I want a shortcut as well, so I can find it quick to make a payment without having to go to the website manually. Also, I hate that this is not a loan, it's a credit card. When I bought my bed I didn't realize that. I've been getting charged late fees for paying a day or two late, and I've been paying extra every month. But the extra isn't helping cause they are taking it in late fees. Now that I know, they won't get to charge me anymore, my payment will be many days ahead.

This app does not work. I can log in on the website just fine but when I try to log into the app it says info does not match their records. Worst app ever. But yet I keep getting emails and even regular mail to please download the app and how easy it is to use. I have it but you can't log into it so they need to quit hounding people to use something that doesn't work and they won't fix.

Been trying for hours just to get past the log in screen. Logging in from the website works just fine, but input the same information into the app and suddenly the 'servers are unavailable' or the app 'can't verify [my] account information'. Even tried account recovery and the app just crashes after inputting my account info. Not gonna call it an outright scam (yet), but if my account is suddenly compromised over the next couple weeks I know exactly where it came from.

Same issues as I read in the reviews from 2 or 3 years ago. App keeps crashing on samsung. Always telling to wait or close app. I don't see ANY developer responses so that means one of 2 thing. They dgaf or they have no idea how to fix it. I'm leaning on #1

I have never cried the way this guys made me do today. I cried hopelessly! I owe $600+, paid $400 on the 28th of April 2022, which brings my balance to $200+. Only to want to pay my mortgage on the 2nd of May 2022, I saw a withdrawal request from Synchrony in the amount of $737+. Can somebody help me understand how I or anybody would want to pay $737+ for a balance of $200+, even though my automatic payment is set for end of every month in the amount of $100? IT BEATS ME HOW SYNCHRONY DID THIS

I set this app on autopay and it decided to work for 2 months. Next thing i know its stops autopaying for the month of September so I now have to pay a bigger minimum. Dont use the app. Call your payment in. Update: They corrected the issue. Thank you!

I hate that I'm unable to add multiple accounts in app. Ive used chat feature & given links to add accounts but that page does absolutely nothing after I type in company name. Such a pointless app. I will continue using the store payment option & pay bill that way because this app is not worth the headache is provides. Uninstalling app

This app used to be great! We used it on a road trip to find gas that accepted the card. Now it takes FOREVER to get through logging in, going in to the specific account (since I have more than 1 synchrony acct) to be able to find a gas station.

Very limited information compared to the site, but enough for basic management. A critical problem, though, is that the payment menu does not allow you to type in a custom amount; the option is there, but it automatically resets anything you try to type to 0.

The App is okay, but it takes 10-12 days to fully complete a transaction. Slowest processing ever. Example: I spent $20.00 for gas on March 29, the transaction started processing April 2. My payment started processing April 4 and on April 9 the account balance was finally back where it should be. I spend a small amount each mo th and pay it off when it shows a balance, but that amount of time to completely process is ridiculous.

When trying to make payments through the app, it won't allow you to make a payment with a debit card, and takes days for the payment to come out of your account. It won't even show pending charges on you bank account. It's frustrating Unhelpful and annoying.

So easy and convenient to make my payment, my only complaint is that it will NOT apply a specific payment to the promotional balance due now.....I had to call corporate to make sure they added the payment to the balance due on my promotional ending soon. Other wise I would have been charged interest on that specific balance. I hope I'm making sence. God bless

It is a good app, easy-to-use, and gives you the info in a timely manner. Just, it has a bug that is constantly opening a notification: to close the app. The app is closed, and it is not working in the background.

This is probably the worst payment type app I have ever encountered. It always has message like don't recognize user information when I know it's correct. Takes forever to make a payment. I'd just would like to go to my credit cards by name. Like Care Credit etc. Please fix this app!!

Can see all promotional balances and thier due dates, unlike the Amazon Synchrony app, which makes that much harder. Idk why this app is so much better tmthan the Amazon one 🤔

This App helps when you need to make a payment. Dontnuse Auto payment. I habe tried it and missed a payment and the drop my credit line.

It's not working. I use to be able to log on the app but it tells me my information is wrong every time now. I can log in on the online site just fine.

The website has been buggy. I try to submit payment and it returns me to the login screen. I thought my payment got applied and now it's late. So irritating.

Easy to navigate and very easy to make payments with it. It is, without a doubt, a fantastic app! Very nice!

Tried to login using the same signing credentials as the web site and it doesn't work! Over and over. POS application.

Fast, easy to navigate, convenient way to check transactions or make a payment.

Don't trust that the app will notify you when your payment is due even though notifications are turned on. This bank screwed me over and charges outrageous overdraft fees.

Just remember it's a little different than the conventional set ups. Here you can get in different ways. One way is on the store side. The second way is on the rewards side with synchrony itself. It's sort of like a half truth. It can get destabilizing. You must remember to link the accounts; the synchrony reward with the actual selling store. This is the way it's set up but no one communicates that. Good luck.

New update- cant sign in just tries to load sends an error message. I'm sure these guys want their bills paid probably need a working app for that

Very user friendly. I love the breakdown of interest free purchases at the bottom of your payment screen. Synchrony makes sure you easily stay on track to avoid interest.

Awful . App never works on my phone. Tried with several times. Only works on my computer. I will remove the app again.

They give you a run around when trying to collect rewards. I just keep getting transferred to the same department. It's been a year now.

Ease of use and easy to understand billing statement & bill paying. I like the promo option (I received my Purchasing card November 2021 & have until October/November 2022 to pay up my balance "Without" - "ANY" INTEREST CHARGE. 😀 This Synchrony Card is very useful for gasoline/gas store items, and for repairs & Maintenance !

Only issue with this app is it won't save login information. Other than that it is a breeze to use. Very helpful.

Loving the convenience of all my synchrony accounts being in one place; making a payment and checking acct status is so easy; only one login for 4 accts 🤗
