This app save us significant time in Newark after our plane from Barcelona arrived late. By using the app, we made our flight back to LA just as they closed the doors and before they signed off. They were able to board us and we avoided being stuck in the post storm back up at Newark. Sometimes saving even a little time in line, in this case aout 15-20 minutes, makes a big difference. I will continue to use the app.

It's good to know what the expected wait times are at an airport. I have not used it but being able to apply for TSA precheck in the app seems like it would be useful. The app is also helpful for some other basic info about the airports, and reminders of rules and regulations. Having maps of the airport and the layout of the terminals would be helpful.

Medeocre at best. I was getting too many notifications and always after i would need them most. That is, I had already checked through security when I got the notice of how long it would take. Also, when opening the app, it always took me to a screen full of ads and information unrelated to my flight that day. Too bad the app could not use GPS to figure out I was already in the airport. All in all, I see no real benefit to keeping this app on my phone.

The app no longer allows travelers to post their own wait times. It instead relies on historical data. When I was at the airport last week there was an estimated wait time of less than 15 minutes for normal checkpoints. The TSA PreCheck only checkpoint was at least 30 minutes. I can't imagine what it must have been at normal checkpoints that were busier.

The app works well as long as people are taking the time to report the wait times. Many times, as you get on the app, no one is reporting. The app tends to work well and doesn't experience any crashes. It would be nice if there was some automation that didn't count on people reporting their wait times

Extremely useful app to have. Its a great guide for someone who doesn't fly a lot and needs a little guidance on what can fly, be checked, etc. It also shows wait times for TSA security check points which help guide you on when you should arrive at the airport.

Unfortunately it is totally inaccurate. It's a guess-stimate based on historical wait times, not live updates. How how long is "historical"? Just last year's (middle of pandemic) data would be enough to throw it off. Estimated time for Orlando Int'l is 0-15mins but actual time is way longer. Of course if the wait time is not what you're after, then the other functions could be useful. You can also find it online.

The app drains my battery within a few hours (without the app it took a few days to drain my battery). So far I have not been able to get the app to do anything except display basic information. It will not load airports, claiming there is a connection problem (but all other internet connection stuff works).

Doesn't provide much useful information and buggy. For example, TSA Pre is only available at certain gates and times, but this app does not provide that most basic of information. Also, the app crashed within the first minute of using it.

Excellent app for both preparing to fly and for checking in. The list of checkable and carryon items was a HUGE help and this was better info than I had received anywhere else. The history of average screening times really helped by telling me how long before my flights I realistically needed to arrive at the airports. Thank you TSA for such a thorough, well thought out app

I used to check wait times on the website and never had an issue and they were always fairly accurate. Now you have to use the app to do it? I checked all days and times for two very busy airports and could only get ONE day/time to show up? Garbage. I don't have pre-check and I've traveled enough to know what I can and can't bring in my carry-on, so without wait times, this app is completely useless.

Excessive notifications, The app keeps telling me information for the airport near me, I am not flying out of the airport near me so this information is useless and unwanted. I have tried to change the airport several times and there is no option to do that I cannot even put my flight details to get information relevant to me.

Very useful to remember my KTN # and also make an educated guess on security check waiting times for both regular and Pre-TSA lines. They were accurate the 4 times I've used it so far! The "What can I bring" tab was extremely useful when packing since I don't remember the TSA rules easily.

Doesn't seem to be working aside from being able to when are "peak" times. Won't even give an estimate of how long of a wait peak or off-peak is. Currently in the airport and it still won't display or let me contribute current wait times. All in all, pretty pointless and useless app.

sometimes freezes. Doesn't refresh unless you restart your device or remove the application from active memory. concept is good. just loaded the app so dont know how accurate the wait times/delays are.

Easy to use. Provides information that's often hard to find on airport websites. I look up whether the pre-check lines are open and how long the wait times are. It also gives more detailed info about what you can carry-on vs. what you have to check.

Absolutely handy and useful app! Takes the guesswork out of what to pack and/or what amount. Very easy to navigate with clear and concise information. A must-have for all travelers!

Pretty accurate wait times per airport. I travel pretty frequently and I've not found it to be off by more than a few minutes. I use this app a lot, especially when running late getting to the airport.

It's a start, the favorites is a good idea. In my initial review I noted not being able to access the favorites, but they are available by swiping left or right. I was looking for them in the menu.

Helpful when traveling to an airport you are unfamiliar with. Sometimes indicates alternative checkpoints that are not always clearly marked at airports which can save time.

Use their website, not this app. This is my first time using this app for a trip. When I searched for "toothpaste" in the list of "permitted or prohibited items" and it wasn't there, my confidence in this app has gone down. Toothpaste is the most common item! I'll stick with googling their website for now.

Virtual Assistant is Amazing!! All question I had were answer. Faith was my Virtual Assistant and she really made me feel comfortable about going on a plane for the first time . I really liked that you can ask anything and they wont give you a general answer. They will be way more specific.

It quits, it gets stuck and won't show info. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it was better but still not quite right. The potential usefulness keeps me trying.

App is ok but in the second picture here, each airport is supposed to show the weather as well and the app does not. Please fix this so I can fix my rating

Totally useless for planning a trip. I wanted to see how much wait time i could expect and all i get is a bar if its busy with no time. I can see that other have reported the same and got an answer that maybee no one reported times. I find that strange as im transfering trough Denver with 30 million anual travelers ane event tried LAX, JFK and ATL with the same result no reports.

Very helpful especially during the goverment shutdown with the wait times. Everything you need to know plus more you can find here. Great for first time travelers with lots of questions about what can be checked vs. carred on.
