair is black so it was a bit harder to clearly see what my hair looked like in lighter shades, but it gave me a pretty good idea. When you download your picture it may not pick up exactly all of your hair but it has a tool so you can shade in the places it misses. Great app in my opinion.
