I agree with many others; this app sucks! It often crashes and has to be reinstalled then usually doesn't even work then. This bank is stuck in the 1980s

Worked until last update. Samsung s21 ultra 5g. Can't log in now says it has a security issue and shuts down.

Always have issues and technical problems logging in! Have to call bank weekly-

This app crashes everything I try to use it. I didn't have this problem with standing stone. The people who work at the lancaster branch keep telling me my phone isn't compatible. WTH. I worked until 5 days ago. I'm probably going to change banks.

I love The Savings Bank and this app is absolutely amazing! I love how convenient this app is to keep track of all your deposits, accounts, transactions, etc. I am able to send money from one account to the other, and deposit checks. I'm sure there is so much more I could do with this app but just haven't needed to do anything else. I love this local bank. They care about their customers and the customer service is amazing.

Savings Bank great, app, not so much. Of the quarks so far, it is so annoying and repetitive to have to put in a password to transfer within "internal" accounts. I mean, I just logged in! This adds no security and instead just annoys.

Thank you, I get home from work at midnight, so very much appreciated this convenience.

Great Bank!!! I have been banking with the Savings bank Circleville, Ohio fire 38yrs . I wouldn't use any other bank. All of the staff are very friendly all the bank tellers to the loan loans officers;. It's been a privilege banking with you. Thank you!

App does not work on S22 won't even open just infinite loading screen

This is a great tool allowing much flexibility and convenience, especially if the institution's location and hours of operation are incompatible with your own!

I loved it up until 3days ago. It crashes every time I want to open it. So much for convenience.
